My friends vehicle was here for 1.5 months. It was only brought into the shop twice; the first day it was there, and the morning we went to pick it up. Multiple calls with no answer as to what was going on. At pickup they stated they “couldn’t figure out the issue” and told him his vehicle would be safe to drive 1.5 hours away to another shop with a possible timing issue. They also “forgot” to give him his glovebox and ECU until he went and told them they were missing. I’ve since found out that I’ve had multiple other friends being their vehicles here and have had parts stolen off their vehicles by this shop. A day after trailering my friends vehicle to TGA Performance in the springs they called him and told him what the issue was and started repairs. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone as they make their employees lie to customers about status and what’s going on. Make the drive and go to TGA Performance. They care more about their customers and the vehicles they work on

This shop is hands down the best in the business! The staff is incredibly friendly, trustworthy, and professional. I’ve been there three times now, and they’ve always made me feel welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere is amazing—it’s a hidden gem that deserves more exposure. Only the best out of this place. Bechtech has worked on a couple of my vehicles. This is the go to shop in Colorado for any customer work or anything really. Recently, they did the airride and helped me order wheels for my F31. Great customer service and definitely recommended.

Around the end of October maybe mid November I desperately needed a car shop to do an auto inspection for a car purchase after a car wreck I had. These guys were GREAT! They didn’t overcharge me like the rest of the shops in the area and they were thorough, looked underneath my car, took pictures and gave me a checklist of everything to look at and what condition the parts were in. Michael was awesome, super down to earth and answered all my questions and made me and my husband feel comfortable. I live in Denver but got the car from a dealership in Broomfield, even though it’s not close to me I know I’ve found my go to auto shop and will be coming back soon for maintenance on the car they looked at as well as bringing my husbands car in:)

**Be very careful letting these people work on your car** I had this company work on my 92 Eagle talon. The 1st time I got my car back (I had it towed back to me, because I live in Colorado Springs) The car broke down within 20 min (They didn't put any coolant in the car) Had it towed back and they said it was the starter. Then I had it towed back to me and the car immediately broke down (Again) and the engine made a grinding noise. Come to find out, they improperly installed the timing belt when they replace my head gasket and my timing belt snapped and wrecked my engine. (See below) I'm starting the process of suing them. Diagnostic from the shop " Vehicle came in with crank no start condition and making loud noises/ locking up when cranking - During teardown diagnostics, the Tech found no compression in any cylinder, and the ends of the spark plugs have damage to them. We also found multiple missing bolts on the timing cover and when the cover was removed we found the Timing Belt Tensioner assembly installed with improper mounting hardware and missing the large retaining washer that holds the timing tensioner arm in place to the engine block - The failure from what we can see was caused by Tensioner arm slowly backing off while running and eventually lost timing belt tension causing an internal collision of the valves and pistons due to the nature of the engine being what is called an interference design and damaging the cylinder head by causing the valves to hit the pistons in multiple/all cylinders - There is also damage to the pistons in the block so we advise a complete engine replacement or complete overhaul.

I went to Bechtech to get air bag suspension installed I had all the parts so all they were charging me was installation charges well the work was done so I was told that if I pay cash I would get a discount so I paid cash and got my car and I was happy with the work couple of weeks later I get harassing calls from the owner Colin saying that he ran my credit card and it didn’t go through well genius I paid cash and I have a invoice stating that. So now Colin is send my name to collections for something I paid cash for. So if I didn’t pay why would you let me take my car if I didn’t pay don’t make sense . So j guess I’ll see you in court if that’s the way you treat your customers. By the way your installers are great people they should be recognized.

after having issues & chose to have bechtech do an intercooler install, ive found that my headlight washer on passenger side was damaged & not allowing the cap to be rotated in a flush way. this car was not damaged before i took it in & both headlight washer caps have an insane amount of scratches. this car was polished & ceramic coated. I paid a Coolant replacement charge for 40$ & when i got the vehicle back i had to refill the coolant twice. which means they didnt actually burp the coolant like i was charged for. & now im unable to use my headlight washers whatsoever because they will fall off when driving, i thought theyd get me a resolution but its almost been a month since ive gotten the car back! so ive actually had a good experience back in december with bechtech, its a shame its changed so drastically

Hack work. A customer ok mine took his car to them to get air ride put in. They didn't put the shock relocation provided with the kit on the front of the car, leaving the car overly bouncy. Mounted the air tank with the drain facing the back seat. Didn't mount the manifold or relays to anything. They didn't put a exhaust line on the manifold, so when moisture eventually made it through the lines it would just spray all over the trunk. Ran the air lines for the front through the car, a practice I have never seen done before. the holes the did put in the back for the air lines in the rear they didn't put grouments on. For what they charged him for the job I would have expected them to do the job better then that. Just real day one mistakes but at a premium price. I'm not even goin to discuss the rest of the drama with these people.

I took my Volvo here a few weeks ago and wasn’t sure what to expect but they blew my mind. Despite being a small shop they made me feel so welcome and Alana at the front desk was absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcomed and valued. They got my car my car in quick and were finished super fast. The mechanics even took photos and videos of what was wrong so I could see from my phone. Alana was so helpful in helping me understand what was going on with my car and even helped me prioritize what to do first so that it wouldn’t hurt my wallet. The repairs were finished quickly and everything was handled in a timely manner. The team was very professional and truly went above and beyond my expectations.
