My experience with Caliber was a bit complicated but ended positively! I will say that communication is key. When dropping your car off AND picking up, ask lots of questions. I was unhappy with the results of the repair and customer service upon pick up and had further issues with my vehicle when I took it home. My car wouldn’t start when I picked it up and then once it was jumped and driven, it still didn’t start when I parked it and turned it off. It was to a point where we couldn’t even start it. Ultimately, I had to purchase a new battery and someone came out to my home to install it because it was inoperable. Issac was the tech who did the install and he was awesome. Very personable and worked fast. He made the stressful situation a lot better. As for the repair itself, I was not entirely happy with the outcome and met with the manager, Cicely, to go over it all with her. She was very kind every step of the way and we figured out a time to take my car back in so they could make final repairs on my vehicle. Isaac & Cicely were great to work with and had amazing customer service skills. I’m very thankful cicely made time to meet with me and go over everything in depth as well as make sure everything would get taken care of. Thank you Cicely!

Had the best experience here I took my truck in after I creamed a light pull on passenger side. Shop did a wonderful job and got it done in a timely manner awesome experience with this time. My last thing to add as well Peyton was my advisor did amazing job and kept me updated through the whole process on what was going on with it. I actually was concerned with the way the car would turn out and if they would do the work the way I wanted it to be handled. However; the work done exceeded my expectations. For the sake of full transparency I think the communication involving updates and processes was bad and I was not happy with the lack of updates.

Even though caliper knew exactly what model of truck I was bringing to them in advance, I had to waste an hour round trip, going to them only be to be told that they could not service my vehicle. I don't like having my valuable time wasted. If I could leave them a zero, I would!

This team is great! I worked with Peyton and she helped make sure all of my needs were met. I had two separate claims on my car and she was able to work with myself and the insurance companies to make sure I got the best results! She kept me updated throughout the process and sent photos and let me know how the process was going! She made my car a priority and got it done a day before she said they would. She even went the extra mile and cleaned up a few scratches/dents that were not related to my claim but were on the same panel that had damage. 10/10 service, amazing and friendly team!

Rear-ended 2007 Toyota SUV needed hatch door replacement and hitch re-alignment. They replaced the back door and window, but not the interior panel; they left a 1" hole in it. They did re-align the hitch yet said it was fine for hauling even though its at a slightly cocked angle. Not sure I would choose this Caliber again, or maybe any Caliber fot that matter.

Caliber collision is one of my auto insurance's preferred places to use which is why I chose to bring my 4runner here after I filed a comprehensive claim due to a tree branch falling onto my vehicle. I was informed immediately by the receptionist that they've had been extremely busy and jobs have been taking longer than usual. I worked with Wyatt and Isaac throughout this entire process and they were both extremely communicative and transparent. Once completed, picking up the vehicle was quick and easy, I paid the deductible I was responsible for, and the car looked great inside and out! Unfortunately the next day, not even 24 hours later, there was an issue with a panel on my driver side door. I wasn't sure if something had happened to it when they put my vehicle back together, or if this was just a coincidence (the problem was not a part/peice of the vehicle they had worked on, but directly next to it). At first I was frustrated due to the fact that I had just gotten my car back after it spent a little over 2 weeks in the shop. I called and spoke with Andrew and immediately brought my car back in. I met with Andrew and explained to him regarding my concerns and he got the issue fixed within 20mins or less while my baby and I played in the waiting room/lobby. Andrew is knowledgeable, professional, and understanding! Thank you!

Body repair work and paint job to the driver side front bumper, headlight, and fender for my 2012 Toyota 4Runner SR5 was completed much sooner than originally forecasted. And you can tell the work was done with great care and quality. Paint was a perfect match and the body work was seamless. Wyatt was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. All around great experience from the whole team and the would absolutely come highly recommended!
