Had this shop replace a timing belt and radiator on a 2001 4Runner. The radiator hose blew off a few weeks after they replaced the radiator in the middle of the highway. They had put a new radiator in but failed to replace the hose that didn’t fit the new radiator. Then, after just over 1 year the timing belt tensioner pulley bolt that they had replaced failed due to overtorquing. It stripped out, tore through the belt, and out of the shroud cover. It also failed on the highway and left me stranded. I complained to the shop that in less than 25,000 miles the timing belt had already gone. They said they stand by their 1 year warranty and anything that fails past 1 year they won’t look at again or even consider a partial refund. If New Way Auto wants to keep their reputation, they don’t have it from me.

I had a great experience. The price was the best around and the work was fantastic. I had it done the same day and everything was explained to me, old parts and new installations were shown. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend New Way!

Failed my emissions test last week so I made an appointment with New Way Auto Solutions for today. They replaced the O2 sensor on my little old Honda Civic and so far the codes have cleared up. The guys were friendly, efficient, and I feel great about my visit overall!

Dennis and his team were thorough and honest with their detailed inspection. Very reasonable on price and transparent about what should get fixed vs what needs to get fixed. Would definitely recommend for Subaru’s and other Japanese Motors as they expand.

This is the best place to take your auto for repair or general maintenance! They are extremely knowledgeable, fast , pleasant and efficient. My auto was smoking by the time I drove it home from work, took it to them the next day and they immediately found the problem, replaced needed parts, charged a fair price and were very easy for me, a novice, to deal with. I've been dealing with them for over two years and there's nothing for me to complain about - nor will anyone else who goes to them for needed work done.

I installed my rack and pinion wrong. And my steering wheel was really stiff. I called with only about an hour until closing. And They allowed me to come and put my car up on a lift in short notice. Alex was able to diagnose the problem, explain to me what it was, and fix it all within the hour. He was even able to take my steering wheel off and fix the alignment on that too. And by the time I left my car was as good as new. I appreciate how friendly, reasonable and honest. They are here. I’m coming back for sure next time I have a problem with my car. Finally I found someone I feel like I can trust.

Oleg is the best. My wife and I were headed out for a 1300 mile trip. The brakes started grinding. We needed a brake job on her 2014 Venza. He got us in on short notice. He also found the clunking noise in the back of the car. Our shocks were completely worn out. He had a cancellation the next day and was able to squeeze us in. He replaced the rear shocks and the next day we were able to take our vacation drive to Vegas. He really cares!

Introduction: My name is Bob, I own a 2004 Subaru WRX Wagon, I brought this car about a month before this review, I went buying this car knowing nothing about Subaru, I was told that the car was in a good shape when I brought it, I knew it was a lie, so I decided to take it to New Way Auto Solutions to make sure the car runs right, and in less than a day, I get a call from them, and they told me all the problems that the car had, they showed me the parts that the car need, and they give you a quote for free, nothing will be charge until the repair is done! And labor is very low compare to other shops I've been through. The repairs that I've done at this shop is putting an EJ25 STI Block into my WRX Wagon, and getting the struts replaced, since it collapsed, all of this was done with-in 1 week. Pros/Cons: Pros: Very quickly done, Low labor costs, friendly staffs/mechanics. Cons: There was no water to drink in the office! :/ Conclusion: I brought a Subaru, and knew nothing about, and I came out with more knowledge about the car, than I ever could with my old car! Again the staff is amazing, if you get a chance to talk to all the technicians they show you many tricks/tips about your car! 100% trust my car with them! Note: The shop does fix other cars than Subaru.

The best mechanics shop I've had the experience of dealing with. Very communicative, straight-forward guys that don't beat around the bush. They'll go as far as taking you under the car and walking you through their thought process (most shops do not do that). Good turn around time and compared to any other Japanese shop in the area their prices are by far the most reasonable.

I brought my Subaru to Subaru Clinic (New Way Auto Solutions) for a full brake replacement before a long road trip. About 4,100 miles later, another shop discovered that both front brake calipers were not secured with bolts and had begun separating from the vehicle. The technician who found it told us we were “lucky to be alive,” explaining that when a front caliper isn’t secured, the vehicle can suddenly lose braking on that wheel or the loose caliper can fall into the wheel and cause an immediate lock‑up. On Colorado mountain roads, that kind of failure can be catastrophic for the driver and everyone around them. Subaru Clinic acknowledged the error and confirmed that the bolts had never been tightened. Despite admitting this, they have not refunded any of the original brake job and have refused to provide their liability insurance information. I’m sharing this so others are aware of both the safety issue and the shop’s response. A brake job should never leave a vehicle in a life‑threatening condition, and a business should stand behind its work when something this serious occurs.

Finally found a good shop with awesome employees! Alex fixed my Toyota in one day , where 2 other shops overcharged and weren't sure of the issue. Thankfully for him ! My car is old and breaks down often. Ill gladly fund his next vacation!

Zak and Alex are excellent mechanics who do solid work. In my opinion, the best part is you deal with them directly. There is No Service Advisor pushing absurd $80 cabin filters.

New Way is the only place I trust to have both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle to be worked on. Be it as simple as an oil change, to troubleshooting random trouble codes, to water pump replacements. I know I can get ahold of them any time and they do their best to get me in right away. They will always bend over backwards to get you back on the road.
