These guys did a fantastic job rebuilding my 02 Porsche Boxster. A new used engine, IMS replacement, and new suspension components. Although they don’t do body work Fin had my spoiler buffed and resprayed to match the color. He also provided me with a Bluetooth performance indicator. After putting a thousand miles on the new rebuild they completed a same day checkup and fluid change at no charge. Thanks Shaun. I’m a customer for life now.

Very unprofessional, don't come here if you have dogs. Booked in for an oil change, mechanic couldn't drive the car 50 feet into the shop due to a "foul smell". I'll admit my car is not the prettiest and i carry my dog in it, and not everyone is used to the smell of other living beings, but they must be used to much more unpleasant smells working on cars.

We had Finesse install a lift on our car. Owner greeted me weeks beforehand and took me for a test drive since he had a similar lift on his car so I could see it first hand and he answered all my questions. Walked me through the install and clearly laid out expectations. They were very accommodating with some last minute scheduling requests from my side and things went pretty smooth. There was a minor issue and Finesse proactively reached out and made sure to make everything right. They are welcoming and it feels like you are working with a friend instead of a typical auto shop.

Such a great team of folx at Finesse. I was able to get in right away and they were kind, thorough, and efficient. They stayed in touch with me frequently and explained what was going on with my car in a way that was accessible for those not in the automotive field. They even gave me a tour of the space, which is professional and organized. Although it was pricier than I initially expected, I will definitely go back because it felt worth it. Although this shop specializes in higher-end vehicles, they were still able to get My Ford Mustang GT in by appointment and complete all work requested in a timely manner. Communication is a big deal when it comes to leaving your car with a shop. Finesse Auto has the BEST communication by far. Quick replies along with constant updates and proof of work; what more could you really ask for from a shop? This past visit the shop not only order me a new wheel bearing for one of my wheels (rear left was bad) but also ordered me new rear tires which arrived in a timely manner. I had an LED steering wheel i had been wanting to install as well. They told me they would take care of it and thats just what they did. These guys are trained professionals! If your having issues with your car give them a call and I'm positive they'd be happy to help you work something out.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I needed a basic service done on my Acura RDX and took it to Honda of Seattle to get serviced. When I arrived for my appointment, Honda tried to upcharge me and quoted me at over $1,500 for a basic maintenance service. I immediately walked away despite Honda's warnings that anywhere else would charge me more, and contacted various mechanics, including Finesse Auto. Finesse Auto responded within an hour, quoted me for LESS THAN HALF of what Honda tried to charge me, and scheduled me for the next day. I arrived, dropped my car off, and worked in the waiting area. The employees were extremely friendly, did not try and sell me on unnecessary services or repairs, took me out to view my vehicle while it was up on the car lift, and quickly performed the services. They also finished the services in less time than was originally estimated. I will be coming here for all future repairs to the extent possible. Highly recommend.

Amazing Team Hands Down!! When you love what you do it shows. When a job is just a job, you can definitely see the difference. Just to sum it up a little bit, I had an experience with BMW Seattle. Dealing with BMW Seattle I was just another person on the list to take money from. How I found out about Finesse Auto, I overheared some guests at my job talking about what great work Finesse Auto does. So I decide to look them up. Thank for God, I found a new home to take my vehicle to for all my repairs. They listen to my story and pretty much hear my cry for help. Something BMW Seattle didn't do for me. If you have to deal with any Insurance claims, or just personal repairs with less hassle these are the people to deal with. I just love that I found a new home for my BMW. They are like family totally. By the way they also don't take advantage of women who don't know much. 😘

Had my sienna lifted and it turned out great! I love the fact that Finesse specializes in super cars but also provides exceptional services to more daily drivers. I went with Finesse because the owner is a regular contributor on various car forums and is constantly providing helpful tips to the community. While I was waiting for them to finish up on my car, Finn the owner, gave me a tour of the facilities and his own car, and provided even more helpful tips on how I can get the most out of my Sienna. 10/10 would recommend!

I took my vehicle here for the first time recently because I had received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. This is the cleanest and most well organized service garage I’ve ever taken any of my vehicles to. The management and staff are very attentive and honest. I was given a tour of their facilities while I waited for the service to be completed on my truck. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle here for all mechanical services in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the capable and thorough service delivered by Finesse. I took the car in for an oil change and for an all around inspection. They identified some maintenance items that I deferred to complete at a later time. When I came back to have those jobs done, as part of their close out they again did a full inspection and caught a new unrelated issue that would have stranded me and required a tow. Other shops have missed things like this and I had to either take a car right back or worse get a tow. They are clearly incentivizing their tech's to be thorough and to do good work. I will not take my car anywhere else and neither should you!

The guys at the front desk are super knowledgeable. They kept me informed about the process and what needed to be addressed on my car. I will continue to go back to Finesse Auto for all my car needs. The experience was like they were working on their own car. There was personal follow up to assure everything was working properly. I felt valued as a current and future customer. They do work on high end cars as well as my 20 plus year old Volkswagon. My car was fixed for a reasonable price. Maybe you could get what you need to have done for a lower price somewhere else but at Finesse you will get superior customer and repair service that you can count on. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with coffee, tea, water and snacks. A bonus while you wait for quality service and repair.

I am very particular where I get my ferrari worked on, but finesse is literally the main shop I go to for work. Not only were they amazing this time in that they custom fabricated brackets to ensure an under panel would fit on my car when the original tabs were gone, but they worked lighting fast! They also got my new tail lights on and new badges on super quick! They even found air bubbles in my tires I didn't even notice and let me know immediately, which I had taken care of by them the same day they let me know. 5 stars is not enough... all 10s across the board! Ferrari, Porsche, AMGs, M cars, whatever you have they are amazing working with. 10/10!
