This was my first time working with this location. My son needed tires and we called in and ordered them. They arrived a day early. We got them put on and they even checked the allingment for FREE and found out it was not needed, so we were happy. I live in another state, so cordinating this purchase over the phone was excellent service. I only wish the FIRESTONE in my area was 1/2 as good as this store. WAY TO GO!!!

We had a great experience a couple weeks ago bringing in a used vehicle for an affordable comprehensive inspection before purchase from a dealer. The service was friendly and timely, and they were happy to look into a couple extra specific issues that are known to plague that particular make and model. The waiting room has popcorn and friendly conversation, and the surrounding area also has plenty of food options to choose from while the work gets done. With all the used car lots in the area this place is a gem I hope lots of people are making use of.

David is always on top of things. It seems he is the one who helps me each time I visit this location. He provides great detail of the word done on my vehicle and any recommended maintenance or repair items I should consider. I appreciate the service and attention to detail. Thank you.

I shouldve posted this over a year ago when it happened and I didn't, stupid of course. But over a year ago the day of father's day, when I got a flat tire on my front right tire, I was able to get it towed to Firestone before they closed. The next day picking up my car and leaving, about half way home ( and I live close to the shop) half way home my splash shield came off and then damaged both my tires on the right cutting a little rubber. Im a slow passive kind of person and didn't go back to inform them of what happened. They didn't look like trustworthy people from the start.

This team is always friendly, honest, and going beyond what's required. I recently was in for a wheel alignment and let them know my steering wheel was not level and one of my dust shields was scrapping my rotor, but I was planning on taking care of it later on my own. They went ahead and corrected both along with the alignment and didn't charge me for the extra help even though they were very busy. Made my day. I highly recommend these guys. I don't know the technician's name, but his ID on my invoice is 06 MUSA. Mack was helping me at the front. Thanks guys!

I recently visited Firestone for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and overall, I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what my vehicle needed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the wait much more pleasant. One of the biggest positives was their transparency. They provided a clear breakdown of costs before performing any work, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. I also appreciated the wide range of services offered, from basic maintenance to more extensive repairs, making it a one-stop shop for automotive needs. That said, the service time was a bit longer than expected, and the prices for some services seemed slightly higher compared to smaller, independent shops. However, considering the quality of work and the nationwide warranty they offer, I still believe it was worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend Firestone for anyone looking for reliable and professional car care. The peace of mind that comes with their warranties and expertise outweighs the slightly higher cost. I’ll definitely be back

They have been taking our vehicles to this Firestone location for years. They are amazing! I trust them totally. They educate me on what is most important to do now, what can wait a little bit, etc. They have always been great to us regarding pricing and most importantly customer service. We highly recommend them!

I was in a major bind, on a road trip with my wife and kids. Had throttle body issues and these guys took care of it for us same day, they went out and tested it like three times. Good people.

If i could give no stars I would. Don't go here. They are incompetent. Went in for a simple flat repair. They fixed the flat and I went home, the next day on my way to an important meeting, hit the freeway and felt like the front RT tire was vibrating itself off. Pulled over called the shop and informed them of what happened. Told me the weights come off sometimes. No they don't, not if you are doing it correctly. Maybe wash the inside of the wheels before you stick weights on. 1.5 Oz's short on weight to balance the wheel. This could have been an expensive fix for them, wouldn't be the first time I'm sure. Go somewhere else..*UPDATE* flat repair failed and tire is still leaking air.

Services was great. I don't recommend services in case someone else has a sucky experience and I am not paid to market for you. I'm also not compensated for filling this out.PS - you lost 5 points by reminding me about this stupid survey. Some of the stupid questions had required answers. I don't know the answers so I randomly clicked responses.

Coolest tire shop in town. Without a doubt. I rolled in just before close with a nail in my tire, and these guys were busy already. Guy at the front desk helped me right away, got my truck in the shop while I took a walk, and found someone (honestly not sure who, based on how busy they already were, he might have just stepped back and done it himself) to patch my tire. Incredible service, would have payed anything, but they comped it even when I objected. Solid people, great shop, go here.

Everything was great with Tire Rack people, but the GM at Firestone was horrible, as was the scheduling experience. After being blown off for a week,I had an appointment scheduled. 2 days before hand, swung by the shop to confirm they had the tires and that I a 9AM appointment. Both were successfully confirmed. When I went to drop off my truck that morning, the GM said he didn’t have the tires (I saw them on the floor in the shop), and that I didn’t have an appointment. I received a confirmation text, AND had personally confirmed the appointment. My wife said they needed to get their crap together, and he refused service because he didn’t like her attitude. I took my tires to a shop two blocks away (Big O Fairview) and they got them done right then, and even stayed late to get them done! Tire Rack should dump the Firestone store as a recommended installer and add Big O on Fairview!

The moment I arrived I felt welcomed. Trisha was quick to greet me and find my online reservation. When work was finished I picked up the truck and it drove wonderfully. Super pleased at overall experience! Thanks.

Love this place! Mack is Great!! He made me feel comfortable coming to this new location. Very professional & kind :) I have been with Firestone for many many years and would not consider another place. They have always been honest and have worked me in every single time through out all these years. David at the front desk was so very helpful as well. All the guys in the garage were hard at work & did a great job! Thank you all for everything & taking good care of me! these guys need that raise heehee

I scheduled an appointment at Firestone specifically to have the front brake pads and rotors replaced. Without my instructions, the shop performed a complete vehicle inspection that I did not request. Afterward, I was told my car supposedly needed nearly $4,700 in additional repairs, including “cracked control arms” that were said to be causing shaking when braking. While returning my car, a staff member drove it over the parking curb, scratching the front fender underneath. I witnessed this and immediately brought it to their attention. I left without any work being done and later had an independent mechanic inspect the car. The front rotors were warped, which was the true cause of the shaking, and once replaced, the issue was completely resolved. The control arms showed no signs of cracking as Firestone had claimed. It’s very disappointing to feel pressured with unnecessary repair recommendations instead of receiving the straightforward service I came in for. Unfortunately, this has not been my first negative experience with this location, and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these practices.

One of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. We had made 3 appointments with Firestone to install new tires. Each time, we'd either called or show up only to be told that we didn't have an appointment, despite my husband showing them confirmation emails and texts. The person he dealt with was super rude when he'd called and acted like it wasn't his problem. We later found out that person is the store manager. Finally, we have a 3rd appointment and my husband runs by there the day before to confirm that they have the tires (ordered on tirerack.com and shipped to Firestone for install) and that he has an appointment for 9am the next morning. Someone at the shop confirmed both. When we showed up the next morning to drop the truck off, the store manager was incredibly rude, not even acknowledging us while he was on the phone for quite some time, not even eye contact. We were going to be late so we wrote him a quick note on a card to explain who we were and left the keys on the counter by him. As we were leaving, he came out all upset and rudely told us that we didn't have an appointment and he didn't have the tires. We were frustrated as this was the 3rd appointment that we'd made and then they said we didn't have. We told him that we had a confirmation and that we had come by to confirm the appointment and the receipt of the tires and his response was "I don't care. You don't have an appointment. I don't even have the tires." When we told him that we had confirmed they had the tires he told us that he didn't want our business and that he wouldn't work on our vehicle. The escalation by the supposed manager was ridiculous. The shop owner needs to know that he has a guy o a power trip running his shop, because he's losing you guys business. Only bright side was that everyone else we dealt with there were pleasant. We ended up picking up our tires (which they had, despite what the manager repeatedly said) and brought them down to Big O across the street and they had them done in 2 hrs. We should've gone there in the first place.

I want to take a moment to recognize David and the team at the Fairview location in Boise for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. After a very disappointing experience at the Broadway store, I scheduled an appointment with David at the Fairview location. From the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. They got me in right on time, were courteous and professional, and most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do. The work included installing TPMS rebuild kits and performing a lifetime alignment. I had previously been told at another location that this type of service could take two to three hours or longer. David and his team completed everything correctly in about an hour and twenty minutes. The alignment was done properly, the TPMS components were installed correctly, and the vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. What stood out most was the professionalism and transparency. There was no defensiveness, no excuses—just solid, competent service. David took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly, and it showed. His team worked efficiently and respectfully, and the overall atmosphere in the store reflected strong leadership. As a Firestone retiree, I truly appreciate seeing a team operate the way this one does. David and the Fairview crew helped restore my confidence in the company. Thank you to David and the entire Fairview team for doing things the right way. It makes a difference.
