Poor service manager was very rude and quick to blame me for the damages. They spent over 2 hours just swapping out wheels and charged me $170 for me to watch them throw the wheels around with no care. Watch the cameras and see how your employees treat your cars. This was a terrible experience and don’t trust this company. These wheels where perfectly fine as you can see in the last photo.

Brad and the rest of the shop are so honest and efficient. They've provided free diagnostics before on simple issues, and they've even fixed a super simple bent dust cover for free in the past. Typically, if they tell you what the problem is and the price to fix, it's probably pretty darn close to perfect.

Came here to have new tires put onto my car, and they destroyed the inside of my rims trying to get the weights off. You can tell that they used some type of “putty” knife to get them up. I had scratches on every single one. Not only that, but they broke one of my tire sensors and messed 2 others up so now they didn’t work properly. I ended up deciding to go elsewhere to have it all fixed, solely because I just do not trust them now. Disappointed honestly. I was under the impression that they were careful, while saving you a few extra bucks, but that’s clearly not the case.

I was on my way to work and all 4 of my cars tires were down 8 - 10 lbs. They weren’t quite open yet but Jack was so helpful and opened up one of the bays so he could check and fill my tires. I was so grateful that he took the time to check and fill my tires even though they weren’t quite open. Most places wouldn’t have bothered. Thank you Jack for saving me that day!!!

I had such a great experience working with Brad at the Tire Choice in Garden City. I had a flat on my way to work and stopped at Les Schwab thinking they were just gonna patch me up and be on my way - they stated my tire was unrepairable and quoted me $1500 for all 4 new tires since I have an AWD car. I called Discount Tires and they quoted me $610, I work right next to tire choice and so I called them and he price matched Discount Tire and got me tires with 10,000 miles more life! This will be my new go-to tire shop in the Treasure Valley!

I stopped in for a seasonal tire switchover without an appointment and I am still amazed by how outstanding the entire experience was. Earlier that day I had drove around to several other tire shops and was told I would have to wait two to three days before anyone could get me in. Not only did this shop take me in immediately as a walk in, they also offered a better price than every other place I checked, including Les Schwab and Discount Tire. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They were friendly, professional, and completely on top of things. Even with no appointment, they got my vehicle in the bay right away and had the new tires mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in under 30 minutes. The work was flawless, the process was smooth, and the service felt like something you would expect from a high end shop that really takes pride in what they do. What impressed me most was how effortless they made everything feel. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently without cutting corners, and treated me like a valued customer the entire time. While other shops were booked for days and charging higher prices, this place delivered faster service, better quality, and a much more positive experience overall. This was truly a 10 out of 10 visit and easily one of the best experiences I have ever had with any automotive shop. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and I will absolutely be returning for all of my future tire needs.

I was just visiting and wanted to get peace of mind work down on a CV joint/axle for my Toyota sienna. I believe it was Jack who got me in in a couple of hours. Car was on a lift , diagnosed, and quoted within a half hour. It was ready about 3 hours later. Fantastic service!
