Made an appointment for an oil change and they called to reschedule later that day... then on the day it was rescheduled for, they text messaged me a half an hour before my appointment rescheduling for the next Saturday. I called and was told I could still come in today, however it is over a 2 hour wait. Do not make an appointment here and expect to get in when scheduled.

Made and appointment for 5.30 pm and they called me and didn’t even left me a voicemail and I went thier 45 before my appointment and they didn’t event took my car in . The persons name Luis he lied he said he left me a voicemail and he didn’t let me any voicemail. Thier were just sitting in the lobby chilling there and don’t wanna take my car in for service very bad management. I been thier customer for. 10 year plus year very very bad service management should take action against their employees

don’t come here the manager is extremely rude and think he’s superior than anybody. all I did was come to get air put in my tire and he made a smart comment basically saying that it’s been too many times I came there to get this done to my tire. well I’m sorry that I don’t have HUNDREDS of dollars to pay for new tires and regardless of how many times I come there to get air put in my tire that is YOUR job to do. didn’t nobody tell u to be a manager somewhere u don’t want to do the job at so miss me with that. He didn’t like what I said to him over the phone and hung up on me. this is not the first time he was rude to me btw so today was my last time entering in that hell hole. Neva again

Was driving around this afternoon when I noticed I had low air pressure in my tires. Went in asking if they could help me out, when the guy at the front desk replied with “you can do it yourself I don’t have enough people”. I know I could do it myself but the closest air machine wasn’t working. My bad for needing a little help.

Smooth talker, scammer and cheater....beware. Stopped by for an oil change, asked for a full synthetic oil. I was charged for full synthetic. but they refused to give me any paper receipt. When I check my email receipt, it was synthetic blend oil mentioned. I tried firestone many years ago and had bad experience, same thing happened this time. I was charged same money as the dealership would charge but did not give me the service I paid for. on the top of that, he was asking for replacing the battery that I had recently replaced myself. Scammer. Obviously not going to back here again.

Went to Schaumburg the other day what a mess one mech and no organization at all compared to Elgin. Lance and all the mechs are professional, efficient and quick. I had a slow leak in my tire. Lance got me in and out in no time. Even though every bay was full. Crew definitely deserved some recognition from corporate.
