I was charged $22 for a vehicle inspection I didn't ask for and didn't notice it on the invoice until later. This is a scam practice where they try to get you to pay for additional services at a huge markup. I came in for an oil change paid $85+ for that and $22 for an "inspection" I didn't ask for and then they tried to sell me $4K in "repairs". My car needed brakes, regular shop had it done for $800. Every other "repair" cited "Manufacturer Reccomendation" Run, don't walk away from this place. They also didn't remove the previous oil change sticker, but just put their own over the previous one, it looks like a child put it on. Why would I ever trust a shop with ANY repair when they can't handle an oil change sticker?

We arrived on Sunday 10 minutes prior to opening at 8 am. Manager Pete Figueroa came out to lot right away, ascertained our reason for needing service, invited us inside where it was more comfortable. Kind of cold for us visiting from Florida. He contacted Dollar Rental (Division of Hertz) numerous times to obtain approval. Manager sought not delay us unnecessarily so he allowed us to leave prior to receiving approval taking a risk of rejection from rental company. Much thanks Pete for your wonderful response to our service need.

Came here to get a tire repaired. Had a small nail in the tire. Guy showed me the nail after pulling it out and said it was so small that all they needed to do was put a patch on the inside, no plug and it should be fine. 3 days later my tire is flat again. Filled the tire and brought it into discount tire where they showed me the inside of my rim was chipped and scraped up from a dismounting machine. The only time is my tire has every been taken off was at Firestone for the repair. So Firestone didn’t fix my tire and scrapped up my rim while still charging me for the repair. What a joke. When I called to speak to someone they say I need to bring it in when a manager is in but they do not have any cameras in the shop to verify what their tech did. Never go here.

My brakes were grinding intermittently. I was able to get an appointment the next to have the issue diagnosed and repaired. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be fixed in detail, with examples. This is my first experience with Firestone and it was wonderful. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back when it needs further maintenance.

😠 Terrible Service and Disrespect for Appointment Times I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM for an inspection/check-up and dropped my car off at 1:45 PM, well ahead of time. • Zero Respect for Appointments: After waiting for hours, I returned to the shop at 4:00 PM—over two hours after my appointment was supposed to start—and my car still had not even been taken into the bay for the scheduled check up. • Misleading Communication: Every time I checked in, the staff kept repeating, "40 minutes more," even at 4:00 PM when my car was untouched. This was clearly inaccurate and disrespectful of my time. • Prioritizing Other Customers: The most frustrating part was watching them take other vehicles into the service bay that had arrived long after I did. It was obvious they were prioritizing walk-ins or other jobs over my scheduled appointment. I eventually asked for my keys back and left without receiving any service. If you value your time, I highly recommend going elsewhere. Scheduling an appointment with this shop is completely meaningless.

Horrible experience. I called to find out how much it would be for 2 filters and a transmission flush on my CRV. I was quoted a price and made an appointment for the following week. I arrived for my appointment and after 30 minutes, I was informed they forgot to order the transmission fluid. I made another appointment for 3 days later. Again, I arrived and after about 15 minutes I was told that a technician had put the transmission fluid ordered for me into another car. I was also told that if I rescheduled yet again, I would get a discount. Today was supposed to be the 3rd appointment and I called to ensure they had everything they needed and we would not have a repeat of the earlier issues. I was told they had everything. When I inquired about the discount, they told me they were already taking a loss on the transmission fluid and the best they could offer me was 10% off. I already had a 15% off coupon walking in the door and they couldn't even beat that. I will not be returning to this location again.

Highly recommend this Firestone location!! Their service is exceptional and they are above and beyond honest and helpful! Ron and Cruz are amazing there! My barely 3 yr old car wouldn't start. I finally got it to start and called asking to bring it in asap for a battery check. They answered right away, were kind, and said to come on in. When I arrived, they checked me in right away and started to check my car within 10mins. They did the battery check for free and said my battery was perfectly good, and nothing was needed. They were right. I had done a bad remote start stop in the subzero cold the day before without driving it and it was probably due to that. It has been over a week in subzero weather and I have had no issues. They could have easily sold me a battery I did not need to make money and they did not. Instead, they helped me asap, for free, and were above and beyond honest and kind about it! I wasn't the only one. While waiting, I saw another customer come in looking for free tire air and they told her to pull it into a bay and then helped fill her tires for free right away.
