Jason & Conrad have been very professional and appreciated. Something punctured my new tire but the League City team honored my warranty and took care of my driving needs. Highly recommend this location and definitely always buy the tire warranty!!

Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful with my truck's issues. He kept me informed during the entire process of repairs and was friendly and professional. The service was completed fast and cheaper than I had anticipated. This is a great one stop mechanic shop that I will continue using.

This place is a rip off. Staff were friendly and cordial but their prices are ridiculous They said I needed struts for my 2013 dodge dart. Quoted 1600$!!! 800$ for the struts. The rest was labor. Got home. Went on line and got quoted 200$ for 2 struts!!! Didn’t let them do it. It sounded too high and I was correct. Will never use this place ever again.

Super friendly staff, Thomas was very upbeat and outgoing. Love the clean lobby as place to chill while I know my truck is in good hands. Update: 6 months later I returned to have some more work done to my ride. The same friendly staff, These guys really really took care of me and my truck. I drove out with my truck driving better than ever, even under budget. Thank you guys.

A few months ago I had fire stone do some brakes CV axle and motor mounts, i guess the parts they got were bad off the self it is a bit of an older car so it's not unheard of but the motor mounts n the brakes were still making noise after 2000 miles. Today they replaced the motor mounts and brakes under warranty and now my car is running super smooth. Josh Green did a great job taking care of my Lexus. Thank you. Update January 2026 : Important update so they fixed that issue with motor mounts but my car still squeaks when backing up I've been patient but now it's just annoying... I took it too them and they told me it was the back brakes.... I had to get a different opinion cause I have ears n it's very obviously coming from front brakes they had changed out.... So took my car to dealership n they confirmed it was indeed front brakes will be calling to hopefully get a refund or something I don't want them working on my car other than alignment.... Honestly I would not suggest anyone go here they were kinda nice, but when I took it back for brakes at least 3 customers came in with complaints they dont take responsibility and just cost way too much for all this hastle ... It's just sad honestly don't waste ur money here you will be coming back multiple times and you will be disappointed, honestly was probably better off doing the work myself I have their life time alignment so I'll probably go back for that but I will never spend another dime hers n I will tell everyone to just go pay more at the dealership or if u want cheap go with a mobile mechanic. I hate giving them such a low rating I love giving places good ratings and at first I did want to give the 5 stars but after their refusal to acknowledge the issue is really a big problem for me. Also when they did look at brakes they gave me another quote for $5k for shocks and air cabin filter which is kinda ridiculous especially since they were just replaced... I would not trust them at all sorry y'all I really wanted to give u five stars but I can't knowingly send ppl to this place knowing they maybe ripped off

I love the people working at this Firestone location. The manager is a great example of what an automotive maintenance and repair shop manager should be. The alignment tech, Dennis, is awesome at getting things done perfectly and is very knowledgeable as well. I’ve worked with both of them in the past a few times and I’ve already told them I’m not taking my cars anywhere else but here for alignments or similar service. Thanks!

This was the 4th place I went to, they actually had a state inspection available. Quick service, clean waiting room. Conrad was great at the counter. Told me about the deals, without pressuring me.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Not worth your time stress or frustrations when there are so many chains around the area that offer what Firestone does. 3rd time to give this location a chance and still completely disappointed. First visit, getting wheel alignment. Purchased life time warranty with Firestone which I now regret. Cannot wait until these tires are toast. This visit, the technician left my wheel lock somewhere in the garage floor. Took about 20 minutes to find. The sales associate tried to recommend spark plugs, when I asked why- he said mileage based. My vehicle was at 100k and mileage based for a Toyota pro is 120k. So trying to sell me additional services because something isn’t broken or the correct time seemed scammy- but I’ll try again I said… Second visit I got new brakes, brake fluid exchange and fuel system clean out. This was 6 months ago give or take, 6-8k miles ago. During this visit, the SAME TECHNICIAN, left my wheel lock on the tire this time and lost it on some back road when testing my brakes. This is the second visit that I have to inquire where my wheel lock is- and wasting another 20 minutes of my time for him to look. Now the third visit, just a routine oil change- and the sales associate who I already complained to management about my concerns with the first visit (recommending services without any knowledge of the vehicle needing them)- he then says my vehicle needs brake fluid exchange and fuel system clean out. To which I responded “was that not completed 6 months ago?” and show him the invoice. He then responded “oh the technician must have not seen”. Honestly I am just done with this location and everyone else should go elsewhere. At this point I bet my fuel system and brake fluid wasn’t even addressed. The same two associates making the same mistakes over and over again.

This Firestone location has been great regarding friendly customer service, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly honestly and integrity. This location is roughly 20mins away from my house and is worth the drive. They’re dependable and the only location I allow service my family cars. I highly recommend this location if anyone is looking for a honest mechanic.

I made an appointment to have tires installed on a Sunday at 1pm. Upon driving to the store my alternator started to short out and smoke. When I arrived I pointed this out to the front desk person who walked out to the vehicle to look at it. He then indicated that they could take care of my tires that day and would have a mechanic replace the alternator on Monday. I asked if it would be mid-week before I got the car back and was told no, it will be tomorrow. I then get a call at 5:30 Sunday night. They had let the car sit in the front parking lot with a shorting alternator. The car was dead, couldn't start, couldn't close the windows, couldn't close the sunroof. They also had no way to get it into their shop. Their solution was to leave a rebuild 2012 Dodge Challenger unlocked and wide open in their front parking lot all night. Fortunately I had a car cover, but that was little protection. By the end of Monday they had gotten the car into the shop. I thought it had worked on and got to the point where it could power up. No the case, although they did tell me the alternator was out and they had the new one in hand. That as soon as the mechanic was complete with the job he jumped to while he waited for the alternator he would get back to my car. Upon not hearing from the shop on now Tuesday morning I stopped by the shop on my way home. I asked about the status of the car and was told they were waiting on parts. Knowing they told me they had the alternator in the day before I inquired what parts they had been waiting for (as I had not authorized additional work). The manager looked at his computer screen and muttered, you brought your own tires, we have the alternator, I guess we are not waiting on parts. Oh, the mechanic that was working on you car has the day off. So, fast forward to Wednesday. I get a call in the morning that my battery is dead and won't hold a charge. They asked if I could go to Autozone and get a warranty replacement. I left work, stopped to pick up my battery, and took it to AutoZone. They promptly checked it and said "It's a good battery, just at zero volts. You just need to charge it ". I said but Firestone said they did and it would hold a charge. The AutoZone manager had now walked over. He indicated that a battery in any state would take a charge up to 4% charge. Since this one was at zero, the shop didn't try to charge it. He asked if I was with the grey car that had been covered in their parking lot. I said yes, he indicated they hadn't pulled the battery from the car until today. I asked to buy a new battery just so I could get the car fixed and he was nice and did a warranty exchange. So, I took the new battery back to Firestone and told them the old battery was good, just not charged. However, here was a new battery. The car was finished that afternoon, but I was told not to drive it. The shop dug up a TSB that indicated that 2012 Challengers with the 3.5 L 6 cylinder or the 5.7 L 8 cylinder engine and the hydro-electric power steering module can have the alternator short out. I indicated that I have the 6.4 l engine with a pure hydraulic power steering set up so it didn't apply, but they were insistent the equipment I didn't have caused my alternator to short. Then, out of a sense of caution I read what the recommended solution was according to the TSB...guess what, swap out the alternator. Which I just had them do. Then they also tried to work up a quote for ticking lifters...except mine are 4k miles old after just having the engine rebuilt. If anything my car will go back to that shop to confirm the lifter are not ticking. I was just glad to get my car out of that shop.

We dropped off our truck for a tire pressure sensor repair and to diagnose the check engine light. We had a appt for 9:00. They said they were busy so we agreed to drop it off. When we were called for the pricing we were told 219.00. So we were thinking that was the total price and ended up being close to 450.00. I asked questions and got it reduced to 377.00. We also didn’t get our truck til close to 6pm. Bottom line there was no transparency in pricing and felt taken advantage of. With the check engine light we were quoted 3400. We got another estimate for the check engine light at the dealership for less than half of what they were trying to charge. Even after everything they were still trying to capitalize with extra tires. This confirms we were taken advantage of and looking to get some extra cash off an unsuspecting customer.

This Firestone location goes above and beyond to take care of customers! Jason and his team stayed late to make sure my truck was ready the next day! I didn’t even have to ask them to do it. I’m thankful for the way this Firestone takes care of its customers!

Amazing experience dealing with Conrad! First off cool name, but besides that he had us in and out in a flash. Was super informative, very patient and listened to all our concerns and even guided us throughly how to get the assistance we need with prior damage from another Firestone. He originally quoted us an hour or more wait but Zaedon and Conrad worked perfectly together to work faster than originally he quoted for time and it really set up my wife and i’s afternoon as this incident happened while we were in the middle of our job and Conrad did nothing but try to help us get through this issue and just feel better about the situation! Will definitely be back to this Firestone location going forward even with it being completely out of my way from where I live! If you ever need a solid person to rely on, go see Conrad!!

I’ve been going to Firestone for 25-30 yrs. Almost exclusively for tires. A manager at another local tire dealer asked me to not come back after price matching a set of tires. So I’ve held pretty true to that. And I’ve been happy with the products and service I’m gotten. Plus, I don’t know of anyone else that offers lifetime alignment. A great product for those who keep a vehicle for a long time. Thanks Jason and Lorenzo. Kenny
