Great & timely service. Friendly folks. Owner, Mr. Roger Flint will often personally greet you and answer your questions in layman’s terms. Start to finish process is such that it takes away most of your stress of the reason to visit a body shop. Totally recommend it if need arises.

The owners are very kind at this shop and my SUV was repaired in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle here after I was rear ended and the work they did made it look like nothing ever happened! It took a while to get in due to labor and parts shortages but that has nothing to do with the shop itself.

I am somewhat baffled by the 1 star reviews. I have used this shop several times for collision repair (both small and big jobs) and they do great work. They are also the USAA recommended body shop in League City. Enterprise is right up the street and pick you up within minutes at the shop. The staff are attentive and professional and provide regular updates on the progress. I highly recommend this shop.

My bumper started protruding on front driver's side just two weeks after I got my car back I am a small business owner and need my vehicle to make a living. I brought my car back to them several months later when I had a free moment and they acted like is was my fault that the bumper was out of line. I was told to bring it back once I had a full free day but I will never go back to this place everrr!! I will pay out of pocket before that will happen. Also the receptionist is rude and Roger is rude as well!! This is how they treat you after billing your insurance company for over 6000.00 and doing a subpar shotty. Job....

Unfortunately, I’ve had to take my vehicles to various body shops over the last several years. I must say the quality and craftsmanship at League City Body Shop is far superior to the franchise shops around Houston. If I ever have the need, I will be going back here for paint and repairs. Great experience, very happy. The color match and blending was done perfectly. No color difference between panels whatsoever. A+!

Took my truck to this shop because they are USAA’s trusted shop for my area. I brought the truck in with hail damage and a week or so later received it back “completed” with remaining hail damage, two different gashes in my dash, my headliner was covered in fingerprint marks and not properly put back together, a new dent in the door step that I am assuming is from dropping a tool and also a lot of scratches in this area, and an area above my front bumper where something was rubbing and scratched my paint. I asked Roger to hold off on doing anything until I spoke with my insurance company which he completely ignored and started that day. I was told that the glass company was responsible for the dash and that I would need to coordinate with them on getting my dash replaced or “patched”. After he said he was done with fixing the mistakes his shop created, I noticed that most things were corrected except my headliner. It is obvious that someone tried to clean my headliner but there are still fingerprint marks. They did cover my rental car for that last day and TRIED to fix their mistakes but now I have to deal with additional people and pay a professional to finish cleaning my headliner. I wouldn’t recommend this shop because they clearly lack attention to detail which I would expect from a BODY SHOP and they’re careless with their quality control.

My insurance company offered this body shop to me to get my Maserati fixed after I had my car accident. I was told to give this body shop one business day to contact me to set up an appointment. I waited 3 days with no call from them before I finally called again today to find out when I could come in. The lady on the phone immediately answered and asked for my name, then asked if it was for my insurance company. They obviously had my information, but she then said she tried to call me but couldn’t leave me a voicemail due to my inbox not being set up. This was a bold lie, as I get voicemails frequently from businesses and my call logs never showed any calls from this body shop. I told her that I didn’t receive any calls and she told me that they knew I didn’t have a voicemail set up so they didn’t call me. I told her that that doesn’t make sense because I never received any calls at all for multiple days. She then went on to say that because my car is a Maserati they couldn’t fix it since they weren’t certified. This was fine for me, but I asked if they had notified USAA and they told me that I needed to contact them to set up a different body shop. Normally I never have any problems with people even if they’re rude to me over the phone, however this lady blatantly lied to cover up that they didn’t call me or my insurance. This whole situation has delayed me getting my car fixed and could have been handled way more professionally. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their card here or to ever do business with this place.

I was sideswiped by an not smart driver on the 1st of July. League city body shop was able to fix my car using non aftermarket parts! That’s a big deal to me as it doesn’t mess up resale value. Plus they were quite through and gave me a quote, and my car was ready on the day they quoted. I suggest using these guys for a couple reasons: They work very hard and take the time needed to actually repair my car. They made it like it never happened to begin with. I hope I don’t have to see them again, but if I’m in an accident I trust them to actually fix it correctly. Unlike other body repair shops who don’t. Plus they are super friendly.

League City Body Shop is one of those rare businesses. They are communicative and every single person I encountered was pleasant and professional. In addition, they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and returned it to me much cleaner inside and out than it was when I dropped it off. A+ for them!
