Went in with what I thought was a bad alternator but ended up just the battery under warranty. So we came out way lower on cost than expected. We only use this particular shop and Frank and staff are just great people serving people with integrity and kindness. Frank is the best!!!!!!!

After an alignment; they failed to inform me that they took out all of my motor mounts. My car was perfectly fine; I handed it over and it had the check engine light on with my engine shaking the whole car.

This place is horrible and will not take fault for damage to my sons car. He came in for tire rotation and alignment. But opened his hood for whatever reason and damaged the lever attached to the wire that opened the hood and now they will not fix it at first told him they didn’t have the tools then said they could do it for 600. If you break something during service them u fix it for free. Especially a service he did not ask for. Will never be going back to Firestone again.

They fit me in & had to pick up a replacement tire at a different location, but even though I arrived a bit later in the day, everything was taken care of same day. Frank at egret bay as well all the employees are absolutely wonderful! I cant tell you how much they have helped me get my car on the road and inspection ready! I got all season bridge stone tires with an alignment. I got the credit card through them and didnt have to pay anything upfront! The alignment is free for life now! And my tires are covered 55k mile warranty! I highly suggest coming here for life!

Worst service ever. Made an appointment at 9am for a brake diagnostic to confirm brake pad replacements. I ended up dropping off my vehicle at 8am in hopes of picking it back up by lunch time. Lunch time comes around and no call from them. I called and they were barely finishing the diagnostic. I proceeded to let them do the brake pad and rotor replacements and was told it would take about two hours. Came to pick up my vehicle at 3pm and it’s just sitting in the garage, no tires, no brakes. The person working on my vehicle was on his lunch break and was told he wouldn’t be back for another 20 minutes and then it would take 30-45 minutes to finish the job. Upset and frustrated does not begin to describe how I feel. This was a waste of my time all around. What was supposed to be an easy fix turned out to be an all day job. Horrible experience and do not recommend this location nor do I appreciate Frank and Gus’s customer service.
