Billy was helpful and nice. Although my service was done correctly, the only reason I’m giving four stars is because I feel like they took longer than usual and when requesting for an air filter they didn’t include how much, which was inexpensive but sometimes people would just like to know how much their spending. Overall, love the tips, the coupons and I can see me returning.

Took exactly 1 hour to get my oil changed with only one car in front of me. They asked to replace my air filter and I agreed. They told me the price and forgot to mention that there's an $11 charge as well. Not happy, I would have went and bought a filter for cheaper and replaced it myself had I known they were going to charge me an additional $10.98. Overall I was not happy with this place. When asking about the charge he lied and said he didn't know they put that on there. Then laughed when I said yes. You do.

This was my first time ever going to Valvoline. I drove my company vehicle from Austin to League City and noticed that the oil change was 7000 miles overdue. I called Valvoline and spoke with a customer support representative who explained the process and she sent me a $15 off coupon. When I arrived the next day there was no line. I got there at 10:30am and the car that was being serviced was pulling off at 10:35 am. My service technician was Alejandro and he was awesome. He explained everything and mentioned services I needed but he understood I was there to change the oil and my company would take care of the other things that needed to be done. I never got out of the car. Alejandro explained everything from start to finish and I was on my way. I went next door the Dutch bros and headed back to work. The whole process took about 20 minutes including wait time. If you need a quick service I highly recommend Valvoline.

You guys need to retrain your techs on how to put the air intake back together after checking the air filter or stop checking it if you don't know how to put it back together. I chose valvoline because jiffy lube and take 5 don't know how to put them back together correctly. Nobody seems to take pride in their work anymore 😕

I have always liked going to Valvoline no matter the location, but after today I will always be a loyal customer and continue to use them! They had troubles with the tube getting stuck in my car and they did not quite until they got it out and checked everything! They did everything well and quickly and stayed in constant communication with each other and myself. I love how professional and quick they are! Not to mention their customer service is the best! We've had problems with mechanics making mistakes and acting like nothing happened just for us to deal with it out of our own pockets but Valvoline made sure to take care of everything! Thank you so much Billy (supervisor) and Alejandro for helping me out today and taking care of everything! I will definitely be back and recommend you to everyone I know!

This was some of the best customer service I have ever had while getting an oil change anywhere. This was my first experience with Valvoline and they set the bar HIGH, I will be using them moving forward. Josh and Austin did a fantastic job handling the 3 bays while they were clearly short staffed. Josh was super helpful, very friendly, and above all trustworthy!

My oil filter got stripped out and it became a major ordeal that took about 4 hours to fix. However, the staff made everything right, fixed the oil filter thingy, and changed the oil. They didn't charge me for the service and the Assistant Manager Alex was absolutely amazing with his customer service skills.

Waited in for over a half hour just to be let into the bay. I pull up the girl who helped me couldn’t fine me in the system and tried to upsell me at every turn. When I said no to something she just sighed under her breath rolled her eyes and made a grunting sound. Her name on her uniform said Austin but I doubt that was it. This was truly awkward. This was very poor service. I will never be back. While I waited to get into the bay they lost 5 other customers who got turned around and let. This place has gone to crap. I’ll be going back to my dealer for even oil changes now. The list of things you said you did didn’t all happen in your 18 point maintenance check. To top it off she didn’t even know how to turn off my maintenance light to help me with that either so now I have to figure that out just not a very good experience at

The service was quick and that I appreciated. However, the only issue I had was the workers were unprofessional bickering back and forth in front of customers. The one tech was clearly new and required some coaching but was being ridiculed in front of everyone!
