I arrived today 11/28 @ 5:43pm and asked one of the employees if it was too late for an inspection. He told me, “oh no, not at all, we can get you in—just pull around.” When I pulled around, there were three gentlemen standing there, and one of them came up to tell me they were no longer doing inspections. I explained that I had just been told otherwise, and he asked who told me. I pointed out which employee it was, but he kept repeating that they were no longer doing inspections. I explained the conflicting information I was given, and he eventually said the inspector had already left for the day, which felt like an excuse just to dismiss me. Overall, the situation made me feel like they didn’t want to take care of my service because of the time.

I come here all the time, but today was quite different. It wasn’t busy at all. There was only one customer in a bay and I waited for someone to approach my vehicle for about 15 20 minutes And they were slightly rude ( female). This is my first time experiencing this at so I’m kind of shocked.

Went in for an oil change and fuel filter change. Took them almost an hour to get this done. Notice fuel filter leaking a few days later, went back they said maybe due to ripped O ring. Said they fixed it. Went back next day they said the cap was cracked, which they would have know they cracked it when they re installed it and they figured I wouldn’t notice. They told me the part was on the way and would be there shortly. Left me sitting for 45 minutes before telling me the part wouldn’t be in till the following morning. They asked me to be there in the morning to replace the part. I said no problem. They even offered to refund me for my oil change. I get there promptly when they opened and the part was not ready, again they asked me to wait and said it would be there shortly. I told them I am very busy and didn’t understand why they wouldn’t just call me when they physically put their hands on the part. 5 hours later they call me saying the part is In. I come back, they install it and a young kid asks me to pay $55 for installing the cap. I told him why would I pay for something that yall broke? And asked him what about my refund for the oil change? He went into the office and came out 30 seconds later and told me I would get my refund in the mail… I said ok, how much is the refund for and can I get this in writing? The guy goes back into the office for 30 seconds and tells me Nevermind, “upper management” changed their mind they’re not going to give you a refund. I told him you all have wasted my time 4 days in a row. I don’t want to come back to this place I don’t want a discount on my next oil change because I can’t trust you. This is my first experience with them. I asked him for a managers # and he tells me they don’t have one. Then after arguing gives me a #. That # went straight to voicemail. I’ve called corporate and heard nothing back. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. These people are extremely rude, clueless & do not know how to run a business. Horrifically ran businesses from top to bottom. Also it was $700 for an oil change and fuel filters. Extremely over priced.

If you’re like me and someone who has zero knowledge about cars and everything to do with them besides driving and putting gas, then these guys are the ones who’s gonna make it sweet and simple for ya, just how we like it! I called and within minutes for an incredibly affordable price on a regular conventional oil change, about $68 with tax total - can’t beat it! The employees were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I was in and out within 10-15min! If you’re looking for a quick and easy + cheap but quality job this is the spot for you! Try it out, you won’t be sorry. Also they gave me $10 off with the QR code I included with this review, which brought my total for today’s visit $58!

I normally don’t do this whole review thing but after my visit here, I knew I just had to leave a review. It was my first time visiting this place and I will say the service here was fantastic the employee helping me Was very professional and actually made me feel like she cared about my vehicle, even more than I do sometime. I’ve been to a lot of different places to have my vehicle service, but I will say this is by far the best experience l’ve ever had. The employee that helped me her name was Bri and she was really awesome. She was very kind, friendly and professional when informing me on what was going on with my vehicle. This company is very lucky to have an employee that actually seems to like what they are doing and as long as Bri Is working here I will continue to use this place and will be telling everybody I know to go here.

Don’t waste your time here .I had my ac system replaced here and they quoted me $1,500 and additional $200 to flush out my system.the mechanic doesn’t have respect for your vehicle at all my bolts are damaged and the plastic on the grill that connect to my truck are all cracked meaning the grill moves alot now when driving so many damaged areas and missing boats. You can tell this was done with power tools, and no care for the customer’s vehicle.my truck was dropped of and later that day I seen my truck driven with no respect speeding reckless After confronting the Mechanic, he denied everything .never again I will spend my money here
