Ended up needing to traverse to autozone twice in one day. First was for a simple error code reading. The second time was an unrelated and unexpected battery flatline. Bobby took care of the battery replacement on-site NASCAR pit crew style! Well, I went in there to have a diagnostic test done, as advertised, because my check engine light is on and I happened to have had the failed report for a vehicle inspection with me. I wanted the diagnostic test done. They said no, everything I need to know is in the failed diagnostic report. I said okay, what parts do I need to fix it? They said we don't know, you need to go and see the guy who did the inspection. They said that they knew the guy who did it and that he is a quality mechanic. Don't even get me started on that. That's a whole separate review for a whole separate organization. Anyway, they smiled, and that's why they get two stars.

I called this store again recently a couple days ago and spoke to Myranda for the second time this past week about a vehicle that has had some minor maintenance lately. I mentioned detail about an issue I was having then & it seemed like she knew exactly what I was referring to. I arrived at the store shortly after the call, and she had the product readily available at counter & some additional info I needed + had written down a couple contacts to local autos shops that became to be very helpful. A+! Thanks again Autozone for the excellent service! & I'm sure your community appreciates it.

I went to the W. Main St., AutoZone to get my battery checked and replaced. Emma was very helpful and even changed it for me. She did suggest I needed a new battery post which she and Bobby helped replace. Both were very professional and a delight to deal!! We started having trouble with a battery we bought just a little over a year ago.Came to the store, they inspected and tested the battery. Insured us (our concern) it wasn't our alternator or starter but in fact the battery wasn't any good. Without hesitation they looked up our warranty information, saw it's active status, checked for the replacement, installed it and had us out the door, new battery and all in less than 20 minutes. Helping hand, fast & friendly service. Couldn't ask for more!

I recently sent my wife to this location to recycle some oil for me and they fused to take it because it had some water in it and that’s fine. My complaint is about the way she was treated because James said they don’t to go outside to retrieve the container and she would need to do it. Now with that said Auto Zone advertises they replace wipers, test batteries, and check engine codes. How is this exactly done if you don’t go outside to the customers vehicle? Oriely happily disposed of the oil without any argument and suggest everyone that wants quality service to do the same 💯
