If I could rate Airborne Auto Glass 100 stars trust me I would.. right off the bat when I called Sunday afternoon the owner Chaz was so kind and professional..he explained the prices to me what would be be best for my mustang. He called me Monday morning and SD Chase will be there at 10am.. OMG HE Was at my house at 10am..he was very nice and professional he told me the do's and don't on my new glass. He took his time and was so nice I went on FB and Google before he left to make sure others knew what outstanding job they do. Customer for life. I was looking for a local business to replace the windshield in my parents Genesis. I was referred to Airborne Auto Glass and Windows by a friend who had just had his windshield replaced. Due to the experience my friend had (just had installed a new windshield and it was leaking horribly) and the fact that Airborne came out AFTER HOURS-receiving EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE it wasn’t hard for me to make the call! Windshield replaced same day along with personal transportation by the owner; Chase Waymire, his wife Lynsey (love her!). If you haven’t considered Airborne for your windshield repairs or replacement…you are missing the experience that excellent customer service is supposed to be. I was driving up 45 today and suddenly this huge bolt hit my windshield and glass went everywhere. I needed a same day replacement and couldn't find anywhere that could fit me in until Airborne. I spoke with Tyler on the phone and I was shaken up from what had just happened. He was so calm, patient and understanding. My car wasn't exactly drivable and they were booked up. But Tyler said hang on, let me see what we can do. They were able to fit me in for a mobile replacement and were willing to do it in between the other appointments.
