We came in to get our oil changed knowing it would be a bit of a wait. They told us one hour and forty five minutes. After two hours they hadn't called us so we went to check and were told the procedure had been cancelled. No one had notified us after 2 hours and furthermore when we took it somewhere else they had no problem changing the oil. I will never go back there. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted two hours of my life.

My experiences with Walmart Auto Center have been good. I have been purchasing tires there since 2013 and never had issues with having the tires serviced or replaced. You have to get the road hazard warranty, it's one of the best decision you can make and there are Walmart's everywhere. I have been to multiple locations, the cashiers, the service techs have been great, they are very helpful and polite. If there is anything that I could ask to have improve, it would be the waiting time. Get there early for sure. They also don't take appointments, but you can drop off and they'll call to let you know when the work on your vehicle is complete. Bonus, you can shop while you wait.

Drove 45 seconds down the road to them for 4 new tires & asked for them to check a few minor things & replace them if needed. I was quoted 45 minutes, but waited 2 hours & 20 minutes.. Whatever. I can be patient. So when I paid for my service, it was $500+. Thought nothing of it, figured the little things would bring the total to right about that number. Didn't think much of it as we hadn't been driving my car, because it still needs some work. Literally just took it there for the tires it needed BADLY. 2 weeks after, I go to check some things & work on my car & notice some of the little, simple things (that they always do upon request) aren't done. I pull out the receipt & LITERALLY EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR WAS MARKED "NOT CHECKED" let alone REPLACED & the reason my total was so high was because they charged me $48 for disposing of my tires (although no one asked me if I wanted them to get rid of the tires for me or if I wanted them put into my trunk). Additionally, they gave me different tires than the ones we agreed on.. that they said were in stock. Same price, but no one ASKED me if it was ok to put on an alternative to what I had asked for. Valve caps left off of 2 tires too. Will not return here. Sloppy, lazy, shady work. Better believe I'm calling to get my money back too!

This is a good Walmart auto center. Service is always well done, and my car is well taken care of here. Mainly you'll come for either lube or tire services. They have a pretty good selection of tires at a few price points. Tires are usually done quickly. Oil changes are also good, fairly straightforward. However, there is usually a long wait for an oil change. I'd only recommend it if you're not in a hurry. There's not a waiting area right now, however, the whole store is under remodel, and I've been told a new waiting area is on the way.

I don't know why people spend so much money getting an oil change elsewhere. Walmart does a great job and it's really affordable (~$50 for premium synthetic motor oil). The best parts are no appointments needed and it's quick. I was literally in and out with 20 minutes. I come here all the time to get an oil change and I drive a 2016 Toyota Rav4. I get an oil change about every 5000 miles. Quick service and affordable.

UNBELIEVABLE, IN THE WORST WAY! Went at 7:30am today 9-21-24,for a oil change, was told it would be a1hour waiting period, I'm 66 years old, so I got time and Patience, BUT After EXACTLY 2 HOURS LATER, they still hadn't done ANYTHING TO MY CAR, it was STILL PARK under a tree, NOT EVEN IN THE WORKING AREA 😔 SOooo you tell me, 4 workers available, 3 cars including mine, and mine is still PARKED 2 hours later, after needing only a Simple OIL CHANGE, smh, NOPE ,NOT GOOD AT ALL☹️

I had my tires changed and overall they did a good job. There was a few hiccups with them telling .e they pur aside 4 tires, and by the time I got there for my appt, someone sold one of them, so they only had 3. Then I had to go to another location and tried to make an appt, but they wouldn't take appts so I had to sit up at Wal-Mart for 2 hours before they could start.

Closes at 6:30pm, not 7. Showed up at 6:35, and they turned me down. I understand needing to clean up to leave on time, but the website or wall hours should say. Came back today, and it's by appointment only. Nowhere does it say that on the website. "Manager's discretion" to turn it that way without notice or warning. Manager Ricky.

Dropped a tire off to be replaced at 12:30, the guy said it would be 1.5-2hrs. Pretty long but sure whatever. He said I’d get a text when it was ready. Spent my whole day waiting for the text, called 3 different times to no answer. When I finally just showed up at 6, lady acted like she was so surprised when I told her I got no text and called 3 times. I am a 110lb woman and not a single person offered to help me, visibly struggling, load the tire into my trunk even after I went back in and asked for someone to help me. AVOID at all cost. Receipt showed it was ready at 12:52, 30 min after dropping it off! They also charged me for valve, rotate and balance etc when the car wasn’t even there trying to just take advantage of me. Ridiculous.

Ordered tires was told it'd be a week before they were there, got an email the day before appt saying it was delayed. Have been calling auto center all morning and no on answers and cannot get any updates online.

Dealing with Lori at the auto center was a terrible experience. She was rude, not empathetic, and sarcastic. .I normally recommend this place but do not Come here!

Checked in my car at 4:39 for an oil change with 2 cars ahead of me. I was told an 1.5 hour wait. It is now 6:57 and have been told they are canceling the service due to them closing at 7pm. The same car has been in the bay. So I did not get my oil change and then they didn’t even pull my car up. Then was asked if I would like to schedule an appointment tomorrow 😂🙄😡

Dropped off truck at 2pm for oil change and to put on 4 new tires, we were told it’d be a 4-5 hour wait but that it would be done before closing. We didn’t hear anything so we went back a little before 7pm which is the time they close, they had not even pulled our truck back. They said it would be completed before 8pm so we waited around and then were told they would only do the oil change. We were on an almost flat spare tire that was losing air and all they did was fill it back up and say it’s fine to drive on and that it was holding air. They did nothing to help us and told us only thing we could do was make an appointment and try again another day. Do not recommend.

Zero stars if I could! Bought a car battery less than three years ago and brought it in for a warranty. They tested the battery and it "passed" so they wont warranty it. I have had to jump start my car and the voltage showing on my dash goes down to 11V. Their advice was to run the battery down and then bring it back so if you don't want to be stranded somewhere then you've been warned. I had it tested at autozone and was told the cell in the battery is bad. A battery can be bad and still pass and I even told them I have had to Jumpstart my car and they didnt care. Horrible customer service. Update * went back two more times because my car broke down on the side of the road with a dead battery. Once again I was told the battery was fine and sent on my way. Took it to Firestone and they informed me that my battery was in fact bad and needed to be replaced. Walmart refused to warranty it because "their" computer showed a good battery. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, I recommend firestone.

This is the worst place I've EVER gone for a battery installation. I've been here almost 2 hours! DO NOT COME HERE, unless you have NOTHING else to do for the day. Definitely will NOT return here. EVER! Wish I could give it zero stars

They dont answer the phone at any time. They are very very garbage about answering the phone. I went to another location becasue these people never answered and I called at different times of the day. Went to another location and they had to call this location for inventory AND THEY STILL DIDNT PICK UP. it's one thing when you can't answer a customer call but you wont even pick it up from another store? Incompetence to the max...management and staff

I had an oil change and tire rotation done last week. I usually refrain from negative feedback but hopefully this review improves the quality of service. Walmart automotive lost one of my wheel lugnut. I was missing a lugnut and went back to Walmart several days later. The person working didn't know how to handle the situation. I asked for a manager and they said to come back later. Nobody took down my information or anything. I don't recommend this place. There's a reason why the reviews here are so low.

Came in an tried to get some tires, the rep noticed I was trying to get the wrong ones, which is on me. But he didn't quote me the same ones in the new size, and I wanted to get the longer lasting ones. They were just finishing up and now I've had to wait an extra 45 minutes for nothing. The biggest issue is I asked the guy before we moved forward that it was the same tire.

No troubles since 2008 when I moved to nearby neighborhood for tires oil etc. but now they are very incompetent overall from manager to techs. Could not install wiper blades correctly front and shamelessly claimed they do not carry the rear wiper blades for rav4 2021 and do not install for free like the front because there is no space and easily gets damaged. The passenger side blade flew off during a heavy rain. The manager unwillingly filed a claim with all kinds of threatenings with my 18-yr-old daughter present. After all I told him if I do not get my compensation, I’ll go to local court. I forgot to tell him this is not india. I’m very proud of my daughter. She called me and drove safely to a Walmart and bought a replacement and installed herself during the labor day night on her way to college. Thanks to the Lord. The tech messed up the passenger side. If the manager was willingly to cut me a check per dealer quote, I won’t expose them Thinking about the tech losing his job maybe. It seems the manager did not care. Let’s see.
