To anyone reading this, please avoid this chain shop. I am a local student at UCLA and google reviewer, but I brought my car here towed in the night because it was the nearest tire shop to me when I got a flat. When I was called in the morning, I let them know what new tire I wanted and they told me when to pick it up. Upon arrival, this shop had clearly damaged my door panel and left a 5 inch scratch beyond the clear coat that you could feel with a fingernail. I was entirely polite and professional the entire interaction and Myra at the front desk was amazingly sweet. When I let her know about the scratch that was certainly not there when I left the car she seemed anxious and let me speak with the service manager not store manager as he was out. The service manager was entirely rude, dismissive, accused me of a liar, and pointed to other smaller chips stating that I must not care that much about my car. I clearly stated I know exactly what those were from and that this is explicitly new, highly visible, and deep. I have dashcam footage I intend on reviewing. The manager would proceed to not provide me a report number and was incredibly rude. I specified exactly the scratch that was new and fresh and proceeded to take photos of other chips. There must be upon arrival photos taken by them. I am highly serious when i say STAY AWAY from this shop. Impossible headache and stress added on.

I love this Firestone! Natalie helped me and she was very warm and friendly explaining what needed done without trying to oversell me on anything. She even told me that one of my tires didn’t need replaced which another tire shop told me needed replaced immediately. One of the suggestions was to do ny back brakes which I knew I needed. They had all of the parts there to replace them that day along with a full rotation. I’m super happy with the service I got from this location!

NEARLY TOTALED MY CAR - I took my BMW 840i to Firestone for a tire replacement. From the start, I was bait-and-switched on the price when I arrived to drop off my car. Things got exponentially worse: I received a call later that they had damaged my car, ripping the hood off and causing $30,000 worth of damage. Firestone admitted fault and told me their insurance would reach out, but I have heard nothing since october 8th. I’ve had no rental car, no way to get my car repaired, and the damage is extensive. I understand accidents happen, but i have received no communication so far. If someone could get back to us, that would be great. The service advisor was Mayra and the technician was Jesus. This experience has been completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend Firestone for any high-end vehicles.

It’s not every day you get such great customer service ,she made sure everything was explained clearly and that my car was taken care of quickly. This is a super busy location, and for good reason. You can schedule an appointment in advance and if possible for you, I would recommend that. I did schedule in advance, for a normal service (tire rotation) and they did it promptly. I find all their personnel to be helpful and efficient. Prices are extremely fair in my view (as opposed to my car dealer).
