I was referred to RPM by a friend and was amazed by the customer service. I called RPM on 1/15/2025 to request an oil change for my Alfa Romeo. He said I can come in the next day and drop the car off. When I got to the shop, he welcomed me and we discussed the best pricing options. He guided me through a very transparent and detailed analysis of things I needed on my car coupled with an affordable price. Freddy is amazing and I will go to him for all of my car servicing needs.

In the past I've also used RPM for a second opinion, typically after a dealership repair shop gives me a high quote for a list of repairs that might not even be necessary. Sam and Freddy are a father son duo who truly care about providing the best service to the customers. Sam had been here for over 25 years, he’s like a father to me! I recently took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to R.P.M. Auto Service & Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Sam, the owner and a 40-year veteran mechanic, provided exceptional service. The Jeep has a complex front-end suspension system, and I went in with concerns about serious clunking noises. Sam got it up on the rack and quickly diagnosed the issue, providing a detailed breakdown of the necessary repairs. They replaced the front lower control arm ball joints, sway bar links, tie rod ends, wheel speed sensors, addressed repositioning the struts and performed a wheel alignment as well as repairing a small axle grease leak. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they took the time to explain everything to me. The invoice was fairly priced and as we agreed in advance. It was clear and itemized, so I knew exactly what had been done. What truly sets R.P.M. apart is Sam’s (and his son Freddy's) professionalism, expertise, and decades of experience. Freddy is the best!! I feel so fortunate to have this place right in my neighborhood. RPM checks all the essential boxes for a mechanic: friendly, honest, affordable, efficient. I took my 2014 Subaru in after the muffler had fallen off due to extreme rust (it's an east coast car) and Freddy got it handled quickly and at a good price. He also went above and beyond to knock out a couple other issues too. This is the only shop I'll trust with my car moving forward.
