Always a great experience at this location! As a female, it’s hard to find a mechanic or car shop that won’t try to take advantage of you. This place I trust 100%! Josh and all of his guys are top notch! If they tell me something is wrong or needs replaced, I can trust that it really needs done and that they did the work they said they were going to. Honest, reliable, timely and a great value, what else could you ask for?!

We're clear about repairs needed. Took time to explain the process and pricing being very upfront. Repairs were made in a timely fashion. Have been back for several other repairs and battery testing. Appreciate the team listening to concerns and taking time to fully test things. They even show photos of concerns of things needing addressed.

They will overcharge you and not tell you the problems your car has. Spent $2000 and left with my emergency brake not working and brakes still squeaking. They are taking advantage of people.

I had a flat tire and called here to ask if they could get it aired up and they said they could do it no problem. When I got there the worker was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was there almost 2 hours when they decided they couldn’t and I said would need two new tires instead. I declined because I knew I only needed air in it, and the worker was again very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend ever using this establishment, especially if you are a young female.

I am Geoffrey Serata and I'm a Veteran. On 10/27/2025, I brought my 2018 Corolla for a scheduled front end alignment, wheel balancing and rotation, and oil change.*The mechanic did not check the tire pressure and let me leave the shop with a low tire and tire warning light displayed in the dash. I drove around the block and came back to have tires inflated.*The mechanic swapped the wheels on the front but not the rear for the rotation. Did he do a wheel balance? I doubt it! I presented two coupons (not knowing which was the better deal) the shop said a better one was automatically applied. 1-coupon was for a $69.99 complete synthetic oil change and the other was $50 in savings ($25 instant and 25 on a card).The total I paid for the synthetic oil change was $81.44, with tax. The hype about a better discount automatically being applied was a lie! WHERE'S MY VETERAN's DISCOUNT? They did a lousy job and ripped me off!!!

Your employees not only were accommodating and understanding, but stayed open for us to make sure we were good to go and not delayed more than needed for our trip. I've been a customer at this location for years. Overall, the service is good , minus a few exceptions. Today, I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited in the lobby, and was very disappointed and honestly, was disgusted that they had Fox News on the TV. And the volume was very loud. I am seriously giving second thoughts about using this location, again. I was there for an hour and a half. The other customers were also annoyed by the TV .

The work at the Auto Center was Great! The location could not have been any nicer. However, I open a new CFNA account for Firestone for this service. They refused to help correct a billing issue and stated Store employees lied! She was rude and stated she wouldn't do anything! This is Firestone Complete Auto Care Credit Card customer service.

I've been bringing our family vehicles here for years and never had an issue until recently. Both my daughter and I have lifetime wheel alignments. My daughters car is lowered which they assured me wasn't an issue when we initially purchased it at this location. After 2 visits, now they are stating they can't do alignments on it anymore because it's lowered. Funny thing is it's been raised since the initial alignment. Then, I brought my truck in for an alignment because I put new tires on it. After a few hours I got a call that it couldn't be aligned because my axle was shifted. I was told I would need new blocks and u-bolts. Took it to another shop that specializes in suspension to get the info I needed for the suspension warranty, and ended spending $150 for them to tell me there was nothing wromg with it. Not sure what changed in the last 6 months but it hasn't been good.

Team here is excellent, never had an issue. Came to this firestone after having a hard time getting my car fixed at 3 other shops. Manager Josh took the paperwork from my prior repairs and his team worked through to verify what had actually been completed. They were able to fix it the first time. Every visit since at this location they've been up front with what is needed and what to expect on next visit. Never pressured going here which is important as a female going into shops like this.

Found my inner tie rod boot twisted after alignment service was completed. Talked to the service writer and the manager. The manager’s response was completely unacceptable. Was a perfect opportunity to discuss service standards with the technician but the manager didn’t see a problem with the new inner tie rod boot being mangled during service. Customers expect quality service and don’t expect their vehicles brand new parts being damaged. Hope corporate reads the comments and express standards to management to ensure future customers receive better service quality.

Where do I even begin. Il start with saying I hope EVERYONE reads this review. My truck which is an older model suddenly had the abs brake light pop on the dash. Whatever the issue was , made the vehicle unable to drive over 20 mph due to a safety feature. It ended up being a hub sensor in the front wheels. I spoke to a gentleman there named Zack and was quoted $718 for the job and a complete diagnosis of the vehicle. 2 days later I spoke to another gentleman named Johnny. After speaking with him to arrange my vehicle to be towed there to have the work performed, he told me the job was going to be $1,250 and that Zack was new and had no idea what he was talking about. This should have been my first red flag. I agreed out of necessity and had my vehicle towed there for $100. Upon his diagnosis he told me my vehicle needed $6,300 worth of work. I'm aware my vehicle is older and has issues but that is more than the truck is worth so I said to Johnny , please just do the minimum to make it driveable for me to get back to my home as I use it to bring garbage to the dump down the road from me. He assured me that if the hub sensors were replaced it would be driveable and I then gave him the go ahead and even set up a monthly maintenance plan with him to tackle each issue 1 by 1. Later that day he calls me and tells me I'm all good to go and I can pick up my truck. I arrive , I pay and he hands me the keys. I start the vehicle and all the same lights are on and now the vehicle only drives 5 mph. I turn around and pull back in to ask him what is going on. His reply .... You asked me to get driveable for you. It's technically driveable and I would be endless amounts of work for it to properly run. I asked why he told me that if the hub sensor was replaced it would run and charged Me over $1,000. His reply .... I told you it needed a lot of work and again... It is driveable. Maybe not how you would like but you can drive it. I will rap this up by saying these people are thieves. That is the most disgusting, disturbing and down right dispicable business practice I have ever encountered in my life!! I pray no one uses there services ever again. There business model is to take advantage of customer to make a sale a that's a model that can never last. God bless them!
