Although you would think an AutoZone would just be a place to buy parts for a car maybe get a check up on your car or have small parts replaced this place goes above and beyond giving you multiple options and going the extra mile to help you with what you need stay inspect they suggest they give you options to go with and beyond that day look into ways to make your car a better vehicle for you your personalized vehicle not just for the road before what you want in your vehicle itself I can't say enough about this shot I really can't the people who helps me hear did show was Glee before I could even walk into the store the manager was asking me what he could do for me and how he can help held the door open for me and wash me in to show me what he could give me after that he left me to my own shopping and made me feel welcome and made me want to come back I would do nothing less than she just for you at least stop by the store next time you have a question or a problem with your vehicle because these guys not only know what they're doing but they love what they do and they are willing to help you no matter what and will not quit until they have a solution for your problem

Tried to do a return at this Autozone and they really told me they didn’t have $28 to do a return. They told me to come back after 3pm so I called them to see if they would do the return instead of wasting more gas going back to the store, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then got back on the phone claiming they didn’t have $28. I then called a different store and the lady at that store even told me it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY that they didn’t have $28. People just don’t want to do their jobs and it’s ridiculous. Worst customer service ever.

Amazing customer service. My moon roof was stuck open, when it was about to rain, and the guys working there genuinely cared enough to help me get it closed. One associate specifically, Austin K., was fantastic! He came out to the parking lot and helped me identify the issue directly so I can get a repair done and helped to get the glass sealed down completely. I definitely recommend this AutoZone on East Stone!

Amazing customer service. Had a incident with my alternator going out 2 hours from home and they helped me match the part and lent me the tools to change it in their parking lot. The employee gave me great advice on changing my alternator and i would highly reccomend this place to anyone. I am a car enthusiast and its nice to see a auto parts store with employees that actually have car knowledge. Back home its hard to get parts matched correctly and you can forget advice. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for everything.

We had car troubles at 9:30 pm tonight and we discovered we needed a new battery. We hurried as fast as we could and rolled up at 10-15 minutes before closing and these dudes greeted us with big smiles and helped us. They installed our battery and never acted inconvenienced or bothered that we showed up last minute. They saved our asses. I greatly appreciate how wonderful they were. Excellent service!! I need to call their corporate office to brag on them.

Don't get a warranty for anything down here. Called about an alternator and they said there was no record whatsoever, but went to the other AutoZone and they found it immediately. Then they wouldn't test the alternator when there was a little bit of oil on it while O'Reillys would. Seems like they tried to get over on us, no more shopping at AutoZone

Man, good thing my co worker told me to get my battery checked after jumping me. Thankfully Hayden H helped me because he didn't even have to actually check the battery with the machine because he saw it leaking already. He saw my batter was somehow cracked and got my battery and cleaned the mess, and was nice about the whole situation. He probably won't see it but thank you again for helping me and replacing my battery!

Had a tail light out. Went in Edgar assisted me with great friendly customer service. Asked if he would be willing to change my tail light for me. No hesitation from this guy. Absolutely let’s go. Little did Edgar know, the day before I was pulled over for my tail light. Tried to replace it myself. Took over 45 min just to get the cover to come off for the light lol. To find out I didn’t even buy the correct size bulb to replace it. So Edgar thank you so much.!

Now I don't give 1 star, huge rarity, but appropriate for this situation. I was astonished and shocked, a new experience. I went in said I didn't know the name of the part I need, can you come look at it so I get the right part. He said, "I'm dead, so not really." What?? I'll never go back to this store because of that experience, you get paid to help people and you tell me you don't feel like doing your job. I really hope this is addressed. Went to O'Reilly's across the street, took the guy 5 min to find and put the part in for me. I'm literally mind blown.
