Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and we were quoted a 90 minute wait. After two hours we hadn’t received an update so we went back to check on our car and they hadn’t even taken it to the back yet. “All the bays are full so we haven’t been able to start on it yet.” WHAT IS THE POINT OF APPOINTMENTS???

First of all, let me say that I will be glad when google adds a -1-star option because the firestone location on Eisenhower, Macon deserves nothing more. I used to bring my car to specifically to this location for all car care needs but due to lack of customer respect this place is no longer an option. The mechanic never believed in using proper covers to keep my car clean. Oil stains from boots all over my floor, I'm very OCD about my vehicle so you can imagine my disgust when I got back my car after multiple times of service. Let's see what else, there was one service tech at the front counter that was always very condescending it was obvious he hated his life/job and wanted you to hate and regret your experience at Firestone, Eisenhower Macon location. I bought new tire at this location as well, spent over 800 dollars and yep you guessed it the installation was horrible, I barely got out the parking lot, and my car started to wobble like crazy, not sure what step was missed when they did the work but needless to say I had to return immediately to handle the issue. WAIT, there's more, oil change, turns out when you when you DON'T properly seal the oil pan cover it leaks, who knew, my damn mechanic should have that's who. Can you put in gas in your car, GREAT, you are better off fixing your own car than taking it to this place firestone of Eisenhower PKWY of Macon Ga.

I don't usually post anything but This Firestone is awesome, After taking my truck to another shop three times with negative results , I finally drove from WR firestone to the Macon Firestone. They were able fix a problem that couldn't be fixed. I can't remember the technician name maybe Andrew. I told management he's a keeper, he's worth the pay and more. I had a alignment done on my 2005 dodge ram. Today is a good day,

10.31.25- A HUGEEE S/O and Thank you to the employee in the hotdog costume!! He and the other tech were very helpful and respectful with any and all questions I had concerning my car. Came a little before closing and thought I was going to be told that it would have to be handled on the next business day. But the two employees made sure to help me with my car issues and went above and beyond!! Although I had to come back the next business day (not any fault of Firestone). They remembered me and were able to get me in and situated. If I could give them more stars, I would! Thank you all again!

Do not go here ! They took my review down , my car caught on fire 3 days ago & they are responsible for it , god doesn’t like evil .no wonder they are called Firestone ! Had an induction service done and my car had more problems after . Do not just let anybody under your vehicle they clearly don’t know what they are doing

Firestone did this to my car , my baby’s gone 😔 . Took my car here a week ago to get an induction cleaning and they offered a diagnostics on the car , which he waited until 2 hours after the car is almost done to tell me I had an valve gasket leak which made my oil lose a lot , it was never like that before I came to them and under where the gasket is it seemed like somebody broke my part and tried to seal it back together which had to be them , my car started acting weird with the gas a day after my check engine light came on with a new code which didn’t happen until I got the process done . Was told to come back which I did today and nothing was done about anything that was messed up , other than going under my hood and saying everything seems fine , when I got back into the car to leave today I noticed a stronger smell in the car which was weird so as I was headed back home my car started smoking so as I checked the hood exactly where the procedure was done that’s where the part caught on fire and now my car is gone ! I do not recommend at all !

I went in there to get some tires, mounted and balanced. The guy told me be like an hour or less than an hour I went around and took my daughter to the bathroom And noticed my hood was up out in the shop. So I asked the guy what were they doing with my hood up? He said they were doing courtesy checks. I told him I was not in there for a courtesy check. I was in there for my tires to get mounted and balanced so they need to put my hood down. They have no reason to be under my hood.So next thing, I know I was in there almost 3 hours just to get tires mounted and balanced. And my tire pressures were all out of wack when they brought my jeep around. I went in and said something he told me I can pull around. They will check it. I said no I would do it myself cause I’m not waiting another three hours. I would never in my life go back.
