Could take one notch down because it'd be great to sit and wait right there, while they are working on changing the tires and alignment, but the place does not have decent accommodations for waiting. Overall the folks did a good job, quickly, friendly. We serviced tires here for our current and past cars for quite a few years by now. They also have air available at all times, to fix up pressure for free.

Theses guys are scammers. I went in for a battery replacement 5 minutes in the guy came back saying I have coolant mixing with my oil and my shocks are bad and my control arm need replacing. I asked them how did they know oil and coolant is mixed my car doesn’t overheat? The guy at the front desk hesitated and said went to ask his manager how the manager came back an said oh it’s your oil cooler gasket I was like ok that makes sense but how did you confirm and they said a bunch of nonsense and that they saw oil around it ha. I would stay as far away from this shop of and my shocks and control arms are all good no clunking nor bouncing around. If you’re a dummy and like to be taken advantage of send your car here. Hopefully they see this and stop scamming people.

Waiting on tires even though pre-ordered. An appointment that should have taken an hour or so is now 2+ hours. What is the point of pre-ordereing and making an appointment if you end up having to wait for the tires to arrive? There are better places to go. Lesson learned.

I had scheduled an appointment for noon and more than 4 hours later my car was done. Worst experience. Was very misleading in how long it would take. The service people took lunch when my appointment was scheduled. Then they waited more than an hour after their lunch until they started working on my car. It was an oil change and alignment.

Great experience at Firestone Fremont. The manager Bill and Gurneev made sure I got the correct battery, which wasn’t straightforward due to different sizes and pricing. Gurneev went above and beyond by staying after his shift to make sure the battery was located, the mechanic had it, and the work was in progress. Thanks to Bill as well for going to another warehouse to pick up the battery close to closing time. Solid service all around
