I've never had a such a great service or experience at another auto care shop. My car has a hole in the muffler and would require almost 1000 dollars to replace, but the found a way to patch the hole for around 200. My car works great now!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Firestone for new tires and an alignment, which should have been a straightforward task. After driving off, my wife and I both noticed my car was louder than usual. I thought, “Hey, it’s just the new tires!” and assured my wife it was probably nothing. However, when we got home, I looked at the front of my vehicle and realized the underbody shield was hanging down as if a fastener had been broken or completely left off. So, naturally, I snapped a picture and returned to Firestone on my next day off, asking them to secure the shield and change the engine and cabin air filters since I knew they needed swapped too. Fast forward a few hours and I got a call from Firestone. The representative that called assured me the technician said there was no issue with the shield. I offered to send the picture of the dangling mess and he declined, but promised to check himself. An hour later, I got another call saying a completely different car was ready for pickup. Cool, but not mine! After clarifying which car was actually mine, they finally acknowledged they had secured the underbody shield and my car was also ready to pick up. Great! But when I tried to confirm the air filters were changed, they confidently declared the technician said they looked great. I couldn’t help but wonder if this was the same technician who insisted my shield was perfectly secure since I had seen how dirty my engine air filter was. Later that afternoon I went to get my car and I was handed an invoice that recommended changing the filters—wait, what? Didn’t I just ask you to do that and you said they were great? Apparently, they said I had “declined” the very service I brought my car in for. How weird! Back home, I checked the filters, and surprise, they absolutely needed changing (pics below)—just as I had insisted, so I went to Autozone and changed both filters myself. If you enjoy wasting hours of your day and dealing with a team that neglects to correctly complete the jobs they are paid to do, then Firestone is the place for you. But if you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. If you can’t trust them to do a small job, I surely wouldn’t trust them to do a big one.

I was treated with respect & care. I don't know much about cars, so the staff was very good at explaining things to me in a way I could understand. The service exceeded my expectations as I was in and out within 3-4 hours. It was amazing to be back on the road after having a harrowing experience with my brakes. The quote i got on the phone was not the same as the invoice. I got a $25 penzoil saving aplloed but paid more than my last oil change. Firestone also gave a gift card of $50 so lets hope that arrives.

Amazing! We are traveling in a van cross country. Yesterday, construction on 80 caused our tires to bulge! Went to this Firestone in Davenport Iowa… they quickly figured out how to fix it! Absolutely amazing service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had taken my car somewhere else for an ABS sensor malfunction. They told me I needed a whole new hub and sensor and it would cost about $500 (would not show or explain anything further). I brought my car here for a second opinion. Turns out it was only the wiring harness that needed to be replaced and it would only be $150 (showed me pictures of the issue and explained what was going on). Needless to say, the problem is now fixed and I am beyond happy. Will definitely be returning for any future service needs!

Well my problem is with Mark, He quoted me out the door price without tax. He did not seem to understand nor care that he lied to me. Don't know if it is the company practice or just his lack of understanding what out the door price means. Price is always a factor when buying tires. So when inquiring especially when dealing with Mark make sure he includes tax in out the door price.

Very satisfied with the quality of service. We scheduled an oil change and tire change with notice that we only had a couple hours due to another appointment. They were ready for us as soon as we got there, very respectful, and gave us all information we needed to make the right tire decision without any pressure. A progress call was provided and the car was ready within the requested time. They were even able to handle the tightly screwed oil pan bolt that another location couldn’t remove. Highly recommend!

I didn't know exactly what I wanted but the team at Firestone were willing to listen and help me get the service I needed. My car was in and out in no time. Called early on a Sunday morning after a major snowstorm. I needed a set of tires for a work vehicle after one of my others was broke down due to the previous days storm. I spoke with Ryan. Had appointment at noon. Showed up at 11:45. Sat in lobby cause oil change. After sitting for 2 hours and my car not moving. I went to talk to some and asked why my car is still sitting. They put my car paper work in drop sleeve. Poor management I’ve sitting here for 2 hours not 1 of them addressed me or checked on why I have been in the lobby for so long. Been coming here for 3 years. Think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I had booked an appointment to see why my check engine light was on. No time over the phone call did the mechanic say that there was a fee for getting a courtesy or an advanced diagnostic done. Then when they had called me back to explain what I needed to get done, no time AT ALL did they also say there was a fee for the diagnostic that they did. Over the phone, I had just told them to complete an oil change and a tire rotation, and they said that would be $60. Walked in later that night to pick up my car, and the total was $191 and when asked why, they said it was $go for the oil and tires, but a $130 for the diagnostic. I had told the front desk worker I did not agree or know of this price, and all he could say was that I had to pay, and it was a miscommunication on their part. Still had me pay the full $191 and was not helpful at all. Would not recommend this shop at all since they are not transperant and just want your money. ZERO STARRRRSSSS
