Was traveling through Minnesota when my cars engine light came on. I stopped at this Firestone and they were able to help me figure out what was wrong with my car in no time! Slowest tire change of my life. Had an appointment at 8 AM and the mechanic wasn't even there on time. Car sat outside for atleast half an hour before they did anything. Overall took almost two hours for a simple tire change. Lobby with no coffee or anything. At least would like free coffee if I am stuck there for two hours. Two stars for the two hours of my life I wasted there.

Took my car in to get new tires during their tire promotions and can I just say it was amazing service! Everyone was so friendly and very communicative with everything going on. One person did stick out though, Patrick who said he was the new manager. He went above and beyond to be friendly and even cracked a few jokes here and there! I would definitely come back again.

Turns out that the last place that did my oil change stripped the drain plug, Patrick was quick to reach out and let me know about the issue. They also made sure my tires were at the correct PSI! WOW absolutely amazing service! Not only was it close to closing time! But patrick and his amazing team took care of me when i had a flat tire! They informed me the tire was no longer repairable as it was driven on flat for miles! They got me hooked up and out the door with 4 weather grips so i am safe for the winter! Might i say pretty fast as well I was only in there for 45 minutes! Thank you guys so much for your amazing service i will be telling everybody i know about this place! He explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need — which I really appreciated. He also Price matched with Discount tires! Firestone will be my new tire shop
