I was i for a slow leak in a tire and even though they looked very busy, they got my car in quickly and it was done probably in about a half hour. When I asked what they found, they showed me the nail they found in my tire.

Helpful and friendly staff, looked at my car in a timely manner with no appointment, works with insurance companies. Update: initially everything was going great until I came to pick up my car and nobody had told me it had been hit in their parking lot almost a week prior (stuff happens) but then get it home and find out certain parts didn’t get replaced like skid plate and air deflector so had to take to another shop to get that replaced and now it’s leaking oil on my garage floor. Living two hours away with my crazy work schedule has made this a hassle to deal with. Still think it’s a friendly and decent shop to get repairs at just need to keep customer more informed and what is and is not going to get fixed while there.

We thought the Firestone name would be a responsive and competent organization to do some major work on our vehicle, but we were wrong. We made an online appointment for a Thursday and brought the vehicle in, they took the keys and noted the issues as seen in the images. An advisor called and quoted around $1300, which seemed steep, but was somewhat expected for the brand and ease of using the website to book service. The final service invoice costs us over $1800. We’re both in the military, live in West Fargo, and one of us works at Grand Forks Air Base, so having a vehicle is crucial. After not hearing anything by Saturday (3 days later) we called and the advisor informed us that the online scheduling system shows appointments but they’re not accurate, and that they haven’t got around to fixing anything. We had to call the shop every day for an update, Firestone didn’t seem to empathize with people relying on their vehicles for a living and couldn’t give us a completion date. Ultimately, it cost my partner 2 days of personal leave and having to inform their commander as to why they couldn’t make it to their duty day. The vehicle wasn’t done until Tuesday, 5 days not including the original appointment day. That was just the beginning. I was at a training exercise 2.5 hours south the following weekend on May 06, and my partner sent me a picture of white smoke billowing out of the engine cover. They called the shop immediately and were told to bring the vehicle in for inspection. I got home on May 7th and we hadn’t heard anything from Firestone, so called that afternoon. The Advisor named Angel informed me that they hadn’t touched the vehicle and wouldn’t until the manager was back in the office the following morning. I found this unacceptable, but there’s nothing a person can do if they need the vehicle ASAP and can’t take it anywhere else. The manager never called the following morning, so we called in the afternoon and were informed that the vehicle was ready. It took 3 days to fix an obvious mistake, during that time Firestone continued to prioritize other vehicles that they could charge customers for. Upon receiving the vehicle back, we opened the hood. There was a socket wrench, flashlight, and other tools left in the engine compartment. I’m no expert, but that could have hurt us or somebody else, had we hit the highway. As noted in the pictures, the battery cable had been cut, bypassed, electrical taped, and re-arranged far from factory standard. This work was not noted, and the alteration was never relayed verbally. We’re now wasting even more time and money scheduling a complete vehicle inspection and having the electrical system from the cabin to the battery fixed to original factory standards. Bottom line, do not take your vehicle to the West Fargo Firestone, even if it seems convenient. Many of the other reviews can verify fake online appointments. I assure you that the poor quality of work and lack of communication could end up costing you more time and money to fix the issue. After the nightmare is over and all invoices from fixing the vehicle are finalized, we plan on filing a complaint with the North Dakota Attorney General to have the shop's quality of work on public record. I encourage all those who had unacceptable or possibly dangerous work done at this location to do the same.

I had a 1pm appt, arrived 12:30 incase they were ahead of schedule. They took 3 walking with no appointments before me and did not start my car - for a simple headlight bulb replacement- I had to ask twice before they even pulled my car in a bay at 1:45pm

My wife and I flew into town from Missouri for our son's first home game at NDSU, Go Bison ! We only had 1 day to get this kid some winter tires as we have been warned about your brutal winters and wanted to make sure he would be good. The staff helped me make an appointment, pick the perfect tires and got us in and out as fast as they could since we had such a short time to be in town. I really appreciate how nice and friendly everyone was and on a side note to see women working there made me smile. Thankful for all that they do here at Firestone. I am unhappy and dissatisfied with the amount of time it takes for an oil change. Do not offer me an appointment time if it will not be completed in a timely manner. I watched my car sit and wait for 50 minutes after I checked in. I get they are busy but once again call me and tell me not to come instead of waiting for an hour and a half to change my oil. I will no longer be coming back due to this occurring many times with no compensation.

Brought my new car here for a tire install, alignment and oil change. Tires were overinflated not that big of a deal so I adjusted them asap, a few days later I check my oil while filling up with gas and notice my oil filter housing pooling with oil I called Firestone the manager told me he would get it taken care of asap, I bring it in and about 20 minutes later he tells me my cars done and assured me it was just a dirty mounting surface and the tech didn’t do a good enough job cleaning the housing and told me they replaced the oil filter again. A few days later I start smelling burnt oil and I pop the hood only to realize the housing was spraying oil into the engine bay again and onto the exhaust manifold. I further examined the oil filter only to realize it was the same filter he put on during my first visit and didn’t actually replace it again, also the tire tech smoked his mango flavored vape in my new car and all the service person could say was “I’m sorry he knows better” will not be returning here for any work other than my lifetime alignments because it seems that’s the only thing they didn’t mess up on my car. I Filed a complaint with corporate so we’ll see how that goes.. there’s plenty of other reputable places in the area for oil changes do your research!!!!

They could see bubbles coming out of it, so they replaced the "corroded valve" with a brand new one...FREE OF CHARGE‼️‼️How NICE was that!!!!!

Zach, the manager at Firestone, W Fargo had serviced my 2011 Terrain in the past. I had just had an oil change and a few days later my engine was knocking. After calling Zach, he found a recall on my car for a motor defect that caused an excessive oil usage issue. Due to his excellent customer service and diligence he found this recall and the motor was overhauled at no cost!!! I will continue service at Firestone due to great attention to detail and customer service.

I called and made an appointment for Monday to have my brakes looked at. Dropped the car off at 11am. Did not hear anything back that day. Tuesday I called at 2pm and was told that a "b" technician could not find the leak in the brakes and that an "a" technician would look at it but could not get to it until 4. I explained some communication would be helpful and the person on the phone said they would definitely call me. Wednesday at 11am, i drove by and car was still sitting outside untouched and still no call. I went in the store and asked for my keys as i was going to take it to another shop. The person at the counter never even offered an apology or anything.. basically gave me my keys and off i went. Terrible customer service!

The power steering line they "fixed" 30 hourse ago. (Even though it was a prevenative fix. Was not cause any issue before) Then got told if I was gonna be upset I wasn't welcome here and could "wait outside" where it currently feels -23. And the car was in the shop but then them saying they have "no techs" here. And the shop manager isnt a tech himself. Shop manager stated he'd authorize a rental... but then took the offer back ans said " ill order the part from the local store and patch it quick..." (yet he isn't a tech... so why's he touching the vehicle at all?) Been here 1 1/2 hours and still nothing positive about this place has come up.

Went in for an alignment after installing all new control arms ball joints camber bolts guides inner/ outer tie rods and suspension but was missing 2 $3 guide pins. I guess they are detriment to the alignment, so wasn't able to get lifetime alignments back in 2021 when I finally needed a new alainment this year I replaced the couple $3 parts and I was able to pay the difference for the lifetime alignment. Didn't save any money though unfortunately cause I didn't get the price from 2021. Either way very helpful amd easy to work with.

Sales team was great, they’re the only reason this score isn’t a zero. However, the time it takes to get in and out of the shop is unacceptable. If I have a 5:00 pm appointment, I shouldn’t be walking out at 6:50 pm with the team looking at me like the delay is my fault. A new set of tires on a Jeep Renegade, under standard work, should take 30 to 45 minutes.(Math on it 0.3 - 0.4 hrs about 6 min per wheels - Mitchell 1 flat/Motor Labor) It took nearly two hours. I even watched a front-end alignment get completed faster than my four-tire install, which shouldn’t be happening. That alone shows there’s an efficiency issue that needs to be reviewed. On top of that, the tires were unevenly inflated, and I’m confident they weren’t balanced correctly because the old wheel weights were still attached. I couldn’t return due to traveling through Fargo, but I want this feedback to reach the right person. Overall, poor service. If you’d like to discuss this further, feel free to call me directly. Hands down one of the best shops in town! I brought my Escalade in to have the struts looked at. Turned out I needed a lot more than just the struts done. Went to pick it up and to schedule a time to have it fixed at noon and they told me they could have it done by 4:00 THAT SAME DAY! Now it takes a lot to impress me...the fact that they were able to fit me in and get it done in the same day was not only convenient but exceptional on their part. Thanks to Annette and everybody there for the wonderful customer service and workmanship done! Highly recommend this place for all your car care needs.

I was preparing to head out of town on business and noticed my vehicle was making some weird noise and driving abnormally. I contacted Firestone about getting an appointment to look at it and got one for a couple days out. Well, the problem got worse as I drove it, so I stopped by to see if maybe one of the guys could take it for a spin to maybe identify the problem, to see if it would be safe to drive until my scheduled appointment. Annette was kind enough to grab one of her guys to take a quick look. After inspecting my vehicle, they found that I had a bad wheel bearing... I mean real bad! Instead of sending me on my way to wait until my appointment, they found the time to repair my vehicle then and there. Two and a half hours later I was down the road! They saved me from potentially being stranded in another state. Zach G. and his team are amazing! I've been using them for a long time and they never fail to impress. Their service is top notch!
