Wonderful group of people! Service is fast and customer service is faster. I go to them pretty regularly for oil changes and general maintenance and they always make sure that my car is in tiptop shape with whatever I need fixed. A great place to go for the soldiers on post who need something quick and efficient.

I called Firestone at Fort Gordon hoping that they could help me. I wasn’t expecting same day help but I got it. Cody was wonderful on the phone and in person. Sadly my car’s issue wasn’t solved, but that is my car’s fault and not anyone at Firestone. I was so impressed with Cody’s assistance that next time I need tires or my oil changed I will be back.

My buddy came here a few weeks ago for tire trouble. They brought him in right away and handled it within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve been doing basic service on my own truck for a while now, but brake work is too advanced for me. That’s why I came back to Firestone on post. Cody and Jeff are very courteous and answer all of my concerns whenever I call/come in. The team performed an excellent job on my 2014 F150 by fixing my brakes, calipers, and rotors within 13hrs… a job that should have been done right when I previously brought it for brake work at an unnamed company. Apparently this unnamed company claimed to have changed my rotors, brake pads, however I noticed not long after that I started hearing a grinding sound when I would brake. Thankfully Firestone did the job right, explained and even showed me the old parts while reviewing what may have gone wrong, including what this previous company likely did not do. I trust that Firestone will continue to do great things for their clients and I will absolutely be returning for more service in the near future!

First time here. Technicians don’t come in until 8:30am which is fine but all I needed was air in my tires. The guy doing the service wasn’t rude but he wasn’t exactly giving great customer service. Now mind you, I understand at around 7:30am not everyone’s had their coffee, but if a customer is asking you a question multiple times and you don’t answer it’s a problem. For something that’s supposed to be quick, and simple it’s now become just a minor annoyance. Service was just ok.

Recently had 3 vehicles worked on at the Fort Eisenhower location. Each time the staff there was nice and professional. And able to figure out my issues and get my vehicles back up and running. Two of my vehicles were for my sons and trusting someone to do work on your child's vehicle is a big thing. But this crew here did too notch work and I feel good knowing my kids can get back in their vehicle and be safe. Thank you for taking the time to fix them right and also not cost me a kidney in the process :)

The shop did a fantastic job getting my vehicle completed and back on the road as quickly as possible. The staff were all phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. Cody was especially helpful. Subject: Immediate Action Required – Damage Caused by Your Shop I brought my 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid to your shop in perfect condition for a simple tire rotation, only to leave with a scraping noise caused by Firestone’s negligence. Upon inspection, it turns out your lift completely crushed my skid plate. When I tried to address this issue, your shop refused to answer my calls, leaving me no choice but to escalate this to your corporate complaint line (Complaint #2870307). This is unacceptable. Your shop’s refusal to own up to this mistake shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I demand immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect a response from a store, district, or regional manager without delay. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

My vehicle was having charging station issues. Firestone said they conducted an inspection and a diagnostics of the alternator and the battery. They told me my alternator was Fine and that I needed to replace the battery so I did. I continue to have the same issues. When I went back in the next day, they told me they never ran a diagnostic test or I looked at the alternator. They tested the alternator and said the alternator was Failing. They said they were not sure if I actually needed to replace the battery and they apologize for essentially ripping me off. I do not trust this Service location and do not recommend them. I’m sorry to all the service members on Fort Gordon, but be aware they don’t actually perform the services they claim.

Had them replace my alternator, ford 2005 escape. Requires some really obnoxious part removal to replace it. However, my brake caliper was a part that needed removal. My issue was that the part was placed back on but never tightened down. So I had a wonderful surprise on my way to Fort Liberty. Thankfully, the bolt waited until I got on base before ditching me. Luckily for the Army, they won't have to pay out my SGLV just yet. I did contact and reach out to them. After going back and forth with them on the issue they told me to reach out to the Fort Liberty Firestone. I did not. I want nothing to do with them after paying 700 bucks and almost having my life ended. Please do the car work yourself or go off post.

My experience here at Firestone @ Fort Eisenhower for the first time has been a nightmare. I've been ignorged when I asked a question and told to ask another guy that was just entering the room, as if I was bothering him, wearing thick black shades, asked him a question and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I've been made to wait now 6 hours for a simple oil change. Given excuse after excuse, that appts. are take first and just maybe I can be fit in to their schedule. There's no way I'll ever come back here. The professionalism here is outrageous. There bathroom and overall seating area is super dirty, I sat in my car the majority of the time. This place is one I'll never visit again. The only thing the got right in here is the price for a standard oil change. I'm so making an ice comment. Had to leave bc I felt like they were doing this on purpose. Was real quick to return my keys when i asked for them back and continued to lie about another appointment before me. There was nobody in there, just them lolly gagging. No stars if up to me, only to put this post thru.

They sale tires but do not have a charger to check if battery purchased is okay. Bought two batteries ayearago. One was completely dead as tĥey could not check it . Had to take them to get check and charged. Should they be able to service w n at they sale.

Brought my truck in for an alignment, tire rotation, and balance... The staff were nice and let me know about an on-going sale without any of the pressure many associate with these places. The work was done quickly and well... I had a smooth and happy ride home! I highly recommend them!
