I'm from Augusta Georgia an this place here: very clean floor, excellent floor guards being aware of the crowd of the floor. I appreciate the floor control in the center for beginners. We will be back on Saturdays.

Hello, I'm an older lady who is still working and because of the situation I am being inconvience and Missed at work and the purpose was to get to work.It is making it harder for me. So im very dissappointed with the service. 2 week ago I came into the store. Because my vehicle was having problems when I was got there. I got a complete diagnostic on my vehicle. They gave me a list of things that needed to be done and it told to be over $500 less than 72 hours later. I'm back up there again with money in hand ready to pay for my vehicle to be fixed. Now they weren't the kindest of people plus lied on completion time. But that wasn't bothering me because I just wanted to get my vehicle fixed. They fixed my vehicle and charged me. then come to today My vehicles having the same issue that it had last time (exactly the same) when I get on the phone with the staff that was on shift, they did not help me. And sent me to the manager Then they put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. And then the phone started randomly ringing again.And it hung up in my face.I'm even more disappointed because I'm out six hundred dollars and I'm doing my best to try to get the situation handled , but with them not trying To work with me is making it worse I don't want my vehicle to be broken. But now I might have to spend more money at another Auto shop just to get my vehicle fixed and hopefully they didn't mess anything up because clearly it's not fixed. I will be calling Corporate. About this situation. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I don’t know if it’s new management or what, (the lobby is clear and there’s no refreshments) but the workers were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. The bathroom was clean, had soap, and they got me in and out of there before I had to pick up my kids from Baker Place Elementary at 3:40pm! I didn’t get there until 1:30pm or 2!! I’m sure that they can’t always help as many people as they did while I was there as quickly as they did, but two guys and three other women also got service at Firestone while I was there without a hitch. The sense of camaraderie and community I felt before I drove down to Macon, Ga for a funeral was exactly the customer experience I needed today. This was 10 times better than the Firestone on base, the one on Gordon/Eisenhower is just more convenient usually.

I came in to get a tire patched before work. I waited for over an hour and my car was never worked on. I got my keys back and left so I wouldn't be late for work. I will never come back or recommend this place.

I never give anything higher than 9. This leaves room for improvement. My experience was great with this location. Employees seemed to be happy with their jobs. We were greeted with a smile and happy demeanor and or work order was written up promptly. The technician had our work order in hand within minutes and my vehicle in the bay within about 5 minutes. The alignment took @45 minutes. The technician test drove the vehicle and had to readjust the steering wheel as he claimed it wasn't quite centered. I appreciate the extra effort. I am very happy with the finished results and my truck steers beautifully.

Overall great experience. I hadn’t heard from an appointment set for 1pm for an alignment. They were able to take me earlier.. i had two cars ahead of me, so i prepared for a longer wait. Although I was in no rush, Ms. Michelle made sure my wait time was not extremely long. She checked in with me. When the service was over, she provided me with a report and explained it to me. She provided recommendations but did not haggle me into getting more than what I came for. Overall, this was a great experience and Ill be back, simply because the customer service was great, information education was realistic and easy to understand, she was pleasant, and I left feeling like I can trust the work that was provided.

Had a scheduled appointment. Took vehicle in right away. Rechecked air pressure and performed full alignment. Great Service (Steven was the tech). Pay for the lifetime alignment. It's so worth it!

I had previously visited and thought the place was reasonable. Boy was I wrong. Took our fleet vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Called to make appointment but was told no appointment for fleet vehicle. Dropped off sat morning first thing. Called at 1:35 was told it was being worked on and would be done within the hour. I arrived at 3:30 to find it had not even been touched. Had to leave the vehicle overnight. Picked up on Sunday and it was filthy inside. Fingerprints of grease everywhere. This is a brand new vehicle with 6k miles on it. Started looking more as they were supposed to rotate tires. Not one fingerprint on hubcaps so I cant imagine how they could rotate tires without even one smudge or fingerprint on hubcaps. I dont believe they even rotated the tires. I'll never be back again lied to me directly, horrible service etc.

Holden is a life saver! I came home to a flat and had no choice but to take my car in and it was within the last hour of closing so it was unclear on whether I’d get in or not. Holden was at the front desk and saw my stress and went out and fixed the fire himself, took less than 25 minutes. We love auto care that takes care of the community!!

It’s two good mechanics there the manager that just came to revitalize the place is cool but the rest of the staff is EVERYWHERE!! They quote prices with out look at the account… poor customer service it’s unnecessary … and hella avoidable… I believe eventually the team will get it together just a few loose screws to tighten like the shop manager … retraining is highly recommended.

I had my 2007 Toyota truck serviced at Firestone at 3220 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 before a 1,000-mile trip. The service included a wheel alignment and tire balance, and on November 22, 2025, I was told everything with the tires looked good. However, when I returned to Augusta on November 28, 2025, I ran over a nail and took the vehicle to the Firestone at 1213 Broad St to have the tire patched. While there, I was informed that, although the tire could be patched, the two front tires only had 5/10 tread left and showed inside wear, and should be replaced. I was perplexed and concerned because I had just had the vehicle serviced, aligned, and balanced at another Firestone one week earlier. I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, so the sudden need for replacements didn’t make sense. Although I went ahead and replaced the two tires, I am skeptical about the quality of the earlier service and believe the issue deserves attention.

This morning I ran over a metal lawnmower blade and completely destroyed my tire. I pulled into the shopping center parking lot behind Firestone Complete Auto Care to put on my spare. Not even 3 minutes later, a gentleman named Steven came over with his tools and offered to help. He had my spare on in less than 5 minutes and even told me to swing by the shop so he could check the air for me. What really stood out is that he helped me with zero hesitation, even though my tires aren’t from Firestone. Super kind, professional, and just an all-around awesome person. Huge shoutout to Steven — you honestly made my day! I’d definitely recommend this Firestone location to anyone.

Had a flat. Was in and out thanks to team at your Wrightsboro location. Jason handled my concerns and tire replacement in a timely manner. When leaving out, had a few other questions for technician and he patiently explained all that I needed to know. This location has taken a turn from the last 4/6 months I’ve experienced. Took my vehicle in to get the thermostat housing and coolant reservoir replaced. Don’t know his name but white guy at the counter told me that they would need to do a diagnostic too, I said I already had one done at another place. He then said if they don’t do one and it doesn’t fix the problem, they won’t be held liable, I didn’t want to do it and was a little upset but I told him To go ahead. He told me it would take a couple hours I said ok, that was around 9:30 am. They had my car all day and I didn’t bother them until around 4 pm I called and asked for a status they said they weren’t finished and would call me when done. 5 pm rolls around I still don’t hear nothing so I called again and asked for a status, and was told they weren’t done and still needed to test it and would not be done by 6 pm. I was worried because I knew they closed at 6 but he assured me the mechanics don’t leave until 7. 6:30 rolls around I didn’t hear anything from Them so I called, no answer. This location is closed on Sunday so I had to wait until Monday which is ridiculous. On Monday at 8:02 am, they finally called me to say it was ready. Which lets me know they finished on Saturday but did not call me to pick it up. I went straight To work afterwards. When I got off at 3 pm, there was still a puddle of antifreeze so I looked at the receipt and seen that he put I said no diagnostic and they are not held liable which was a lie.

Really had an awful time at this location. It’s a shame that the mechanic that worked on my car was so bad, at least the front desk staff is kind and accommodating. If you even see the name “Ephraim” on your quote, get your car out of there. Somehow he failed to install a coolant sensor correctly, causing a coolant leak. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he managed to crack a gasket upon installation. You literally just have to place those. The crack caused a BAD oil leak. It took hundreds of dollars and over a week of diagnostic work at the dealership and the downtown Firestone location (I recommend the Broad Street one) to find these issues. I’m worried that more will continue to pop up. He should not be allowed to work on vehicles.
