Years ago, I used Firestone and it was bad back then and now it is worse. your people don't care or respect any customers time and provide updates only when approached after waiting and waiting. I wonder how you are still in business after all these years.

Tire Manager Luis Aleman was so helpful with my tire issue. He recommended a good quality tire for my Honda and got my car back in working condition very fast. Feel free to go to this place if you want to literally waste your money, time, and have your safety messed with. Went in for a wheel alignment and got back a misaligned car with 3 of my tires and a fourth tire that isn't even mine (literally the wrong tire). My cars struts truly appreciate this Firestone... Update- 08/20/2024 Filed a complaint with corporate that same day and was told I’d hear back from the area manager within 2 days… well here we are a few weeks later and still no word. This company is unbelievable. Don’t take a chance coming here folks. They’re not good people.

Came in with low tire light, no one ahead in line but still took them a while to even take vehicle back. We specifically denied the free vehicle inspection due to time and they did it anyways. Over an hour later they finally say no nail in tire and tires just need air we’ll we only got 10 mins down the street before light came back on. Total waste of time.

Avoid this place at all costs. Was told up to 2 hours for an emissions test, but "hopefully less." I figured I'd waste almost as much time looking around at other places that would be 1hr waits. 2.5 hours later, they called me up to say they still haven't even looked at the car and couldn't provide an ETA. No one was in front of me for inspections at that point; the one tech certified to do inspections was just busy with other work and would "maybe get to it if he takes a break from his other job." After the 4 hour mark, I gave up. You'd think after waiting so long for a simple (mostly) automated test, they'd just get it out of the way especially since my quoted service time had already doubled at that point. If they were honest about the anticipated timeline, I could have gone home in the meantime or just tried elsewhere. The lobby was full of irritated customers by the time I left. As a lovely touch of irony, attached is a quote they have plastered all over their lobby.

I have been here a little over an hour now...It was only one person ahead of me, but in reality his work was already being done. Saying that to say there are a few people working. The reason I'm here at this time is because about 20 minutes ago a young man came in quiet upset about paying almost 1200 dollars 2 have his vehicle service and now it appears to be even worse than when he brought it in. As he walked in complaining the couple behind him was asking about a refund. I'm beginning to break out in to a sweat at this point. I've have a horrible with Firestone in the past. No, not this particular one. Not even on this side of town. I belive i am still traumatized by spending that $2400 and hear him complaining of his $1200 and now this lady just saying refund. I will say hers must not have been for anything major, damaging to her vehicle rather because to Firestone defense they are picking up one vehicle and dropping off another..... With that being said, it has now been an hour and a half and I will check back in a few days to speak on my experience being good or bad. By the way...called on yesterday for quote...not the same to day but ok...I shall return

I went in for simple oil change and tire rotation and walked out with over $1100 in work because staff did not explain cost and completed work that was not authorized. I am very disappointed as a long time customer. As a result, I will never use Firestone for tires or work again. I will use Discount for tires and go to the dealership for maintenance going forward.

I would not recommend coming here for anything serious. My car is having acceleration issues. I was VERY SPECIFIC that was OUR MAJOR concern. I mentioned something that was minor and told them it was minor. They told me I needed an alternator fuse, the new one supposedly “blew”. Now I need an oil change, a new battery and an alternator. The manager at the time CARLOS GUARANTEED the new alternator would fix our MAIN CONCERN. $1500 total. They were paid and called us 30 minutes before closing to get the car. 5 minutes down the street my car won’t accelerate. The car is still rattling and resisting. Conveniently the shop is now closed. Next morning I’m driving the car back to the shop. I get stuck on the freeway. Once I get to the shop. I hear CARLOS and another employee telling other customers the exact same thing they told me and my husband. “Oil change, new battery and alternator”. No way in hell 5+ people all have the same issues. CARLOS tells me my car was driven for an hour the day before and every was fine. My gas tank was at half a tank when dropped off. I got the car back at barely a quarter of a tank. I was in the car for less than 20 minutes when I picked it up and heard the car squealing and not accelerating. Whomever drove the car PURPOSELY ignored it. It’s loud enough to hear and rough enough to feel in the drivers seat. Once again they call me right before closing. Today is MONDAG I have called 3 times and CARLOS has conveniently left for vacation. From 7AM-2PM Lorenzo swears his tech has been looking at this car all day which I highly doubt. Based on what I’ve been told they have NO IDEA what is wrong with my car and seemed more concerned with justifying the $1500 worth of work that HAS NOT FIXED THE ISSUE. Today is the 4th day without my car an no explanation just constant BS and excuses. I have filed a complaint and have also called my bank because $1500 for an issue that was not fixed and at this point ignored is robbery. No one seems to know what they are doing. No one can call me back until it’s time for the shop to close. No one has any answers as to WHY $1500 was spent and the car still has the same exactly problem it had when I dropped it off. They can tell me they will have a quote for me when they do think of SOMETHING ELSE.

I would not recommend coming here. I waited almost 3 hours for my tires to be changed after being told it would take 45 minute to an hour at most, but that was an "overshot" estimate. Everyone was upset in the waiting room about time and miscommunication. The manager lied to us about the tires. He told us the cheaper options werent for my vehicle and that they would have to order them... which made us go with the more expensive tire. They ended up having to order tires without communicating that to me after I informed them I had a doctors appointment that I changed at their convenience...

Please stay away from this place! The rip off people. We went for a change of a single light bulb, the guy said it would take 45 minutes, after 90 min they came out saying the car needs filter change, oil change, alignment. The car is serviced by Chevy dealership and had inspection a months ago. Then it takes them 3 more hours to exchange one light bulb! At the end they charged almost $ 500 for light bulb exchange!! Everybody’s name is Angel there, nobody gives honest answers. Less than one star would be right

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND READ YOUR QUOTES‼️ I understand we all need to make money but this place marks up parts 46% or more. They charged me $920 for an alternator that retails $620. They quoted me $790 for a front end converter that retails at advance auto parts for $540. We also know Firestone does not pay retail for any of their parts. I have also been told the $790 converter needs to be welded into my car when it’s a direct fit. These guys have no idea what they are doing and making money off majority of folks that come in. We can buy these parts ourselves retail and pay a mobile mechanic less. What they don’t charge in labor they get back on the parts at almost a 50% markup and do not provide options based on price point. Majority of these parts I have been quoted for are not the only options. Are they the most expensive ABSOLUTELY. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE STORE MANAGER CARLOS or the AREA MANAGER MIGUEL HAVING GOING ON HERE BUT IT DEFINITELY ISNT TRANSPARENCY nor is it meeting you at affordability!!! Stay away from here.

I went in for a lifetime alignment service. Normally, after an alignment, you receive a before-and-after alignment report showing the measurements. I was not given any paperwork. I hadn’t done an alignment in 3 years and specifically asked them to correct any issues. After the alignment, my car started pulling to the left — which it was not doing before. A few weeks later, I called and explained the issue. When I returned, I was told the problem was caused by my tires. This was not accurate. They refused to redo the alignment under the lifetime coverage. I eventually had to pay another shop to redo the alignment — and the issue was fixed immediately. That confirms the original alignment was not done properly. Lorenzo appeared more focused on upselling additional services rather than resolving the issue. The level of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. I expected accountability and proper follow-up from a national brand like Firestone. Unfortunately, this location fell far below that standard.

Started the day with a nail in a tire ( argh!) - called Dylan who got me in quick and he and team immediately reassured me when they said - “no problem - we deal with nails in tires all the time - it’s our job- we’ll get you right fixed up!” And they did! Brought my car in for an inspection. Was told “we can’t do it with a check engine light on”. Okay, please change the oil. “Nope, that didn’t do it.” That’s weird because y’all have serviced that car for the last 6-7 yrs but whatever. It’s a 2013. “We ran the $110 diagnostic and it was a false positive. Your car doesn’t need anything. You should get the carbon filter replaced and something else and it’ll cost $600 and I’m offering to completely remove the diagnostic test from your bill because you didn’t really need it.” Cool. Thanks. Appreciate the love for coming to y’all with our cars for 15 yrs. Wife goes to pick up the car, “WeLL, aCTuAllY we don’t refund that any more… but as a favor (a FAVOR), we’ll refund half of it”. Uhm, that wasn’t the agreement. So, now I can’t trust y’all… terrible experience.
