Went in for tire rotation and they offered their full service inspection plus the tire rotation for $10. Two hours later, they said they didn’t do tire rotation because they said they would have to change the shocks first which would be $580. I went down the road to Midas and they did my tire rotation no problem. Barring the pay for something else before tire rotation, it would be polite to let me know if you’re not going to do the tire rotation before doing everything else then charging me.

I have been coming here for years. Today was the first time I reconsidered. The scheduler was great when I made the appointment a day before on the phone but the guy they have checking people in, his customer service was so horrible my husband drove from Katy to make sure the only interaction he had was with him and no longer me. This guy hates his job and it shows. So difficult to deal with.

Simply awful. 3 hour wait for an oil change. Said battery was bad and needed new cabin air filter. My car was still under warranty so took it back to the dealer and they said everything was normal. The other 1 star reviews are pretty consistent to how unprofessional this place is.

I brought in my car to have 6 engine coils, and 6 spark plugs replaced. Before I brought my car in I had a flashing engine light for 30 seconds due to engine misfire but it turned off. after I received my car back I now have a solid engine light. I can still feel my car hesitate when accelerating. my issue was not resolved and now I have another issue to deal with, a solid engine light.

I would give a 5 for Luis! He is polite and I felt like he did a great job with a thorough explanation of the necessary repairs. He made the effort to show me specifically and walk through options to work within a budget. Other than it being a very dirty store and shop the work was done well and I very satisfied with the experience. It was quite a big job including shocks and struts.

Previously I had a disappointing experience at the Firestone on Westheimer, but my visit to the Kirby location was entirely different today. I took advantage of their $9.99 complete vehicle inspection deal. My car also had a vibration issue, which the salesperson mentioned wasn’t included in the inspection. However, he asked me to wait to see what they could do, and in the end, they included the vibration diagnostic under the same special offer.

I purchased tires with a warranty, had a slow leak, or so I thought. After they up sold me a new tire that I believe was good, now I am having issues with other tirers. I read a review that there are items on the ground at this location that will puncture your tires, I found something in the front tire (drivers side). I ignored the warning and now perectly good tire is needing repairs which means more money. Firestone in Cali has a very good reputation as being honest and fair, but Houston Texas is definitely ruining it for them - look at all the bad reviews, smh. Corporate is responsible for allowing this type of service. Class action lawsuits are in their future.

Came in for a simple flat tire. They said it would be an overnight service because of them being short staffed so I left the tire. 2 days go by, and I don’t hear back from them. I go to the shop and have to wait for over an hour for a simple tire change. Staff is polite but quality of care is shoddy. ^ That first review was left 2 years ago and the service has gotten considerably worse somehow. Came in for some low tire pressures and they sent me home with a completely flat tire, had to return the next day to get it fixed.

Didn’t secure my oil drain plug all the way car was leaking oil, alignment and tire balance on car much worse after bringing it in had to take to different mechanic to fix. Typical Firestone… buy tires elsewhere. Oil changes are very over priced.
