Ubaldo and Carlos have been great dealing with my BMW. The whole crew has been great and I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on my car.

During a vehicle state inspection, Firestone wants $100 to replace a 4 dollar brake light bulb. I would have paid if half that price. That's a shame that they're attempting to make mony on state inspections. It's not like this in New Jersey. Don't go there for vehicle State Inspections.

To be fair I'm not a mechanic but each time we've brought in our car for a problem there have been several other problems that they found that "have" to be fixed in order to address the original issue. Adds a lot to the bill so I'd recommend a second opinion if you have the time. Could end up saving your money in the long run. My biggest complaint is that they have NEVER once been finished with the car when they said they would. Whatever timeline they give you, add at least a day and the whole "we'll call you when it's ready" schtick is getting old and makes it incredibly hard to plan for other transportation arrangements.

Came in for some odd sounds from my car and a tire light, they took me in almost immediately and made the process smooth and easy. A bit of a wait while inspecting the vehicle but no longer than 1.5-2 hours. Definitely will bring my car for future maintenance.

Came in to work and noticed a hissing sound coming out of my tire. Drove to the shop which is right outside the base and they were super fast to get me out with a brand new tire. Great customer service and convenience being outside of the base gate.

The team at Firestone is outstanding! When I was having a bad day with my vehicle the quickly took in my vehicle, prescribed the fix after their assessment, and turned around the fixed vehicle inside of the same day (under 7 hours). This is the best vehicle service I’ve had

The manager, was super kind and courteous, as well as the rest of the staff. I shopped around within VB and Firestone for what I needed--an oil change for a 2019 Subaru Ascent, new right wheel bearing replacement, and Tire Pressure Sensor monitoring system issue--and they were able to do them for roughly $400 cheaper than dealer. There was significant issues with getting off the rear bearing assembly hub. They bought new tools (on their own dime) and it took 1.5 days longer than expected and much more time on their part. They kept me informed along the way and while inconvenient, they were courteous and was totally out of all of our hands. They didn't charge me a penny more than originally quoted. Would recommend 5/5 and go back again and again!

The team at Firestone was absolutely fantastic! They looked at my car without an appointment on two different occasions and quickly fixed what turned out to be minor issues—completely saving me time and stress. Everyone was very professional and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend this Firestone for their outstanding customer care!

My wife recently brought her vehicle in to have a valve stem replaced. The shop pointed out that the valve stem was attached to the tire sensor, and because the stems were aluminum and severely oxidized, she decided to go ahead and have all four tire sensors replaced. The shop even gave her a discount, which we appreciated at first. However, things went downhill from there. The shop later called to tell her they had broken one of the wheel studs while removing or reinstalling the tire. I rotate our tires myself, and the lug nuts were not over-tightened. The explanation she was given was simply, “These things happen sometimes,” followed by telling her that she would need to pay approximately $150 to repair the stud — even though it was broken in their care. She had just paid for three new sensors, and the lack of responsibility for the damage was frustrating and unprofessional. For comparison: When Discount Tire broke two studs on my truck while rotating my tires, they immediately took accountability and told me to get them fixed and bring back the bill. They reimbursed the full cost with no argument. That’s how a reputable shop handles accidents — because yes, accidents can happen. But accountability matters. To make matters worse, when my wife picked up the car, the mechanic had gotten grease and oil on her steering wheel, gear shift, and inside the driver’s door. That’s basic respect for someone’s vehicle, and it clearly wasn’t shown here. By that point, she was so frustrated she didn’t even bother speaking to the manager — she just wanted to leave. We weren’t expecting perfection. We were expecting professionalism, responsibility, and care for the customer’s property. Unfortunately, we did not receive that here.

ACTIVE DUTY especially women. Do not come here. Tried to tell me my front struts were blown and needed a repair that was gonna run up over $1k for my safety. Said I wasn’t interested. Had two front ambers that were out (replacement yourself is easy) so they gave me a failure. I knew my front struts weren’t blown or leaking. Only a minor rip in the exterior dust cover. Took it to another shop and got my safety the next day and confirmation my struts were intact. Absolutely bull.

Staff are nice and customer service was fine but the prices are pretty extreme. Come here if you want a state inspection to turn into $2500 of fairly easy repairs. They also said 2 blinkers were out when they weren't. Just ask a friend to help you or go to a local mechanic unless money is no object.

I didn't have an appointment, but this shop kindly fit me in for some car care and maintenance after a cross country drive. Up front pricing, fair time estimate and a small waiting area. The work began in a reasonable time and it was done in under 2 hours. So if you're new to the area and were looking for an AutoPort near/on base, this is the place over by the MCX.
