2/5 stars. Had an oil change last week only took 30 minutes which is my reasoning for 2 stars instead of 1. Asked the service manager what I would need to do to get pricing for a tune up and he told me to make an appointment they’d take a look and give me a quote before doing anything. I had some scheduled time off work the following week so I scheduled an appointment for then since I wouldn’t need my car for a few hours then. At my appointment following week, dropped my car off at 9AM and they told me they had me down for a scheduled pick up at 5 but that it shouldn’t take nearly that long. There was only one other car in the shop at the time I dropped it off. He asked me if I had any issues with my car and I said no, but that I would like the spark plugs replaced and that I haven’t had any high mileage maintenance done. Went to run errands around town with a family member and didn’t hear anything a few hours later so I called the shop and asked if they had any updates. Was told someone was looking at my car as we spoke and they would call me back soon with an update. An hour after this phone call, I happened to drive past the shop and saw my car in the parking spot where I left it that morning… so I stopped in. I asked the same guy I handed my keys earlier that morning if they had pulled my car into the shop and he said no. I asked him for my keys back and he said, we had it scheduled for pick up at 5? And I told him, there is no reason for me dropping off my only form of transportation and arranging someone to pick me up at 9 AM just for you guys to do everyone else before looking at my car at your convenience for a quote. There were 5-6 cars in the shop at the time I asked for my keys back. I don’t have the time on my hands to wait all day for a phone call when my car isn’t prioritized. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Who would have known if they charged me for 6 hours of labor for a 30 minute job had I not drove past the shop a few hours later. Not to mention the gentleman lied to me on the phone and said my car was being looked at an hour prior to me driving past. If they can lie about something as simple as that then they can sure as hell lie to me about what work actually needs to be done on my car.

***UPDATE***I did call Firestone and spoke to the manager Tim and he was extremely helpful with making this situation better. I was reimbursed for what the repair cost me and also compensated for my time spent resolving this issue. I understand people are human and mistakes are made but the store manager Tim absolutely did an excellent job at turning this situation around and Firestone should definitely hang onto him. I was very upset and Tim handled this situation like a true manager and made me feel at ease immediately. Thank you for resolving this situation fast and in a hurry Firestone and Tim!!!! My apologies for not giving you the opportunity to make this better before ranting about the situation. Please for your own well being and the safety of your car please avoid this Firestone!!! I went to this shop and got new brakes, replaced my ball joint, and new tires. After spending over $1500 and picking up my car it was squealing as I was driving and took my car back immediately and they claimed to fix this, so I took my car again. Well come to find out the constant squealing was fixed but now there was a creaking from the brakes every time it came to a stop. So trip number two back to Firestone 😮‍💨 and after they looked at it told me they heard nothing. So I picked my car back up and still hear the noise, so I called them back and they said someone can ride with me to listen for creaking sound I’m hearing. What do you know the Firestone employee riding with me heard it too, so enter trip three to Firestone. So now after trip three they tell me the sound coming from my BRAKES is a rubber seal on my wheel bearing not my brakes. I pick my car up from Firestone with no resolution to my breaks making this ear piercing sound every single time I break and I could not live with this sound, so I went to Ace Steering and Brake Service and they found Firestone had bent some brake hardware that was causing the horrible sound when I was braking. Thanks to Ace my brakes no longer make any horrible noise. I did however have to pay Ace to fix what Firestone had damaged so I was out of money for Firestones incompetence and lack of courtesy to fix their own damages they had made bending my brake hardware and they had the audacity to act as if they could not hear the horrible noise coming from my brakes to avoid fixing an issue they caused. Terrible service with very incompetent management. Avoid this Firestone and save yourself money and problems.

Mike was very helpful. I originally was going to get my vehicle fixed at the dealership but after they gave me an insane quote for work being done I decided to give Mike a call at Firestone to see what the difference would be. I was shocked to see how much more the dealership wanted to charge me and how quickly Mike could get me in and the job done! Needless to say I will be bringing my business to Firestone from now on. Thanks again Mike and hope this feedback gets back to you! Job well done sir, very happy costumer over here!
