This was my first experience with Yingling's. I had recently had a very poor experience with another local shop so I was weary to try another place and walked in assuming I would have a bad time. I bought a very worn and used vehicle that needed lots of TLC. It broke down, the left axel went, the power steering needed to be changed, engine light came on and I had an oil leak. They were extremely professional, showed pictures, and explained all that needed to be done and if it was a must or good to have option. They were priced great and they were able to pick me up when my car was ready!!!! I appreciate the shuttle service! And getting my vehicle moving again!

My car was having electrical issues. I was told that you guys are the best in town with electrical issues. Got my car up in running in just a few days. Very happy with the work. the price was pretty steep.they fixed the problem though so I can't complain.besides the price the employees where nice and very helpful.

Took my car in with almost zero prior notice and they took it in. Didn't get it done right away but I did stop in without an appointment or anything and came in out of the blue. Diagnosed my car, showed me all the issues it has, and potential options to fix it up, I was able to confirm or deny any fixes I deemed necessary or unnecessary, and it was done rather quickly and timely. It runs great and the manager was great! Super awesome dude, the one other staff i spoke with was also nice! They know what they're doing and I feel like you had to have been there to see what I mean. It's nice inside and out, staff was incredibly welcoming, with no prior appointment I was seen and taken care of in a timely manner. Frankly, terrific customer service. If you've got an issue try em out and see what you think. Better than my car dealerships mechanics and their insane quotes.
