We have a big trip coming up and my AC stopped working. We called and they were able to fit us in quickly to fix the air conditioning and do an all around look of the car to make sure it was good to go on our long trip! They kept us updated and got my car back to us for cheaper than we expected!

Had a great experience with them a few months ago getting the oil changed on my truck, but took my wife's suv in today for an oil change and found out that a tire rotation is no longer included in the price and is now an additional $20( the same price as the oil &filter service). They also tried to tell me that my tires with less than 8k miles on them were a 6/32. The reception staff is very kind and polite.

Aubrey at the 29th and Wanamaker location really came through for us. My son had a blowout on the highway late Friday afternoon. We called and Aubrey said they would work us in on Saturday (even though they were booked up) and take care of my son's car. We dropped the car off early Saturday and picked it back up at 3 pm. Today is May 16. My experience today is a ditto of all past services. This is why I keep going to Kansas Land. ALL of the employees are really nice. Most of my business has been through Jill, the manager. She is fabulous. She’s got a sense of humor and she’s very down to earth. It’s like doing business with a good friend. She’s been like this since the first time I walked into the business. In today’s world, you don’t often find a business in which ALL of the employees are great. (This is the feedback I gave a couple months ago when I got new tires. It still applies. ALL of the employees are friendly and helpful. Again today, Jill was absolutely awesome!)

The customer service I received was beyond expectations! I loved the convenience of making an appointment on- line as well. My service ran longer than the expected wait time of one hour, so they provided their services free of charge. I love a business who values their customers time! While I waited, I overheard the Gal behind the counter assisting an elderly man with how he could/ should take his car back to the dealership because his service was covered under warranty. She provided all the details and sent word to the dealership on his behalf. Her assistant required a lot of patience and time. Witnessing her level of kindness in the community was so refreshing! Moving forward we will always take our vehicles to the location on Wanamaker.

I have been going to Kansasland for over 5 years. Never once have I felt like I had been taken advantage of, or "mansplained" to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Response to Business: Based upon our last interaction. Can you please point me to where I signed up for this. Maybe a signature or acceptance in a private conversation is suitable. I'm curious to know. How does email translate to sales text? I may have mistakenly agreed to something for email but not text messaging. Had someone acknowledged my first text in May we probably wouldn't be here. This should get their attention. Starting on May 3rd 2024. I started to receive unsolicited text messages for this business. I never agreed to any sort of communication's of this nature. Anyone else getting these unwanted text messages. I encourage you to file an FCC complaint.

Avoid this shop!! 3rd edit 5-13-22 I just saw their last response. If they found on the 2nd time that parts were too worn for the wheels to be aligned, WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR AN ALIGNMENT? They took my money and provided no help on my vehicle. My understanding was that the vehicles got inspected before an alignment. Not very honest imo. And yes, I lost my cool because I do t like shady mechanics or anyone who tries to take advantage of their customers! 2nd edit 12-1-21 Today I jacked up and removed the driver front wheel to inspect everything and found everything to be in order. Before even removing front passenger, I noticed, as pictured, the nut to tighten the tie rod end, the area where alignment is adjusted and it was not tightened at all. Entirely overlooked not only the first time it was done, but also when it was returned due to it not holding alignment. What did they inspect? Edit 11-30-21 in response to owner reply; The 4x4 light was not reported until it was retrieved from you guys. Yes I replaced a ball joint. The alignment was needed due to old ball joint breaking. Not from me replacing parts. You can rip off the next person but you won't see any of my people in there. I have been using this for a year or so, 3 vehicles they have worked on. I have been fairly happy with them in the past, with a couple of times I wasn't happy but they worked with me to make it right. But this last vehicle, my mother's trailblazer, was in for a tire repair, a new tire, and an alignment. First, they kept it a second day after having it all day on day 1, my mom's only transportation. 2nd, the repaired tire went flat same day. Upon return they said it was the valve stem that they should have replaced the first time they repaired it. 3rd, the alignment was not done correctly, by the time the vehicle was back to the house the alignment was out of whack. They allegedly did a second alignment but said it wouldn't hold the alignment so something must be bent. Lisa, the front desk lady said she had them replace the sway bar link at no cost for the trouble but all 4 are still the original with torn boots. 4th, whilst they had it, they did something and now the service 4x4 light is on and they're saying 4x4 actuator which was working just fine that weekend before.. I will have to get under there and do the alignment myself because obviously mechanic shops can't be trusted anymore, not even locally owned shops. Sad. Hope this helps you avoid a headache.

I was somewhat disappointed in how the final service was determined. My appointment was to check a screw that was found in the passenger front tire. The tire wasn't losing tire pressure anytime prior to the appointment. It was determined that the screw did not puncture the tire wall. But, then a leaking valve stem was discovered. The repair included a new tire pressure sensor and valve stem. It's difficult to understand what caused the new issue? The repair was completely timely. Thank you

The manager Jason and his crew are top notch. They do great work and don’t upsell you on stuff you don’t need. In fact, they told me that some of the stuff I was going to have replaced was not needing replaced and saved me money. I had called Kansas tire and service and let them know I was having a new set of tires mounted and the service tech could not remove one of the lug nuts because it had been cross threaded when put on and tightened down. Kansasland was the last place that rotated my tires and told them I knew that they had to be the place that had cross threaded the lug nut. The lug bolt broke when the tech tried to remove the nut. I drove my truck back to Kansasland and they fixed it for no charge. Kansasland has been servicing my vehicles for several years and have always done a great job. Was very pleased that they owned up to their mistake and fixed it right away without a charge. I will continue to take my truck there for servicing.
