Needed IDOC for out of state vehicle purchase through Enterprise Car Sales. Inspector available (unlike other Firestone I tried to get needed paperwork completed twice in Blue Springs off Highway 7). Was told wait would be 20ish minutes, which I feel is not bad for walk in. Firestone has an account with Enterprise car sales and therefore the needed odometer reading/inspection was free to me.

Why I go to Firestone: These guys are professional and reliable. If something is not right they will take care of it, communication is the key. This last job, I assumed the problem was not fixed; I had the front brakes done, but the next day the sound was awful, worse even, long story short the back brake pads were worn down as well, not uncommon by the way! when my mechanic inspected everything the first time he thought I had more life on the back pads as did I. Bottom line, these guys will get it done and treat you right. I've checked around Firestone is competitive price wise, but at the end of the day you want to know your getting excellent work done. This is why I trust them, they will do their best to get you good pricing, but more importantly the job is done right!

Came in for a walk in inspection, was told it would be a “2 hour guarantee wait”. After the 2 hours we were told that we were next, hour and a half later it still wasn’t done. Almost 4 hours waiting and it’s still not done, had to reschedule DMV appointment because of this. Awful transparency and horrible lack of proper communication on what is going on, will definitely not be coming back here for anything.

I want to thank both Wyatt for selling me my Bridgestone weather peak tires. I would also like to thank Tristan for superior customer service. As expressed by Wyatt I definitely noticed a much better ride. I travel for a living so a good tire is equally as important as customer service. Trusted them until we couldn’t. They over quoted a repair on my vehicle by over $250.00 what the dealership quoted. When I mentioned that price in my phone call to them they said oh it should be about 600 then said oh no it’s actually 870 so I think the my just didn’t want to mess with it. Which would have been fine if they were just honest about it instead of trying to gouge us. This was after we brought my daughter’s car in for an oil change and they didn’t bother to check fluids as they advertise. Her heat wasn’t working either and they claimed we needed these tests to determine the cause when in all actuality it was merely out of coolant something they should have checked in the oil change process. We used to trust them and brought our vehicles there many times over the years but I don’t think so anymore.

I’ve been bringing my family’s vehicles here for years—for everything from flat tires and oil changes to major repairs—and we trust Jerad Ward and his team completely. They have never disappointed us. The shop has never overcharged or tried to sell us anything unnecessary, which gives us peace of mind. The customer service and communication are truly five-star. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, and as a woman, I especially appreciate that the restroom is well-kept when I’m waiting in the lobby. The technicians are knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things in terms I can easily understand, even though I’m not very familiar with cars and trucks. Brought my car in this morning with a slow leak in my tire. Asked if they could fix it today. I was told ,” Yes if you can leave it” It was around 7:45 am and I left it, walked to work. Called to check in at lunch. Was told it would be ready by 4pm. Called after 3 pm and was told they would not be able to get to it today. So I walked over to retrieve it. Was told they are instructed to say yes and try to work vehicles in even when they don’t think they will be able to. All that time, I could have explored other options. That demonstrates a lack of integrity. Needless to say that was my last visit to this shop.

Wonderful service from Firestone. My husband was traveling from Kansas to Virginia for a military school. 2.5 hours from home, his car suddenly breaks down in KC. We're able to tow his car to Firestone and they go above and beyond to repair his car so he can get back onto the road. In less then three hours, with no appointment they diagnose the problem, replace a battery and alternator and work so hard to help us. Friendly staff, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure he could make it to his military school.

Easy to schedule and kind and courteous technicians. I felt they were honest and helpful. I was a bit upset that my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off as a part of my inspection and windshield wiper replacement, especially since it was kind of costly. Right before a winter storm too. Maybe they need to pay more attention. I probably won’t come back for the high price, but they are genuinely kind and helpful dudes.

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and then they told me i have this bent bolt and then all these problems followed them saying with my front end saying i needed a new control arm, left knuckle assembly replaced, new ball joint etc it was going to cost me $2800 they told me not to drive i didn’t i got it towed to another shop and the only thing it was, was the bolt was loose they tightened up my bolt and my car was perfectly fine! i would never in my life recommend them or go to them ever again they tried to take advantage of me. i’m glad this other place i went to was honest with me.

I was able to use a $20 off digital coupon so that helped. Also got a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on my new window washer pump.
