Engine was shaking so he had someone bring spark plugs and charged $125 for parts and labor and still couldn't get the problem fixed so I was reimbursed for labor but still paid for parts. It was a SCAM! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

Charged me $140 to put a new hose on my radiator to fix leak...leaks worse than before now and he won't fix it. Just argues. You can't reason with this guy. Definitely would not recommend going here to anyone. Spend a couple more dollars at a real mechanic and don't deal with these issues.

Came in for a wheel alignment. Complete waste of money. You're better off going somewhere else. My alignment was bad when I came in but got worse after. Pulling HARD right. Just don't come here. Not worth my money.

I brought my minivan in for an alignment after replacing my tie rods. First time I brought it in the mechanic that I spoke with said to just drop it off and it would be ready the next day. I never received a call for 2 days and no one ever answers the phone. I came in to pick up my vehicle and they continued to try and give me someone else's keys. Then, I noticed the giant grease spot on my driveside floor board. Not a big deal since my vans carpet is not spotless. Drove it home and it was pulling hard to the left so, I took it back the next day. They keep my van for 5 days with no call. I went back to pick it up and they tried to recharge me for the alignment that I already paid for. Once I got in my van, I quickly realized they had left if unlocked AFTER I locked it on the day I dropped it off for service. My van was trashed! Someone cut the carpet from the back drivers seat floor board and the padding was ripped out. The passenger 2 seat in the back had the backing ripped off and all the contents of my van were thrown every were. They even ripped out my hood release latch. When I told the employee the just grinned and said they did have surveillance cameras. I told him this wouldn't be a problem had they relocked my van after unlocking it to preform service. He just laughed and walked away. I would not ever recommed this shop to anyone!!

I bought 2 tires ( 80$ for both used) and also got an alignment (120$) with husband, 3 weeks later I have a big lump on my left tire, I returned (by myself )for another tire 70$ (used)for one tire! Staff was friendly...

Always gives me a great deal. Tires are sometimes shady, but if something is wrong you can take em back, they will give you a good one with no charge. They make it right. And thats nice.

Discrimination Against black customers, they’re unfair against their customers I showed up Before a customer and two other customers were paid in front of me and they told me I will be there for hours. I’m black and they were Indian Arabian or Hispanic.

Came in for an alignment and literally fixed nothing. Came a second time and it got worse. Wasn’t even mad just wanted it fixed then the older Arabic guy told me I was wasting his time and blamed it on my tire being flat which it wasn’t especially not enough to sway my car sharply to the right. Recommend going somewhere else and spending the extra money

I purchased a car here about a year ago. Of course it was used but I paid a lot of money for it. The next day there was a problem with my tracking control. I told them and they fixed it which I was happy about. I have continued to have problems with the engine. Then I took it to a mechanic and was told it was a salvage engine. I was not told this at the dealer. I understand buying used is a risk but this is scamming when you are not told it is not the original engine of the car. I will not be going back. I have always purchased used cars but this is the worst car for the most money I have ever spent.

This place is horrible and the management is rude! I went in for a simple alignment and my car was worse than what it was when I brought it in! Car wouldn't stop shaking on the highway so I went somewhere else. Turned out he forgot to tighten the nut on the back and it was loose as could be! I even had pictures proof of how unlevel my rotor was.He jeopardized me and my childrens safety and got mad when I asked for a refundand called me a liar! So unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! I'd stay far away from this place.

This place is pretty efficient, I was in and out in a decent time and the pricing is very affordable. The only thing that I had a small issue with is that they had left a small lite grease patch on my set, and oil prints on the outside of my vehicle. Nothing major I was able to clean it up very easy. But other than that would not mind going back and referring family and friends.

Better send a man with your vehicle. Me and my friend, both of us women, they kept us waiting for over 3 hours with no customers for a front end alignment. They weren't even working on my truck when we checked. They treated us like a piece of meat and charged me double. Then, they didn't fix my truck and said it was my fault. I took a guy with me and it was aligned for no charge in a timely Manor. That is sad that a business treats women like they are beneath them but in their country, that's what they believe. The things they said to each other about us, made us call our friend who is a man. He came there and got us out of that shop late that night. We were literally scared and neither of us scare easily.

I've taken my car here twice unsure what was wrong and they discovered the issue and fixed it both times. Once for a broken AC and once for a coolant leak. Really polite. It took a long time to get it fixed up, but the quality and price (so affordable!) are well worth it. Never had an issue or felt talked down to as a woman.

This place is really good for a discriminating against black customers. I sit in my boyfriend’s car and watch them show up to this location to get a wheel alignment while they had one person on the lift. I went inside. Talk to someone told him I need an alignment. He said he’s before you, but I just seen him pull up with two vehicles then another person proceeds to pull up walking through the location as if he was buddy Buddy and they put him in front of us Bad customer service, racial customer, service, and prejudice customer service

I been there with my uncle.. they seemed nice enough. So I told my brother about it and he took his up to get looked at.. they couldn't fix what was wrong but when we went to have it towed back to the house the tow called and said that there was damage.. or was hit by another car. So I called and they was very rude and lied about it getting hit. We had proof it was backed into and they didn't want to give us the money to get fixed. They aren't as truthful as they seemed. And very hateful and just not it. Don't trust them at all. PS..I SEEN YOUR REPLY.. AND HAVE PROOF SO HAVE FUN PROOF MY CAR WAS BEHIND.. NO CAR IN FRONT WHEN IT WAS LEFT THERE WHEN DROPED OFF.. AND WHEN WE HAD THEM PICK UP THE CAR WAS LITERALLY TOUCHING MY CAR.. WE HAVE PICTURES SO WE WILL BE GETTING MONEY. IF THAT MEANS I CALL THE COPS TO GET YOUR INSURANCE INFO I WILL.

I did an alignment here, and the steering wheel is still tilted even though the car drives straight. I went back, and the guy said it’s normal — even though it’s obviously not. Then he told me I’d have to pay $20 just to check it again on the alignment machine. That’s ridiculous. If you mess it up, you should fix it, not charge more. Honestly, the person who did the alignment needs to be trained properly. Very bad experience.
