They were always kind in person and on the phone. Chase kept me updated with text per my request and phone calls as well through my last week. My car was returned to me in better and cleaner condition than when I left it. I had an insurance claim for auto damage and heard about this Caliber Collision. I came in and worked with Chase and Nicky and both of them were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Chase was very informative and helpful, and worked to get me back into my vehicle as fast as possible. I would go back to this facility for any repairs I need. When I needed my car to go to a collision center I googled for ones in my area. Everyone from the receptionists to Chase, Jason and the guys gave amazing service, car was ready when they said it would be, car was washed inside and out. I have been at a Ford dealership twice and have never received the care I was given at Caliber. Definitely a great collision center!! I will return there if I ever need help again!

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for autobody repairs. I received excellent communication. customer service, and my car looks brand new. They contacted me to get me scheduled for drop off, went through the entire process of anticipated repairs when I dropped off the car and the timeline expected for the work to be done. They contacted the rental car company to pick me up. After full inspection of damage, I was contacted with an update on what was found and again provided with the timeline they expected to complete the work. I was completely surprised when the work was complete a week early. I arrived right before closing time, they took the time to go over all the work that was done, answer any questions I had and let me know if anything comes up to contact them as they back their work with a warranty, a copy of which was provided to me. I went in to ask for a ride to rental company to drop off the car and was told that had already been handled, they had contacted them to pick up the car at their facility. Honestly can say this was the most pain free process I have ever had in dealing with an auto accident and getting my car repair. I virtually did nothing they handled everything for me, and were very friendly and informative. Hopefully I don't need their services in the near future but if I am ever in a wreck they will 100% be the first call I make.

They did an awesome job on my vehicle. Chase went over everything when I dropped my car off and estimated 4 weeks to repair. During the 1st week, he called multiple times to update me on the process and said they were way ahead of schedule even though parts were delayed due to sleet/snow KC got that week. The following week he called to tell me they were done. Paint matches beautifully with the rest of the car and everything else (backup camera, sensors, bumper, trunk lid) looks great!!

My truck was in for insurance paid repair. They did a great job with paint. They did not consult me with replacing after-market step rails. So I had to return. They missed the passenger mirror, right front wheel, and hub had been damaged. And a couple of other things. I think they need a better check/inspection process for damage and repair. Im happy with the final result, not with how many times I had to go back to get it. 6/6/24. Found the rear passenger door holding about 2" of water. Because the drain holes clogged with silicone bits and body dust. I got it. Owner asked. "How can we make it right?"

My experience with this shop has been a nightmare — zero communication, endless delays, and broken promises. Told I’d receive a call back multiple times, including from the manager — never happened. Would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle. Edit to update: I finally spoke with the manager, Jason, though only after my claims adjuster put us on a three way call. There is yet another delay that was not initially communicated to me. Additionally, I have sent two emails to the Community Manager email address and have not heard back.

Simply put, this was one of the BEST customer service interactions I have ever had. Not just with a car but in any situation. I got rear ended and it smashed a good part of my bumper to where it was rubbing against the tires. We weren’t sure where to take it and we just picked Caliber because it’s a chain and seemed to have good reviews. Everyone was so kind and communicative. They explained everything clearly and guided us through. We received phone calls once a week from Amanda. They gave firm updates and explained time frames. We actually had a worse time dealing with our normally good insurance. They are normally closed on weekends and they opened up on a Saturday to allow me to pick up the car. It looked brand new (I’ll try to remember to add pics of the repair if I can). We were going to pay partially in cash, which they don’t accept (totally fine, we just didn’t know) and they waited for us to go deposit the cash and come back, even though they were ready to leave. Because of the situation I wasn’t able to clean my car out before it was towed. When I picked the car up, they had cleaned the car out and wiped it down. And I think vacuumed? I hope I don’t need to, but I would ABSOLUTELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend. Thanks! *****EDIT: I added after photos. I wish I would’ve gotten them right away so you could see how shiny they made it, but this shows the repairs*****

There were times when I went to the shop/ called the shop during the repair process, because I had not heard back from them. When I called them/ went into the shop to find out the status of my car repair, they kept me informed about the status of my car. It would of been nice for them to call me about the car repair status, other then that, car repairs were great! I was very much satisfied when I got my car back.

This is an edit to original review. Picked up my car headlight was very out of adjustment, pointed straight down and four hours after i pick up car repaired wheel tire went flat. They called me new years eve at 4 pm and was very persistent in me picking car up that evening. So had to wait until Friday the 2nd to contact them to get light and tire fixed. Amanda told me to just bring it by when I could. After I got off work I went directly to shop they were able to get headlight adjusted but then told me they don't fix tires there and sent me to another vendor and said to have them call her and she could maybe pay for repairs with credit card. I went to that vendor immediately, they said they couldn't do anything for at least 3.5 hours. So I didn't have that time to waste waiting to get wheel/tire repairs (as I only have one car and it was after 3 pm by this point) so I took it to another place that could repair immediately. It was valve stem not replaced correctly. So I immediately called Amanda and she had me send copy of receipt to her and said she would get me reimbursed for the repair. It's now been over a week since then and no reimbursement, I was told they don't work with cash or checks so they don't know how to reimburse me. So I'm not happy with this part of service..

They were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. This was covered by my insurance and I felt like the price I was charged was fair. My car looks great and the paint is a perfect match. I would highly recommend this shop!
