BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK! I paid them $170 them repair a crack in the rim off of my Ford F-150. A few months later I started experiencing a very slow leak. I put up with airing my tire every few weeks for several months because I assumed that I had a tire problem. I finally took my tire and rim to a tire shop for repair. They found that the glob weld repair had failed. I called AWRS and asked if they warranted their work and was told they only warranty it for 60 days. I then took the rim to a specialist welding/machine shop. They inspected the repair and said that they were amazed that the "repair" held at all. They showed me that there was a "glob" weld that did not penetrate the rim material at all. It was just stuck to the surface of the metal. They repaired the crack, charged $100 and guaranteed their work for 1 year. This is the second "repair" that AWRS has done for me that failed. The first time they "repaired" a crack and the rim started leaking a few months later. I returned the rim and they fixed what they said was a second crack (and charged me $170 to fix). about 16 months later I got new tires and inspected the inside of the rim and discovered only one area had been welded. Their first repair failed and they lied to me, saying the problem was a new crack. In my opinion, AWRS is cheating people by charging high prices for sub-standard work AND not standing behind their workmanship. I will never use these dishonest people again and I recommend that you do not trust them at all. There are other options available. AWRS may be able to buff out scratches and make your rims shine but if you need real repair (especially a repair that will be hidden when the tire is mounted) you absolutely can not trust these folks. They count on the fact that most people don't remove their tires and inspect their work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK AND WON'T STAND BEHIND IT.

Got my vehicle in super quick and they were able to repair the wheel and have it back to me by the next day. Highly recommend and will continue to recommend Alloy Wheel. After not having my vehicle for several weeks thanks to a local dealer, Alloys customer service and reliability was a breath of fresh air.

I needed a wheel repaired, and I was able to drop off the wheel (with tire on it) in the afternoon and pick it up the next morning. That part was great. This is a unique service that most mechanical shops cannot provide. Critiques/be aware: expect that you will need to change your own tire (e.g take off the damaged wheel and put the spare on and vice versa). if you drop off after a certain time, you will have to change the tire yourself. At other times you can pay a fee (over $30) to have this done. Overall I was satisfied with the work on my wheel, but I noticed the tire was over inflated (58 PSI) after the work was done, and I had to bleed off the extra air. So check your tire pressures afterwards!
