BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK! I paid them $170 them repair a crack in the rim off of my Ford F-150. A few months later I started experiencing a very slow leak. I put up with airing my tire every few weeks for several months because I assumed that I had a tire problem. I finally took my tire and rim to a tire shop for repair. They found that the glob weld repair had failed. I called AWRS and asked if they warranted their work and was told they only warranty it for 60 days. I then took the rim to a specialist welding/machine shop. They inspected the repair and said that they were amazed that the "repair" held at all. They showed me that there was a "glob" weld that did not penetrate the rim material at all. It was just stuck to the surface of the metal. They repaired the crack, charged $100 and guaranteed their work for 1 year. This is the second "repair" that AWRS has done for me that failed. The first time they "repaired" a crack and the rim started leaking a few months later. I returned the rim and they fixed what they said was a second crack (and charged me $170 to fix). about 16 months later I got new tires and inspected the inside of the rim and discovered only one area had been welded. Their first repair failed and they lied to me, saying the problem was a new crack. In my opinion, AWRS is cheating people by charging high prices for sub-standard work AND not standing behind their workmanship. I will never use these dishonest people again and I recommend that you do not trust them at all. There are other options available. AWRS may be able to buff out scratches and make your rims shine but if you need real repair (especially a repair that will be hidden when the tire is mounted) you absolutely can not trust these folks. They count on the fact that most people don't remove their tires and inspect their work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK AND WON'T STAND BEHIND IT.

Got my vehicle in super quick and they were able to repair the wheel and have it back to me by the next day. Highly recommend and will continue to recommend Alloy Wheel. After not having my vehicle for several weeks thanks to a local dealer, Alloys customer service and reliability was a breath of fresh air.

I needed a wheel repaired, and I was able to drop off the wheel (with tire on it) in the afternoon and pick it up the next morning. That part was great. This is a unique service that most mechanical shops cannot provide. Critiques/be aware: expect that you will need to change your own tire (e.g take off the damaged wheel and put the spare on and vice versa). if you drop off after a certain time, you will have to change the tire yourself. At other times you can pay a fee (over $30) to have this done. Overall I was satisfied with the work on my wheel, but I noticed the tire was over inflated (58 PSI) after the work was done, and I had to bleed off the extra air. So check your tire pressures afterwards!

I couldn't be more happy with how my wheels turned out. I dropped them off and they were done the next day! The wheels are 40 years old and I've owned them for over 30 years - and this is the best they've ever looked! Highly recommend Alloy Wheel Specialists! Before and after photos:

The repair itself was good, just had a small dent fixed in the rim. Dude didn’t ask for the PSI of my tire and also forgot my valve stem cap (I got it back). He also used 12 1/4 ounce wheel weights and didn’t remove the old ones before balancing.

So I ran over some smokers brick on I-70 and it bent my rim and popped my tire. Everybody in the city wouldn't touch my rim. Said it was unrepairable. These guys did an amazing job. Made it look like it never happened and the price was str8 up Bob Barker all the way.

I had them fix a bent wheel and replace the tire with one I purchased. They have fast 1 business day turn around for drop off and kept the vehicle in a secured lot. They operate as professionals and communicated well. I'm very appreciative of the service received and professional processes in place to ensure a quick drop off and pick up. Thanks to the whole team!

When I started to look for what is offered and colors it was not easy to locate. Once I found the colors prices were not found but once I was able to speak to a person it was easy to make my decision and set a pickup for the wheels on the morning of I was called and was told the pickup could not happen because the driver did not have enough equipment so I had to make other arrangements to get the vehicle to them. Once completed the wheels looked like something was missing and found the center caps were not attached and when I called they were not completed .they did do that day I called and they delivered to me after now with the caps in place they look a lot better.

Rating: ★★★★★ (4.8 rounded up. They deserve it) I recently brought my very rare NISMO v1 rims from my NISMO 370z to alloy rim repair for some much-needed restoration. My rims had minor curb rash and the OEM plating was beginning to peel, so I wanted them powder coated in hyper silver to bring them back to life. The Good From the start, the team did a phenomenal job removing all the curb rash. The first time around, there was a mix-up—the inside of the rims was coated black instead of the original silver. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and immediately offered to redo them at no extra charge. It took a few tries (second, third, and even a fourth visit) to get the color and finish just right. There were some minor imperfections along the way, like a fingerprint under the clear coat or a spot where the clear coat was a bit heavy or some minor nicks in the silver coating… But on the final attempt, the rims came out looking incredible—exactly how I wanted them. I was extremely pleased with the end result. One of the standout positives for me is their lifetime warranty. If there’s ever an issue, they are happy to make it right. Everyone I interacted with in the office was genuinely friendly and helpful. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning frustrating experiences, but I honestly found the staff to be as nice as possible throughout the entire process. The Not-So-Good to be aware of but not a show stopper. Be sure to check your rims before paying and after I picked up my rims. Make sure to check your tire pressure! Two of my rims were at 25 psi, one was at 47 psi, and only one was at the correct 37 psi. Also, the valve stems on my rims have a screw to tighten them down, and these weren’t tightened at all. Just a small detail, but something to watch out for. If they mount them on your car as well you might also want to check the tightness of the lugs but I didn’t give them my whole car just the rims. Final Thoughts Overall, I’m giving them a 4.8 out of 5, but I’ll round up to 5 stars because they met all my expectations and made sure I left happy. They only miss that little bit for the tire pressure and valve stem. If you want your rims restored by a company that stands behind their work and treats you well, I highly recommend them. Just double-check your tire pressure before you drive off! (I also recommend knowing the exact powder coat color you want before walking in for smooth price quotes) thank you alloy rim repair!!! You guys did great. Before and after pics are in my post!

Very quick turnaround time. They got the bend out of my Audi wheel and balanced it well. The machining is slightly different than before though.

This place is awesome. They have a level craftsmanship, quality, and customer service that make you want to bring all your wheel service to them! The even used black balancing wights to match the wheel. The Manufacturer does not even do that.

I bent my rim and was able to bring it in same day. They looked at it and later that day let me know it was not able to be repaired. Cassie was great at communicating with me. I was able to leave them with my tire and rim to dispose of at no cost. I’m glad to know that there is a place that repairs rims. Hopefully I won’t need them in the future, but would not hesitate to come back if need be.

Five stars, easily. This was the very last thing I needed to sort on my Nissan SR, and one wheel was in a seriously bad way. When Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists had a look, they were refreshingly honest. They actually recommended against repairing it, apologetically but very clearly, and brought the wheel out to show me exactly why. Hammer marks, an awful weld job, and some genuinely dangerous-looking work from a previous repair. That level of transparency immediately earned my trust. They gave me two sensible options, aftermarket or refurbished, and worked out a great deal on a refurbished wheel that was by far the better choice. Much cheaper than OEM and absolutely the right call. Turnaround was spot on. I booked ahead, they were ready for me when I arrived, about an hour for the initial appointment and only around 20 minutes to get the refurbished wheel fitted and me back on the road. The refurb itself is perfect. You’d never know which wheel had the drama. The front desk team were friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful throughout. Clean shop, clear explanations, no pressure, just good people doing proper work. If you’ve got alloy wheel damage and want honesty rather than a risky quick fix, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Saved me money, kept me safe, and got the car finished properly

“” Update: I returned in person and picked up the wheel today after the reply from the business on this original review. The weld does look better than the first attempt, but there was still no effort made to make this right — no apology for the inconvenience, the initial poor workmanship, and no consideration for the time and extra trip this caused. At this point, I’m documenting the outcome here so others have the full picture of my experience. “” I brought my wheel in for crack repair and paid $175, expecting a proper weld and finish. Unfortunately, the quality of work was extremely poor. The crack area is still clearly visible Where they cut the area of the crack but have not properly filled in that area with the weld. I took the wheel back to address my concerns. Their response was to offer to take it to the back and check for air leaks, which completely missed the point. My concern is not just whether the wheel holds air, but the structural integrity and safety of the wheel after the repair. They ultimately kept the wheel overnight for the next crew to redo the weld. At this point, I’m disappointed that it had to come to this after paying a premium price. I will update this review tomorrow with the final results once the weld is redone. Those are the pictures of pre and post the weld of the crack. For the price charged, I expected a safe, structurally sound repair that didn’t look like a rushed patch job.
