My check engine light came on, so I stopped in on October 10, 2024 around 2 in the afternoon to see if they could check and tell me what the code was. I told the guy on the way out to check it that my car had just started missing when I was sitting still at a light for instance, so he connected his scanner up and maybe a minute later unhooked it, I ask him what the code said, he informed me their scanner didn't give codes. I said what good is it then. He told me that it just said there was a miss in the engine. I wanted to say "No shit, I just told you that as we were coming out the door". But instead I said duh, I'm well aware of that. He gave me a funny look and said again our scanners don't tell us a code. So I thinking what good are your scanners then. Total waste of my time. So went to Auto Zone, they scanned it gave me the code and gave me the code information. I bought a new coil pack and spark plug, they got my $95.00, not advanced auto, went home my husband changed out the parts. And now my car is running great again. Thank you AUTO ZONE..

Most of the staff is knowledgeable, they also generally have most things in stock, the manager Louis Clark-Imm told me he was also a USMC vet, I didn’t buy it and a quick google search on his name and a picture of him and found out he’s a registered SO, I’m very disappointed in him lying to me about that

We were able to purchase a new battery and wiper blades which they promptly installed for us! Jeff Bailey was Absolutely phenomenal. His expertise and customer service went beyond my expectations. I went in to pick up an online order. Jeff made sure that I was aware of everything I needed beyond my order. He made sure I had brake cleaner and sold me a bundle that I needed. There was a issue with the items that I ordered online Jeff made calls to every manager associated with the store, made several calls to customers service, then Andrew and Jeff finally made provisions to make sure I had everything I ordered. Advanced Auto Parts should give Jeff a raise and promotion for his commitment to the company and customer satisfaction. Jeff and Andrew are both assets to the company and I will only go to Advanced Auto now if Jeff is there. Thanks Jeff for your commitment to customer service and being a good human being.

It was 94 degrees outside and my car battery decided to quit. The was parked at Price Chopper right between Firestone and Advance Auto Parts. First I walked over to Firestone, where I was told to have my car towed over and they would get to it later. TOWED OVER!?! I could throw a rock and hit my car 🚗 was so close ( and I suspect they had a portable battery charger) I left and went to Advance Auto. The service guy came out and charged my battery and I drove over to their lot for a new battery. It was all done within 30 minutes and at a much better price. Thank you Advance Auto Parts
