I had brought in a set of Katzkin covers to have done on my pickup while my truck was in the body shop- gave him a few week window and agreed we would bring 3 seats in, and drivers in the following week. We agree on pickup date- arrive onsite and we start loading seats in the truck only to find they never started the other seat. I ask why and he starts complaining about my seats taking up room in the shop and flipping the entire sitsuation to be my fault- when I politely tell him to forget it I’ll do the last seat myself- the guy threw what I could consider a 3 year old temper tantrum and he begins to throw my factory seat skins into his shop driveway- yelling and screaming. I’m just floored- whatever- ended up finishing the driver seat myself and it turned out great- not to mention I ended up having to steam all the seats myself. Would never reccomend this guy. Ended up finding someone else to finish the trucks interior for SEMA-

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a confirmed appointment (I called the day prior to confirm and get an estimated pick up time). I arranged transportation from the shop and arrived on time to find no one at the shop. Waited 30 minutes and called multiple times. I still have had no response from Absolute Upholstery.

These guys did my boat interior a few years back and did awesome and the price was the best I found. I brought my Saleen Mustang in today for a minor upholstery repair fully expecting to be charged a premium because it's a Saleen like everyone else seems to do. Not here. Ricky hooked me up same day and the price was unbeatable. I can't recommend this place enough.

I had set an appointment to do business with this gentleman, drove 45 minutes one way to get there and with no notice, he was a no show. I had both a truck and a boat that needed quite a bit of work. I had to set aside time and make arrangements with family to make it there. He lost up $5k in business as a result. If you are looking for reliability and someone that keeps their word, you might want to look elsewhere.

They were very busy due to seasonal boat work and the repair I needed was minor. I ended up pulling my classic car bench seat and walking it into them. They were able to get to it in a reasonable time frame and they did a fantastic job. Sometimes you need to be patient when people are slammed. They won me over as a customer for sure. The cloth fabric on my F-150 drivers seat tore exposing the foam seat cushion. I reached out to Absolute Upholstery about the issue. I was able to text them a picture of the fabric design and location of the tear and they quickly determined it could be fixed. I was given a reasonable quote and a date of repair was set. They finished the job almost to the minute of when they anticipated it being done and it looks fantastic!

I couldn't even get so far as to have work done. I called to find out why they were closed during a normal workday, and that I'd been trying to get a hold of them for two days with no response. Once somebody finally called me back, he didn't seem to like my questions, and hung up on me. Real professionalism right there.

My 2015 Lexus RX350 has a back cargo area carpet. The cording was coming loose and I asked if it could be fixed. A very professional and kind man named Rickey first said "no". But then he explained that he could wrap and stitch the edge with a black cloth he showed me. To my self I was thinking at least I won't be bothered by the sight of the cording coming off the carpet edge. He told me to return in a couple hours. I wasn't sure what to expect. OMG, I could barely tell the difference from the original, and at a VERY fair price. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. And by the way, pet Angel. She is a sweetie.

I got my convertible top replaced and they are absolute masters here. They got me an appointment the following week and had the job done in less than 24 hours with me paying less than half of what I got quoted from everywhere else. I was about to lose hope. literally, life savers! I am so grateful! View the before and after photos They are a little hard to reach by phone but it's a small crew of skilled guys that stay busy so worth the effort.
