Erich Phillips was my salesman. Very nice to work with. Didn't push me into stuff I didn't want like other typical salespeople. He kept me.in the loop the whole way during the build and delivery of custom ordering. The staff in the back after for the dealer add-ons and everything else were great to work with and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. If you want a hassle free purchasing option for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Metro Ford!

I called today to ask if this location had a certain machine that my car needs in order to flush & change transmission fluids; immediately after asking just a yes or no question, the advisor Casey starts going off on me saying a machine is not needed & I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’m talking too much. I explained I’ve went to many dealerships & asked if I can speak to someone else or a sup. He hung up in my face. I tried calling again & he kept answering & hanging up. Very hostile& rude for no reason.

We have all heard don't go to the dealership for service or repairs for multiple different reasons. I personally found that this dealership is the exception. I live long distance from this dealership, three and a half hours to be exact. My son goes to college in Kansas City and it was scary at first to have him on his own search out a place to have his vehicle serviced and repair when needed. The service and results that my son got was among the best, Byron is the fact for that. I even drove three and a half hours during this last service to have my vehicle service because I knew what to expect from the dealership, something that I was unable to get from the dealership in my area. Great job Byron I hope all of it reads this looks for you and can experience what me and my son have over the past 4 years under your expert service and attention.

Let me tell you how awesome these people are... I am a single, I have had a previous bankruptcy. My credit is not the best. Not only did they deal with my situation, they put me in a fabulous car that was perfect for my needs and was a great compromise to my vision of travel. Straight up 5 stars!! If I could I would give him a 10 and by him, I mean Mr. Craig and his finance manager, Paul Young. ( Ty Mr Paul) both worked tirelessly as a team to get me set up with this car. It was a very hard time for me and they restored my faith in GOOD MEN!

Came in looking for a FORD F150, and I left with the PERFECT 2020 F150 XL for me and my family! it was so well maintained that I thought it was new... This ride is mint. Erich, an Army Vet, was awesome to work with. No pressure, kind, looked for what I wanted, and in the price and mileage range I needed. We all want a salesman like Erich for sure! Paul in Finance was easy to work numbers with, and super quick! We got to talking about the history of the dealership, and a little bit about the area. This was a relaxing experiance. The whole experience was a delight from walking in to driving away. My wife and I test drove a few trucks alone (no sales person in the back), which I haven't experienced with other salesmen/dealerships. So we were able to talk about what we liked or disliked about the vehicles (again, no pressure). Erich didn't try to talk us into a specific truck, but he did make the numbers work for our needs and wants. Added the power trade warranty and seat rip warranty as sometimes I get into the truck with a screwdriver in my back pocket... We even got a bonus. The vehicle has Ford Pass, a handy app that I can track and remotely lock/unlock the truck from the phome. I can also remote start, and even Schedule remote starts to happen every day at specific times if I want! Super handy for those of us who have routines and want to automate them! The delivery experience was premium. I've NEVER bought a used vehicle where delivery takes place in the showroom. The truck was washed, detailed really well, and even waxed... This is service! I look forward to going in for scheduled services, and when the time is right, we will go here for our next vehicle! Thank you, Metro Ford!

My family has done service at Metro for years and been satisfied. I had spoken with another dealership and gone into Metro to pick up my car from service and was planning on taking it to make the switch. Good looking Paul saw us looking at a Bronco Sport saying I think this is the one waiting....and he came over and closed the deal which was kind of unexpected. Good looking Paul and the other Paul were great to work with and it saved us the drive and we bought the car where we do service. Sean in service is great, all the guys are nice. The car buying experience was quick and easy! I would recommend.

Ladies and gents, this dealership is wonderful and has one of the busiest service departments for a reason. Bryon Hughes is service advisor I have worked with the most on my company truck. He’s one of the coolest and most professional people I have encountered in the service departments at dealerships. I come from car sales so I can vouch from experience that Bryon is one of the top 3 service advisors I have met in at any service department. Had an awesome experience purchasing my F150 Lariat today. Started by calling first thing in the morning and speaking to Jason. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and asked if he would hold it for me while I made the 4.5 hour drive (he did). Met up with him at 3pm and the truck was ready for me and Jason and I had a short, but fair negotiation which we were both happy with. A few hours later I was driving out with my new pickup. I've always had Fords n this was my first brand new one with 3 miles when I drove it.had very little issue with it .but I read where others have all kinds of issues with there electronics. N I hope i don't have any issues with mine. Now about my battery i was told to drive it more than 15 miles every day to keep it charged ,I'm retired so I don't drive every day those miles .so is it true n if so why, I thought battery's would last at least 3 years.
