They canceled my appointment for tire installation due to being "too slammed" yet they had an abundance of online slots open. The man I spoke with on the phone clearly was annoyed that I had already purchased tires elsewhere and that I don't have time to be scammed out of money. If you don't offer tire installation, just say so.

They were not truthful in the size & type of tires we needed for our car & what they carried … so that they could sell us more expensive tires. We went to a different location in Kansas & got Firestone brand tires which saved us $200 🫤 doesn’t really make sense that a Firestone wouldn’t carry Firestone tires….

My Bronco Sport would not start. JJ Johnson provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Sent someone to jump the battery. They drove it over to the Firestone location, checked out everything, discovered the battery was faulty and replaced it, all within an hour. SO helpful and courteous. All the employees were amazing. Quick and efficient. My anxiety was off the chart and they stepped in and took over and I could not be more grateful. HIGHLY recommend.

Wish I could give negative stars. Worst experience. Dropped my car off Friday evening for a Flat Tire Repair, told them I had a Saturday appointment. Didn’t hear anything until I called them Sunday morning at 11am. Asked for an update then he said “Oh we’re taking it back now and we’ll let you know when it’s done.” Didn’t hear anything again until I called at 2pm to which they said “The tire can’t be repaired, needs to be replaced but we can get it in until tomorrow.” Said they could only get the expensive one in, not the cheap one I requested. Didn’t hear anything until I called at 12pm on Monday, where they said “Yeah it’ll be worked on today. Definitely will be done by 5pm” Didn’t hear anything again until I called at 4pm Monday, where they said it’s still on the list. They finally called about 5pm to say “We just lifted your car. Which tire was needing repaired? They all look fine.” To which I said “Isn’t in my file that YOU guys told me my tire wasn’t able to be repaired and needed to be replaced?” He said “Oh let me go look. Oh yeah we’ll get that new tire on and it should be done in the next 30 mins.” So finally about 5:30pm they called to tell me it’s done, and only took $50 off for ALLLL the inconvenience. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t go here if you plan to be done in a timely manner.

My check engine light came on and was scanned again 12/13/25. It came up with the same code I had before (P0301) which tells me Kenneth did not resolve this issue I just paid over $800 to fix on 12/9/25. Resolved once temperatures warmed up. Came back on again 1/2/25.

This Firestone location makes my car repair experiences so easy. I recently started taking my car here, and the two visits I’ve had have both been stellar. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always feel like they’re being honest with me and they do not try to take advantage of people with limited car knowledge; they will be honest about what services you do and don’t need and keep the price as low as they can. They work quickly, but also have a nice indoor waiting area if you do have to wait. I highly recommend this location!

Bad customer service…took my truck in for an oil change at 1:30pm on a Thursday. I dropped it off and decided not to stay. At 4:45p I hadn’t head back from them so I decided to call and see if I could pick it up. The receptionist/sales rep said he said he needed to wait until the next day until his boss was in to tell me there was some issue with my truck. I told the receptionist that I had work tomorrow and he said “we all have work tomorrow” which is true but an annoying and out of touch stance from the person holding my truck for an oil change. Next morning I received an email stating that my truck was low on oil and rep would call me soon. 12:45 no call so I called them and they promptly told me that they were about to get my truck in and look at it, which is weird because I thought they had already looked at it but I was glad to see some progress…. I guess. 5:45 no call again so I called them and the receptionist told me I need to be calling early in the morning so I could talk to his boss as there is something wrong with my truck but he can’t tell me. My truck is 25 years old, there is lots wrong with it I can take it, just let me know what is going on dudes. Long story short/long I ended up just picking up my truck and taking it somewhere else with a pretty simple fix. This is a place I used to recommend to people but in the last few years it has really gone downhill. The receptionist at the front is particularly sensitive. My real frustration is having to call them over and over and them acting like it is normal to keep someone’s car for an oil change for a day and a half without any explanation. Go somewhere else for maintenance or a fix it will be easier.

I went in one morning with no warning, pitiful, unable to turn off my car because I had a dead battery, and my newly purchased battery was sitting in my back seat. I didn’t know where to go for installation, and was just wasting gasoline until I could find someone who could install my battery right away. They completely understood the situation and helped me SO quickly, it was bewildering. And it hardly cost anything. I was shocked. I went from being SO stressed to SO relieved and grateful. I don’t even know how to thank them enough, they saved the day!

Please don't waste your time. I had called in advance asking if I could get my car in for a new tire. They were somewhat busy, but 1 tire took them 3 hours. Why? They were busy really only talking. Not putting my tire on. The service, was also disrespectful. Couldn't apologize for the wait, couldn't say have a good day, nothing. Please go to Big-o-tires and don't waste your money here

I have done a lot of business with this firestone, and they have shown personally that they have gotten above and beyond for me. They've Nick has fought Enterprise tooth and nail for me. Rob is an amazing human to have a conversation with, Clinton is a hard worker (sorry if I spelled that wrong) And I know I'm forgetting the name of the other older gentlemen manager who helps me all the time. Thank you firestone staff for having my back. As someone who's had a lot of negative, I can say I know firestone is there for my beat interest

A friend highly recommended the service and helped me drop my car off when I had a nail in my tire after hours on a Saturday. 7am on Sunday I had the estimate in my email, and at 8 when the store opened I called and got an ETA (roughly 2pm that day). Service manager was fantastic and communicative both times we spoke. Price was very reasonable. Could not have been better.

Tried to charge me for unnecessary labor on a free lifetime alignment. After 3-4 minutes of discussion the guy finally realized I knew what I was talking about, he put the keys on the table and said have a nice day. Can't imagine the people who have been ripped off.

I had a 1 pm appointment for today. I arrived a few minutes early. The guy that helped me was really rude but I needed my car looked at. We went and go lunch and an hour and a half later there’s still no word on the car. They had no idea who I was when I came back and they said there’s no way my car is getting looked at today. I get they’re busy. If I would’ve been told that they won’t get to my car today when they dropped it off I would’ve understood. Why was I allowed to book an appointment if they can’t get me in? When I told the last guy we’d go somewhere else he said that was fine by them. Everyone we talked to was rude and unprofessional. They totally wasted my time. I will tell everyone to avoid this business.

Went in for a vehicle inspection and an oil change. The oil change was $78 and I would not recommend their inspection service; they will fail you and then tell you they can get you out the door today for $438 for bushings or something and try and scare you into an on-site purchase. I said no thank you and took it to the station I usually take it to in Brookside and miraculously there were no issues. A little shady for my liking… For $78 they managed to lose a customer for life. I hope it was worth it to them.
