Giovanni took such great care of me and I know I’m always in good hands when I bring my car to Firestone. I have had some bad luck recently with my tires and luckily this location, even as busy as they are, will always make time. my information is in their system and they know what kind of tires I need so it’s always an efficient visit. Everyone is personable and takes care of you. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and for all of these reasons, This is why I keep returning. It's never about the company, it's ALWAYS about the employees. The people who work here (Greg, Giovanni, etc) are absolutely AMAZING! You can tell they understand the meaning of customer service and care. I came back to Firestone after a few years, and these guys have definitely earned my business. Shout out to the Studio City Firestone and Greg the manager. I’ve been a Firestone customer for years and have been to many locations, and I have to say that this location and Greg have taken service to the next level. Greg is very communicative and responsive. And there was a transmission repair also needed on my car (and Firestone doesn’t do transmissions) so he introduced me to a transmission guy down the street (rather than just say they don’t fix) who took great care of my car and was so reasonably priced. I appreciated that so much. I also get my oil changes and tires at Firestone (and their coverage of tires is amazing). I highly recommend taking your car to Greg at Firestone in Studio City!

This is the second time that I have been to this Firestone for tire work. I interacted with both Josh and Christian and both of them were absolutely professional, fair, and delivered my vehicle sooner than I even needed it. My vehicle is a sprinter van that is large and a bit awkward to work on, but they handled it better than an RV repair service would have. I have already recommended this specific Firestone to several friends.

Short version: The staff was crystal clear with my options, pricing, and timing. Friendly, funny, explained anything I asked. Long version: Going to the auto repair place is like going to a dentist: nobody wants to go, feels it's too expensive, it's gonna hurt somehow. That said, this location on Ventura has _always_ been good, fairly priced, accommodating, and clear with me. My most recent experience really made my day. Good pricing options, accurate schedule, walked me through what was being done and options for the future. Heck, they even helped people find services not offered at the location (windshield replacement, remote batteries) - and not just "go to X" but more "I've seen good work, ask for Y, let me know if that works for you." They genuinely followed-up with me (brake service) to ensure there was a noticeable comfortable difference. I'd come back just to "hang out" even without needing service! (tires replaced, full brake replacement, balancing)

It’s getting old… leaving bad reviews. Where is the customer service these days? Set an APPOINTMENT by calling days before and mentioned I would be waiting for the car for an alignment and balance. Staff said, no worries can you do 9am and we will get you right in. I said yes. Fast forward… arrived at 8:50am, stood in lobby with no greeting or staff for over 10 minutes. Customer in front of me says “I am here for my 9am alignment”, so clearly they overbook. Meanwhile, there is a car on the alignment rack that is nowhere near being done. Stated they would not be able to touch my car for over an hour and a half. Why do business with a business who cannot manage basic scheduling? It’s. Getting. Old.

I can’t say enough about this place. My lawyer directed me to them. Her family had been coming to them for years. Close to my soon to be new home in Studio City. And right down the hill from my father’s old house. I had an older Jeep that had sentimental value brought down to them. I was kept up to date over the phone about everything. No surprises. Greg is absolutely irreplaceable. He was wonderful to work with and didn’t mind I had to keep the car there several weeks until a transport company finally picked it up. Thank you Firestone and Thank You Greg for going above and beyond. And being so kind. And they even washed it. I definitely will use them again and recommend them. Ask for Greg!
