Worse dealer ever!! I bought a car in January and I still have yet to receive my tags. Given calls and texts. Nothing.. when i bought the car they asked if i wanted my tags sent to their office or my house? Obvious awnser is my house !!! Why would u want my tags to be at your dealer? I called finance company, United Auto credit, nothing. I now have expired tags on my platesđ... never would I recommend anyone going near this place!

I had my vehicle smog checked and passed next time I turned on the engine, check engine light was lite, and I could feel and smell the engine was not running right. I took the car back to them and was told it would cost $58 to run a diagnose on the car. I said you should do it for free because it was probably something they touched probably a sensor. He said it was nothing they did and told me to leave the shop. Took it to my mechanic and he said it was a sensor that they would clip one of their test probes to. Cost me over $400 to repair. They still said it was not their fault and won't pay because I should have had them fix it even thou he told me to leave the shop.

So far, the mechanical service has been great. But the woman who handles the front desk is rude, condescending and flat out unprofessional. She has absolutely no business in customer service. And coming from someone who has worked in construction and automotive garages before, thatâs saying something. The location is convenient but unfortunately, Iâd drive 10 miles out of my way to find another shop. Sorry guys.

This place is right in my neighborhood and I couldn't ask for a better mechanic . Andy and his crew provide quality work at a fair price and stand behind it . Most of the auto body shops/mechanics are located farther into the valley and not conveniently located , so you can imagine how happy I am to have found such a reliable and honest mechanic right here in Studio City. Feels great having the choice to support a small business in my own neighborhood.

I've been going to Purrfect Auto since I moved to Los Angeles over 12 years ago. When I first needed something fixed, and not being a car expert, you are left feeling very vulnerable. Friends of mine recommended Purrfect Auto, and I first asked them for an itemized estimate for the repairs. I sent their estimate to my Dad (who is a car guy) and he asked our family mechanic in NH what he would charge for the same problems (not giving him the prices), and they literally came within cents! I've been a loyal customer of Purrfect Auto's ever since. Andy and Kate have always been wonderful and friendly. Kate even gave me a ride home once all the way to Burbank when I had to leave by car overnight. I always go to Coffee Fix around the corner when I'm waiting for work to be done. Again, I'm not an expert, so it is always worth getting second opinions if you don't feel right about a quote, but I've always felt very taken care of at Purrfect auto and their quotes have always seemed on the money when calling around. They are my go-to and you should feel good about coming here!

I highly recommend them! Honest people and good mechanics. I've been going there for a while and the Asian lady who runs it is great! I make the drive out from Hollywood because I trust them and the work is excellent. I usually wait while my car is being worked on and it's always been ready within the time frame it was promised. Best prices for oil change and smog check and other work is also reasonably priced in comparison to other places. I've been going to the dealer for the last 3 years because my new car is under warranty but when that runs out next month I'll be back!

Amazing service, Iâm so glad I found this place a few years ago for oil change and maintenance. But on July 4th 2025, I accidentally knocked my passenger side mirror clean off. On the 5th I stopped by and not only did they find a replacement, but in the same color paint! Today is the 7th and itâs already installed and looks/works beautifully. Theyâre so nice and Google confirms they offer competitive pricing. Such a relief to have a mechanic I can trust.

This is my neighborhood auto shopâbut I didnât give them my business right away.
