Terrible experience from the start, the advisor wanted to upcharge the tire price aswell add the warranty without my consent. After paying well over $1,000 for my tire service i left with a damaged wheel cause by the tire shop! Manager was rude with assisting the wheel issue, and now im left with a damaged wheel. Please be advised for the Salinas, CA location!

Came in initially for a brake swap but when I went in, they recommended full inspection just in case. Found out that I was also overdue for a battery change, meaning my car could have just gave up on me at some point. So glad to get those things fixed before starting my long, daily drives next week. I showed up here at 7am, right when they opened, within the last week, because I got a flat tire on my way home from an overnight shift. I was exhausted, annoyed, and had no idea what I needed or if it could even be fixed. This is my first car and my first time dealing with anything more than an oil change. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was kind, respectful, and understanding. He helped me navigate my options, and I was able to get the tire replaced. I was out of the shop before 8am. Very reasonable pricing, and I'll absolutely be back for future needs!

BAD: I made an appointment online and did not receive the confirmation in a timely manner. I get a missed call from the shop. I return the call and the associate was not aware of the appointment. I was able to get to my 10am appointment early. Checked in and waited and noticed my car was not moved until about 11am. With an appointment, I would assume my car will be worked on before walk-ins. I was still charged disposal fees for taking my old tires with me. Why? I could use an explanation.GOOD: Nice staff. Took note of what needed to be done. Good thing NFL game was on to pass the time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this service center. Even with an appointment, a simple oil change took nearly q2 hours and my car still wasn’t ready. My appointment was at 1:00PM. I arrived at 12:40PM and the work order was created at 12:50PM. As of 2:30PM, I was still waiting for my vehicle. What is the purpose of making an appointment if customers still have to wait this long for a basic service? An oil change should not take two hours, especially when an appointment is scheduled. Poor time management and lack of respect for customers’ time made this experience very frustrating for me on a working day. I would not recommend this location unless you have plenty of time to spare.

I just spent $750 on a set of tires and the next morning, driving on the freeway, two things occurred. First the steering wheel kept vibrating roughly as I was driving on the freeway and secondly, one of my hubcaps flew off the car, zoomed across the road and down into a gully! That b.s. could have caused an accident! I demanded an explaination and they found that a front tire was apparently not balanced, so they balanced it. I, luckily, had a spare hub cap for them to put on my car, but Firestone gave no offer of compensation for my loss, or my time. They did'nt do the work I paid for correctly, or maybe not even at all! How can I trust this company?! I was going to go in for an alignment in two weeks but I've cancelled that appointment and I'm going elsewhere for an inspection and alignment. I would never recommend Firestone for ANY service, based on my recent experience. $750 dollars I paid for 4 new tires AND balancing didn't make them care enough to do it right!Terrible!!

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a car shop. It started and ended bad. I went to check into my appointment to get my tires changed and the person at the desk was not acknowledging me but the person who I came with who happened to be a man. Every single question was directed towards him when it was MY car that needed service and I reminded him several times by answering the questions he was asking instead of just waiting for a reply from someone who was just there so I wouldn’t have to go alone. And why do your employees not know if the tires are in stock or not? If they are not in stock how was I able to make an appointment? I don’t understand! Secondly, not ONCE did they go over how much the service was going to be, what I would see in the invoice, all the charges I should know about. Not only that your employee tried charging me for a protection plan without telling me ANYTHING about it. Never once did he mention he would add it to the service, never ONCE did I hear him ask me if I was interested. It wasn’t until I went over the invoice on my own and had to ask another employee for help to break down what I was actually getting charged for did I see the OPTIONAL protection plan added to my charge. This second employee that was helping me also had no idea what he was doing. How are you going to work at a car dealership and say “i don’t know what that is” when I ask you about a charge on the invoice FROM YOUR SERVICE!!! I don’t understand. It gets worse, after I finished all of that, I am handed my car back and charged for the service. I go to my car and inspect it and realize one of my wheels is missing a lug nut. At this point I am not only disappointed in the service but highly regretting ever getting my tires changed here. I go back inside and let one of the employees know about it and they had to double check with the person who actually worked on my car. He comes back and lets me know it was missing prior to the service. WHY! Would you not notify me of that before I drove off?! And why did it take me THREE!!! Different interactions with THREE!!! Different employees to find this out? Oh and the cherry on the top is that apparently I had a document sent to my email that had all the documentation. WHY did not employee bother to mention this at any point in during the service?! Please do not go here for any service! Save your money and find a better shop with better employees and service!!! Trust me if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Getting my tires changed here was the worst decision of my life. I will not be coming back and I will be sure to let anyone who needs their car serviced know about this place!

I had an enjoyable & good experience with this Firestone location, right off 101 and easy to find. The staff was great, friendly, and assisted with the process of submitting a claim for rental vehicle approval to replace 2 tires. The approval process took a good deal of time, yet the staff (I apologize that I do not have the names of the 3 guys that helped) worked with the rental claims office over and over to which it got approved after the fifth iteration in the process. This all took place on a Sunday, and it was Father's Day. Thanks again for the great service.

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone! The service was top-notch — fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. I needed my breaks changed and had a vehicle inspection recommended which was great since I was heading back home and was prepared for a 5 hour drive back, I especially want to thank Bull for his excellent customer service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such respect and honesty. went in for a four-wheel alignment and I had a very good experience, staff was very friendly, the waiting room was clean and they were able to get my car aligned. I was worried that there may be issues aligning it, but they were able to get it the best they could which is all I was asking for. Helpful staff I was explained the the one-year warranty pretty nice. I will definitely be going back with my other cars because I was extremely happy with the service and I thought the price was fair

Brought my 2013 Yukon Denali in to get an alignment after new tie rod ends. The did the adjustment but told me my camber was off and they couldn’t adjust it more and to get the hardware my vehicle already has on it to adjust it. I looked under the vehicle at the camber bolt/plates and it still has room for adjustment. They just didn’t want to do any more work than they had to for a lifetime alignment I bought at a different Firestone. Don’t recommend them for alignments. Go to the one in Watsonville.
