My first visit to Firestone was several days ago, for an oil change. That visit had a few snags; small ones but they added up to a headache for me- and my initial review was not a positive one. But I was pleasantly surprised when the shop manager, Eugene, contacted me the next business day and offered to make good on each of my concerns. Eugene's honesty and sincerity really impressed me. He made it clear that great customer service is a major priority for him- and must be for his crew, who he is proud of. He put in his best effort to resolve my issues; in doing that, he restored my faith in his shop and in Firestone.

Came here recently to do a trip at the Boardwalk and my tire got a bad leak. Luckily I was close enough to this shop and they were able to fix it for me at an extremely reasonable price as well. Definitely would come back if I'm in the area and need more work done

For the past two years this location has always had excellent customer service, and never has made me or any customers I see the staff interact with feel dumb, or an inconvenience. The employees are patient and go above and beyond if someone needs help understanding anything. Lastly, they do not use foul language as another local competitors does. All in all It’s a pleasant experience.

I made an appointment for 12:30 for an oil change, which should take 45 minutes to an hour. They said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I sat in the lobby for TWO AND A HALF HOURS for one 45 minute oil change. I could’ve watched a youtube video and learned how to do the oil change myself in less time than that.

I purchased four tires there with the promise of free tire rotations and free tire repair. Every time I've tried to get my tire repaired or tires rotated they were either too busy, or the one time I did get in there for tire repair. I waited an hour and a half and they didn't even try pulling the tire yet. Told me that the patch would not hold and that I needed a new tire. They're either hurting for money, lazy, or trying to get you purchasing new tires again. Would not recommend to anybody.

The service was fantastic the technicians were so friendly and taught me about my 4Runner. Callie was so kind and on point she runs this place like a BOSS. I got 5 new tires installed and an oil change and alignment. Make sure you get the lifetime alignment. You can get it serviced at any Firestone nationwide. I posted before and after photos.

I’ve been going to this Firestone for years for my Mazda’s maintenance and I feel that they are always helpful and fair, giving me more confidence than other garages I’ve been to that they’re taking good care of my vehicle for me. Honestly amazing service. It was my first time getting all my tires changed and aligned, and it was such a hassle-free and easy experience. Gino at the front desk was extremly kind, knowledgeable, and clear with pricing and veichle information, and throughout alleviated all of my first-time stress. Service was pretty quick and very proactive with communication. The service team also noted other poetential issues with my veichle without pushing me to spend more money on their services right then and there. Pricing was also pretty good. There were a lot of discounts and rebates (with warranties) for what I was getting, and I also got a really good quote for an oil change so I decided to add that service as well. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and drove away feeling like I was in a new car.
