Updated below:EDITED:Noticed a weird scraping sound after picking my car up. A piece of my undercarriage is hanging off and scraping on the ground. It wasn’t like that when I brought it in today. It’s now shredded and I don’t know how it can be fixed, what the heck? Why would they leave it hanging off? They’ve worked on the CV joint and did the oil change with a coolant exchange. Unacceptable. I taped it up. Spoke to Joel Member this morning. I will be going in Thursday afternoon (7/24/25) to have them evaluate the situation. I have entrusted many vehicles with Firestone over 30 years, I hope they will make it right. It seems to me that they are understaffed for the volume of work coming in. It’s easy to overlook a pin or screw. I drive for a living so this scare has put a dent in my wallet in many ways. The part came in 7/25/205 and they called me right away. They squeezed me in and had it replaced in under an hour free of charge. It was an unfortunate situation but they worked hard to remedy the mistake. I also want to note that the new management staff has improved over the last year. I have another repair coming up and I am optimistic that it will be executed flawlessly.

I was trying to get back to my home, 4 hours away, and encounters an issue that concerned me, and luckily Firestone was open. My wait wasn't too long considering I did not have an appt. The staff was very polite, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Of course, they brought other things to my attention, but didn't cram it down my throat, for which I was grateful because I had a long drive and needed to get home. They made me feel safe and comfortable getting back on the road, and I am truly grateful. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

This place is a bad place. I got 4 of my tires replaced. The tire is defected and so bumpy. I had to get replaced and paid for the upgrade. Forward to 4 months later for the tire service. Made an appointment for a flat tire and a rotation and balance at 1 pm. Arrive 12:30 to check in, 2:30pm and the car is not even in the bay for service. Their explanation is that we are busy a then why do you bother to make an appointment..then final straw is that they charge $150 for replacing the tire because the flat is not repairable. And I have bought a road hazard warranty.

I had an Alignment appointment for 3pm and received a call from the shop asking if I could come in at 1pm instead. No problem. Arrived at 1pm and waited while my truck sat in the lot until 3pm when one of the techs came to let me know I needed a new air filter and wiper blades, both of which I had just replaced with quality components within the past 3 months. They eventually got to working on my truck a bit after 3pm. I asked why they recommended new filters and wiper blades despite mine being new, was told someone would check, but never received a response. I left the shop after the work was performed to find my steering wheel 30 degrees off center after the Alignment Service. I hate leaving bad reviews- but this was a total time sink and exercise in futility.

I had work done at this location and thought I’d get a set of tires with them since my experience was ok last time. I called on Thursday and set an appointment for Monday morning. Got here on Monday and they did not order the tires. No tires. Why did I make an appointment? They could have called me to let me know what was going on. This is the last time I use Firestone for any work on my vehicle. I’m done. Lost a customer !

I’ve been coming to Firestone for a while now, and I can confidently say this location deserves every bit of five stars. Mike at the front desk has always taken great care of me—he’s honest, professional, and genuinely looks out for his customers. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days, and I really appreciate it. During my last visit, Chris was the technician who worked on my vehicle. I actually watched him through the window, and I could tell right away that he takes real pride in his work. He treated my car like it was his own—thorough, careful, and precise with every step. He did everything I was hoping for and more. Between Mike’s excellent customer service and Chris’s top-notch workmanship, I always leave Firestone knowing my car is in great hands. Highly recommend this team!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this Firestone location was disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be shared. I got a flat tire on a Sunday and went to Firestone because they were the only place that had my tire size, and I needed it fixed quickly before leaving for Thanksgiving break. The service at the time was fine. However, only six days later I got another flat on the same tire. This time two hours away, in my hometown. I called Firestone just to explain the situation and see if there was anything they could do. Instead, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I explained that I couldn’t drive two hours on a spare and needed the tire fixed locally because I needed to get back for school. His response was, “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but basic customer service would’ve gone a long way. I mainly wanted to make them aware of the issue and see if they could offer any guidance or support. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero willingness to help. I hope this location does better, treating customers with respect should be the minimum.

The gentlemen at the Firestone, Complete Care were very kind and helped me out on a weekend to take a look at my car! I needed to get it checked out as soon as possible. I had to start work on Monday for a very important week of travel. They gave me very useful estimates and explained some of the things that I could fix on my own but offered really good prices to have them do a professional job. I have had my car serviced at this location for close to 7 years. I'm grateful for all of their assistance and keeping me and my family on road!

Store’s customer service was excellent. There was a coolant leak they were attempting to fix. They thought it was the hose but it eventually need a new radiator. They took care of it and gave me a ride home because it was going to be a long job. They also kept me informed when they were not able to finish that day cause they found another issue and the part had to be ordered next day. They didn’t charge me for it because it wasn’t caught at the beginning of the inspection. They didn’t charge me because of their “Fixed Right” “Priced Right” Right on Time” policy

Firestone is the only place that I get tires. I only put Firestone on my Dodge Charger. I had a tire that kept going low and I finally came to get it looked at. This Firestone always takes good care of me and my car. They got the plug and patch on right away and let me know that I actually could use two tires and an alignment. The price was right, so I’ll be coming back for that. If you need good tires and good service, don’t go anywhere else, come here. Thank you, gentlemen!
