★★★★★ I am going to start with, I have always had bad stigmas with car shops. Yes I am a normal woman that knows little to nothing about cars, especially maintenance! This place has been super helpful and transparent! Which is very refreshing! My initial call was answered by Sean and he made me feel my concern was valid. My emergency brake light went off without being on. They offer a free brake inspection! After I went in he was very nice. The only feedback I would have for Sean is to be 100% transparent in pricing even if the customer dislikes it. I mean include “labor” and or maybe check for understanding, non the less Sean is extremely kind. However I will say Adrian drove it home for me! Again I have no idea about cars and so I did ask my boyfriend to come and speak for me as I have zero idea what is true and what is not. Adrian was very clear and direct on what needed to be addressed. He also explained the recommendation s versus the must ASAP needs. I really appreciate transparency so thank you Firestone !
