In 4 months, my new car's "skid plate" has fallen off twice. Im back in line. 2018-2019! Here 5 times now for 1 oil change. I went here in 2 years. Excuses, out of oil, whatever. I still needed an oil change. I don't drive much. U gotta fo check my oil somewhere else. Now they take your keys, and my phone has no charger. Im about to go ballistic, leave, ANS CHARGE MY CELL PHONE. Avoid this Valvoline at all costs.

Worst experience at this location out of all the Valvoline’s I’ve been to. They’re lazy and tell you they’re out of the oil you need so they don’t have to work on your car! That happened to me my last oil change and the next location I went to told me that they did have the oil in stock! I also had my right headlight changed 10 months ago and it’s already blown out! They told me when I went by and spoke to the manager that it’s not their problem, and that Hyundai’s and Kia’s have electrical issues. That’s a blatant lie, because I had my left headlight done at the dealership before that and it’s working just fine. They sell you junk and faulty parts so you can come back and spend more money! A bulb should not be out in that short amount of time! I’m so pissed I wasted my money there! Valvoline has lost my business! I will take my car somewhere else for oil changes from now on!

Although staff were super friendly and nice I feel like it was all an act to be able to upcharge you for everything I was told things would be one price but after reviewing my bill prices were increased ten dollars more on some things. Also didn't put my car back together after replacing my AC filter. My car also runs rougher than it did before getting their services. Will not be going back. I feel completely taken advantage of.

Mom was paying exuberant prices when she brought her prius to dealer for oil change,she said every time,they'd "find something wrong and 700 to 1000 bucks later.... for an oil change. She had no coupons,and she got synthetic oil, 120 bucks. No b.s.,no 6 or 8 hour turnover. 10 minutes tops,full service on filling tires,fluids and always courteous and smiling. Hell, im gonna bring my jaguar there!!

I have to deal with their employees going 40+ mph down the residential street all the time. it's dangerous and unprofessional. Management on site doesnt care. Have to go over their head to get results. Been a customer for a while but not anymore. Busted black lancer and old silver bmw coupe that likes to do burnouts on the street when leaving cost Valvoline a customer.

Besides the oil change, they checked my lights and fluid levels. They go over everything they did with you verbally and they show you everything on the computer screen as well. You also get the stay in your car through the entirety of the operation.

I was recently at the Hemet Location, I’m a returning loyal customer , I’ve even bought the team at this site lunch, tipped cash for excellent work in the past but my recent visit i received an oil change & upon returning to my home , I opened my hood and noticed multiple screws attached to the air intake including the O ring screws were very loose and causing me to have a vacuum leak & THEN I noticed the cover of my negative battery terminal was next to my coolant reservoir where it SHOULD NOT be.. Chevy does not make parts that fall off when your driving .. I was very disappointed with this service and I received no call back from this site in regards to this incident which should be taken VERY serious as it would have damage my entire engine and it’s performance.

Spent the big money here because I didn't have the time before a trip. Noticed an oil pool on my concrete. Slid under the truck to find the oil filter spun on about half way. Good way to ruin a 25 thousand dollar diesel motor. Just like jiffy lube now. Will never go back. I'd rather drive the extra miles on old oil than risk an employee that knows nothing and has no concentration or respect for people's hard earned vehicles.

I went in for an oil change and was told I needed a new diesel fuel filter, so I agreed and paid $215 for the replacement. The next day, my dad told me he had already replaced that same filter for me just one month ago. When they attempted to change the oil, they told me they attempted to remove the oil pan bolt, but it began stripping, so they stopped and were unable to complete the oil change. As a result, I did not receive an oil change. They stated that the previous shop I took the truck to must have damaged the bolt. However, the truck was previously owned and maintained by a professional mechanic whose job was quality control, and he performed all of his own work before he passed. It is highly unlikely he would have damaged his own vehicle in this manner. Oh, look at that, I found the corporate number. Thanks, Angel. Assistant manager. -Scammer, I should say..

I didn’t even have to get out of my car, which made the whole process quick and convenient. They checked everything thoroughly and had me back on the road in no time.
