Was referred to Gosch by Stephanie Inman as I was looking for a slightly used vehicle. I saw a 2015 SS Camaro on their website so I went in to Gosch Toyota to test drive it and another vehicle that caught my eye. The team at Toyota took great care of me and I don't remember ever having an easier car buying experience. Minus the test drives and indecision between 2 cars, I was in and out in 90 minutes with a great price and payment. Looks great in my driveway!

I went in back in February, was told I could not get the car I wanted, had to start small.. that was fine but I Was curious why they kept pushing this car on me but still took it, I was told to bring it in, in 6 months to trade it, I hadn’t even had it 4 full months and it completely broke down, almost causing an accident for us. They even said at one point didn’t feel safe giving the car back to us. They have had it over a month and said there’s nothing wrong with it and trying to give it back to me to drive. They saw there was issues, but they “disappeared “ the service guy Ben has been super helpful but the service manager I think Corey, was supposed to call us 2 times and we never hear back, apparently he’s to busy to help anyone. So now we are stuck with a car payment and car that’s not even drivable since I don’t feel safe in it. Super Disappointed cause we heard great things about this dealership that’s why we went, but they are just crooks.

Francisco was a great partner for us when searching for a new vehicle (we bought a chevy). He understood our budget and was not overly pushy. He was very friendly and learned a lot about me and my family (who were all in tow) and shared a lot about himself as well. Well after purchasing 3 cars last year we came back and purchased another from Moises. He helped us last year and his service was just as pristine this time. I love working with him. He does not give you the run around nor act like he's hard up for a sale. He has been with Ford for a while so he knows his stuff. I also wanted to thank Mike at the quick lane. He’s always so friendly and approachable when dropping my car off for oil changes. Hes a hard worker and it’s obvious he cares about his job. Benjamin in service is very courteous and cares about your time he keeps you informed about your vehicle and is very professional. I really love coming to Tim Moran for all my vehicle needs.

They are extremely professional, with great customer service. My salesman (Dale Ferguson, Toyota) still has my phone number in his cell phone and has on several occasions helped me out. Even when unknowingly I've called him at home. Service Department is not a rip off department like many dealerships. It costs a little more but all work is garenteed. Veteran friendly.

This dealership knowingly sold a used Dodge Ram to my 87 year old Dad, who has memory issues. My Mom made it very clear to the salesperson that he should not be making such a major purchase due to his cognitive issues. Despite her voicing her concerns, the dealership not only moved forward with the sale, but even drove my parents to the bank to get my Dads money— I assume they wanted to rush the process and prevent my parents from backing out. At the time of purchase, my Dad couldn’t even remember his phone number and was having angry outbursts, which should have raised immediate red flags. Instead, the sale was pushed through without hesitation or concern for his well-being. Now my Dad is struggling to drive the truck and has had to call the dealership to figure out how to turn the truck off or release the emergency brake — confirming that he should never have been sold this truck in the first place. This experience has been stressful and very frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone to think twice before doing business here. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

The Tim Moran Chevrolet service department has been the most difficult to deal with, not only dothey rarely answer their calls, but seldom return calls as well, I raised. Y concerns with the service manager, and the next day I called and again no answer, Hard to understand how they remain in business, perhaps by being the only game in town!

I didn’t even go in to buy a car but just have my own car serviced and while I was there, Jimmy made it happen that I was able to purchase a nice used GMC terrain for my daughter.
