This national auto glass which is Valley glass and bearer company, incredible service. And I called Safelite first to have my windshield replaced on my car $483 is what they wanted to charge me for a 2002 Buick regal LS. I went to the owner of national auto glass or Valley glass a mirror company $263.11. Incredible service! No hard sale, patient, looked up for the best deal, even called the place for the auto glass to ensure that they had it in stock, got the glass in the very next morning, took the car over, in an hour and 45 minutes had me ready to walk out the door and even went the extra mile to allow it to be billed through an estate. One of the nicest owners of any business I’ve ever met. I would recommend this place to anybody not only to save money but better than that to get an incredible job. It doesn’t even look like they took out my windshield. They cleaned all the inside for me, and made sure there was no fragments or anything in the car. Allow me to say this in a very polite manner you would be stupid to call Safelite. Go down to national auto glass or Valley glass and mirror company and it will well be worth just waiting the next day to get the glass in. You’ll save money, you’ll feel like a friend, and that this is a place where the customer is always right. I just referred someone else there. He’s going to take his car there too.

I was really hesitant after the reviews I read , but after someone broke into my house I needed my glass fix . I spoke to (I think her name was Charity) and she was really helpful getting me a appointment quickly and understood my situation . The tech came out and did a wonderful job and got all the glass pick up , will definitely use them again hopefully not because of another break in

Called and was expecting to be able to book an appointment, but instead, my information was taken by a friendly, nice, professional representative and was told the scheduler would call me back. I waited all day, and no one called till the following morning, so keep in mind it could take them a while to call you back. By then, I had already booked with someone else but I went ahead and booked an appointment with them as well the representative said they would be at my house from 2-4pm; they never showed up or calles to say they wouldn't make it. I try to support small businesses but experiences like this disappoint me. Hope noone else experiences this.

Just ordered 2 custom dual pane windows. So much easier than the big box know nothing stores. I got what I wanted with no hassle, and they knew what they were talking about! To make it even better, I saved about 30% over the big box store price. Local family owned businesses are the best!

I wanted some replacement glass shelves for a display case that I bought second hand & assumed it would be costly to have custom glass work done. I called Valley Glass and within minutes they gave a quote for the three shelves and they didn't charge a penny more. I took an sample of what I needed and they they upgraded the width for no extra cost. This was on a Friday and by Monday I got a call to let me know my glass was ready to pick up. Christina, Alicia and everyone else was super down to earth & pleasant to deal with. I definitely recommend everyone call this place if you need any glass work done! A+ you guys rock!

Needed a glass panel replaced from a window. Drove it to Valley Glass, my first time there. WOW such nice people and fast service! Super reasonable! Christina, Charitie and Kevin were so professional, considerate and helpful. Family run operation and better prices than anywhere else! This will be my go-to for any window project for sure! Really bad customer service skills from the front office. More particularly Charity has no clue what is going on and set up install on my glass sliding glass door and after waiting for 4 hours called and was told the next day they never called me to set up install. Christina even went so far as to tell me she checked their phone records and they never called me, as if I was delusional. After reading other reviews apparently it isn’t unusual for these woman to provide rude customer service. The technician was kind, helpful and install turned out great. With that said, I will go somewhere else next time I need this service and I will share my experience with all those I can reach locally.

When they finally do show up, they'll over quote you. I tried to do business with this company twice in the last year and both times were a hassle. They don't show up when they say they're going to, they don't call, and they quote much higher than other glass contractors. They do have a very friendly receptionist.

This place is phenomenal! I needed a solid window replaced that was damaged by vandals. The window was originally from the 1960's, textured glass in a yellow/brownish color. I was told that we would probably have to have it manufactured. The vary same day it was replaced. Unbelievable! The replacement matched almost exactly to the other 60+ year old windows. Unless you knew what you were looking for, you could NOT tell it was replaced. I have used this company personally for my home, and now for business. Awesome!!!

I'm new in town. First time in my life I locked myself out. I was unable to get any service for the same day, it was close to 5:00pm. I went ahead and had Valley Glass come the following morning. I was/am so pleased with the service. The gentleman who came out was the best. He took the broken window, oh yeah, I broke a window to get back in, and showed me how to put it back in when it was fixed. To fit both of our schedules, I agreed to pick up the window later that day and then put the window back in myself. I think I may saved a few $$ doing it this way too which is always good!

So I accidentally broke the biggest window in my house while replacing some blinds. I was recommended Valley Glass by a local Hardware store. They were able to replace the glass in the 3 foot by 4 foot window for a shockingly low price. They have great customer service as well, they carried the window outside and put it in my car for me. 10/10 would recommend. If I need any glass in the future, I will go back here.

We needed window glass replaced, while here They also measured my daughters stereo to replace the tempered glass door that broke. Took 2 times as there was no old piece to go off of for measurements.
