Went to get my engine tested due to a warning light and was told everything was completely fine, a week later my car broke down and I’m having to get multiple expensive replacements at a different auto shop now. The services provided were also significantly overpriced and I was frustrated by my experience as the man at the front desk (although he was nice and helpful) clearly was not listening or understanding many important details as I listed my concerns (and as I waited I heard other customers having this issue as well)

My car had four tires that were confirmed leaking air. One tire has lost 10 lb PSI in the course of 2 hours. They did a check on the car and came back with no problems found. I was like no problem except it's leaking air. They said if it continues to bring it back, but it's leaking air now. I just went some place else. Disappointed.

Walked in after making an appointment time online and there was no one working the front counter. I stood around at the counter for 20 minutes while the phone rang several times and went unanswered. Finally a clerk came to the counter and acted put out. Just needing my lifetime alignment tweaked. Won’t be coming back to this location. I brought my truck in because I got new tires and wanted the alignment checked. They made it worse on the first pass and tried to blame it on aftermarket suspension. It’s the factory ZR2 suspension. Nothing is aftermarket. I brought it back for them to try again since it was made dangerously worse. They did make it right, finally. But I almost went down the road in a truck that was literally made dangerous.

I'm giving 2 reviews in one so hold on for the ride . I took my truck here which is a Toyota Tundra 2023 model crew cab that being said I ordered some tires for it a full set because honestly they was the lowest price on tires that I had priced all over town you couldn't beat them if you must know toyos ain't cheap normally they run 366 plus a tire well they had a deal on em so I bought a set . I get there on my scheduled appointment and they get them all put on in a reasonable amount of time but at the end the manager needed to bring something to my attention my step was damaged on my truck due to the lift . At the time yes I was aggravated about it but the person that made the mistake and had been working on my truck you could tell he genuinely felt bad and accidents happened they promised to make it right so no harm to foul . A few days later the store manager got in touch with me Dane is a good dude he ordered the steps and notified me when they came in so I told them when I would be there and they made it priority. I get there and toyota had sent the right steps just wrong length so they reordered it,And I come back the following day and toyota sent the wrong steps completely this time and the Toyota dealer told them that my steps was discontinued. This is the toyota dealer in Bryan college station by the way they are no Bueno.... Dane apologized again i made a few phone calls and got him in touch with a different toyota dealer that I normally have work done on my truck and at they wasn't discontinued shocker lol . But all and all they made the mistake right and installed my steps even though it was rocky I will continue to do buisness there . I also took my wife's car there and they swapped a tire on hers no problems so thank you Dane and team for getting my truck back whole I appreciate it see yall when I need a rotation.

Dalton, Mario, Keagan, and Josh; the mechanics working on fixing the horrid sound coming from my car made me feel comfortable and safe getting back on the road! Last year when my battery died, I had my vehicle towed at Firestone trusting they won’t charge significantly above market totals. Turned out the alternator needed to be changed. They charged $1400 to change the battery and alternator which typically should be around $700-$800 on an old Honda. Because I couldn’t tow my vehicle to another mechanic on a weekend, I paid the hefty price. Since then I’ve stopped going to all Firestones in the area. Hopefully I don’t have to. Please do better and when customers repeatedly ask to email us the itemized quote, send us the email. Thank you.

Do not go here. Incompetent employees and an even worse manager. I went to this place on July 17th and a month later I have issues with my engine just to discover that this location left an IPAD under my hood. Not a mini one either but a large ipad that makes it even more ridiculous as to how it could be left behind like that. I went to them in person just for the employee there to laugh and wave around the iPad saying "look what I found" and say he's unsurprised that it happened and that he isn't shocked to see who the employee was that worked on my car. He tells me to call the manager later since he's on a lunch and once I get ahold of him he doesn't think it's a big deal and "apologizes for the inconvenience." He was no help & insincere actually sounding bothered that I'm calling to complain. He refused to give me any contact to a corporate or higher up for the issue. First and last time l ever trust a Firestone especially this location.

I went to this location on the 23rd of December 2025 bto get an alignment (I bought the lifetime alignment service) and purchased 4 new tires. While I was in there a technician, Mario came in, and I heard him say "as soon as I saw it I took a picture" . Well, funny thing I drove up that morning and took a picture of my dash because I had an O2 code that was popping up, I took a picture and I cleared it. Mario said that my ABS Sensor was cut and that it needed replacement. Funny thing I was just under that car 3 days earlier, getting my brakes done and replacing the CV joints. Anyways, I got up and went outside while Mario proceeded to smirk at me while I was looking under the car. The ABS sensor that connects to the back of the wheel hub was CUT nice shiny wires were showing, and at no time did I have an ABS light on when I drove up, Mario did it when he was doing the alignment. He crossed his arms as he sat smugly in the chair and he said did you check your email. Never got one, anyways I then proceeded to ask for the manager but he was gone, would be back in 12 minutes. I then called the corporate office and my attorney, as this was dishonest and I wasnt going to pay for it. Then I called O'Reilly's to see if they had an ABS sensor, and they did, but a funny thing: it was just being taken to this Firestone as I spoke to the person at O'Reilly's. I did not pay for the part nor the labor. Mario is a very unprofessional tech and it was my right to call corporate. But it gets better... I asked to have a district manager call me, never happened, asked for an area manager to call me and that never happened and then today Mark calls, now we are almost 2 months later and someone calls me. Obviously,, it is pointless and I wont be calling him back because the incompetent people that work for him gave me rude service. So this lifetime alignment I paid for I will never use again, because it will end up costing me more in the long run. There are good and bad reviews for this place. Make sure you check your car before it gets taken it, take pictures, ask questions and to top it all off they didn't even give me a print out of my alignment but made sure to give me an estimate of some other work that needed to be done. I was hoping to get a refund for my lifetime alignment because I will never set foot in another Firestone and have shared my experience with multiple people and my attorney advised that they are dishonest and now they could purposely cause more damage to my car. Customer service and being a nice person is something that Mario needs to work on and realize that women do know what they are looking at and not be dismissed. The service manager said I didn’t have to call my attorney or corporate that it was unnecessary I asked him did he see the cut part and he said no they took it off, however, he ignored me and I had to ask him if he would help me. Last year I would of said the Firestone location was a really good place to go but after reading other reviews and my own experience, I will say use caution. Now I will send a certified letter to corporate that someone will need to sign because getting a call almost 2 months later is poor business and the issue is not solved

Dane, Kensley and team. They originally could only find two tires. Dane gave me his word that if I would give him until Monday, he would find the tires I wanted. Sunday Morning Dane had found them and drove to Waco to get them. A man that stands by his word and his team is huge to me. Dane also doesn’t just stand inside as the manager. He was out in the shop with his guys helping each one of them. Kensley, has the same tenacity as Dane to complete tasks and is great with the customers. God bless all of them.
