The only reason I didn’t get five stars was this location is not able to look at transmission and that was one of the items I would’ve liked to have check but I understand why.

Just FYI, if you want a need a mechanic, you may not want to tow your car here. I towed my car here after late night car troubles and was redirected to the other store in Denton. This may change if they hire on a mechanic, but for now, I was told there wasn't a mechanic on staff.I would not call this branch "Complete Auto Care". They weren't by any means rude, but they were just unhelpful, and really should have this posted online.

Absolutely the worst experience. Came in with two cars needing inspections and an oil change. Upsaled me on a few things they might need. Did the upsale work and not a single thing I came in for. Terrible sales ethics, terrible practice, and just bad at their job. Will never be coming back. Oh and stupidly overpriced.

I took my car to Firestone because one of the warning lights in my car was on, I wasn’t sure of what the light was for, so I called them and Matt answered the phone, he took the time to understand what my issue was and told me it was the maintenance light, to not worry about it too much, but to take the car to a shop soon for an oil change, since they were being nice I went to the same shop I called, they did my oil change and were very kind, they also found out that my car was low on coolant and topped it up for free!! I will for sure come back for any of my automotive needs.

In about 2 weeks time we brought our car in for oil change, paid over $100, they said spark plugs needed to be changed and a plastic piece that was over $800, got the car back smoking, they said valve cover gasket needed to be changed $100 piece $700 labor, cool paid it even though I knew we was getting robbed, get the car back 8 hours later smoking more than before. They said it must be oil burning off from the work they did, no oil was added to the vehicle at any point during this whole ordeal other than the initial oil change. Turns out the gasket they put on was "faulty", leaving the car again another 7 hours and hopefully it will be fixed for real. Instead of standing up front gossiping about the customers who aren't satisfied with the terrible service provided maybe go in the back and see if you can help the one lead technician who's obviously over worked and failing at providing top notch service. The guy up front is super nice, customer service top tier, but unfortunately for him, the good have to suffer for the bad and his great customer service is going unnoticed because the techs in the back suck along with the 2 girls who think its funny when someone gets ripped off for thousands of dollars. The more I have to pay and time I have to waste this review is going to keep getting worse. Got the car back with no leak, drove it now for about 2 weeks, car just alerted us that we need oil it's at minimum level! HOW??!!?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

This is my experience. I went to change my rear break pad in this shop. They told me it's OK to hear some sqeaking sound right after, but it would disappear. I believed them. After 2 months, the sound was still there. So I went back and they told me that the sound was from my front break and I need change it. There must be something wrong with their mechanic's ears that they can't tell where the sound came from. It's wise of me not paying them for a working front break. Later, I went to another shop and they finally fixed the exact break this shop installed.

I had an item in my tire and it was not fixable. Just had to replace my tire on my motorcycle and was dreading replacing my tire on my car. I called and spoke to I believe Matt. He confirmed I had warranty on my tire. When I got there there was a lady up front with dark hair. She made sure I was taken care of even when I was a hot mess. I believe her name was Lyz. She made the entire process as smooth as possible. The techs were amazing and so was the front staff I was able to continue doing my errands without no worry after getting it fixed. I def recommending seeing them for anything and they’re right up the street from my apt too will continue going to them for my car ☺️☺️

One of the best displays of customer service I've seen. Its Friday evening and a part needed to be replaced that their usual supplier did not have in stock. I watched the staff go out of his way to call multiple autopart stores just to get it delivered and replaced in my vehicle same-day. As someone who works in customer service, I appreciate how they exerted themselves, and I consider this a higher level of customer service than any place could provide. I highly recommend Firestone to anyone.

I've been going to this place for years to get service, I never had a complaint until they hired this new lady. She wasn't professional and she wasn't knowledgeable at all about the customer, scheduling, and service. So I asked to speak with the supervisor who happened to be new also. His name is Michael, he happened to be a sweetheart. He helped get me in same day with no problem and my services took no longer than an hour. I highly recommend this place. Speak to Michael for great customer service and to get you in and out with no stipulations. Also, their technicians are kind and do a great job of servicing vehicles
